Holy Cross is a gorgeous Church. Further, its Pastor, Father Spencer Howe is one of the most holy, & dedicated priests I've been blessed to "find!" His passion for the faith along w/his wonderful homilies are incredibly inspirational. (And, I've heard mass at many churches over several decades!) Further, all the staff are very helpful, and the offering of a 6:30 pm mass on Sundays is especially convenient for me. I live closer to other Catholic Churches, but I prefer Holy Cross; its worth driving a couple extra miles to take in the glory of this beautiful Church & its kind Pastor, staff, & parishioners.

The pastoral staff is fantastic and the music equally so. As Organist and Director of Music and Liturgical Life at Holy Cross, Dr Sam Backman leads a small ensemble of professional singers offering the finest renderings of early music, Renaissance music and Gregorian Chant in the Twin Cities Metroplex. Check out the YouTube weekly videos of the Sunday masses both in English and in Polish. Also look for their upcoming professional organ concerts. Holy Cross Catholic Church of Northeast Minneapolis.

Great catholic community with one of the most beautiful church buildings in the Twin Cities. Excellent pastor, too!
