The Hallows Church is a gift to our family! We love the faithful teaching of the Gospel, the genuine, vulnerable fellowship and the church’s desire to make Jesus’ name great in our community.

My family has been a part of the Hallows church community for the past 7 years. We love and adore our church family here because they preach the gospel, stay true to scripture, and are compassionate people on a mission to love and serve others. It’s all about Jesus and that shows. An imperfect body loving and serving our perfect savior who enable us to grow and change and be more like Him to be a light to a city and world who is in need of true hope.

My first time visiting. Loved the fact that they don't seem to suffer from a phobia of early Church traditions, but know how to appropriately and tastefully apply them to 21st century worship:
Weekly Communion, encouraging of fasting and prayer through the practice of Great Lent, call/response prayers, praying in unison the Lord's Prayer (using the words Christ gave), skilled musicians leading the singing.
No awkward interruptions in the flow of worship with announcements/bad jokes, attention-demanding media, or awkward "meet and greet" where you try to figure out what to say to people around you in 30 seconds. People seemed genuine and accepting of anyone- not pushy or judgmental. Socially normal people who seemed comfortable with themselves.

Grateful to call this my home church for the last 7 years. This is a church that doesn't shy away from difficult questions in life by looking and pointing to the Gospel according to the Bible. There's an overwhelming amount of information out there about finding meaning and purpose in life. The Hallows Church offers a perspective that brings peace, joy, redemption, and hope for the future, all found in the Christian God.
