This has been our family's church since 2008. We love the variety and times that the church offers for its different services. They are always very welcoming to new attendees, and they try to make people feel as comfortable as possible. The sermons are just the right length and very applicable to how we live our life today. Another feature that is very supportive are the variety of groups that people can sign up for that help support life events, like Grief Share and MOPS, and the growth groups that support people as they grow in their faith through various Bible studies.

I never was much of a witness of my Faith becoming a member at Faith Community Lutheran Church. I found Pastor Craig’s messages on any given Sunday speak directly to me and pealed back an onion for me which unpacked the Gospels of the New Testaments and also connected the Old Testaments. I’m not saying that alone made a change in me, but I learned to forgive myself because Jesus Christ took all those things that bothered me to cross, and all that is expected of me in return was to have Faith. Pretty astounding that a guy baptized days after he was born in the very same Missouri Synod Lutheran Church back in Lena Illinois in 1958 could wander around in life never knowing just how liberating true faith could be, but it was true about me. In a short amount of time I feel in love with my church family at Faith Community Luther Church. I guess that is how a farm kid from Illinois can transition from yearning to head home to the farm and now except that “Home Means Nevada.” I’ll visit my biological family members scatter across many states, but my church family always make me feel at home right here at Faith Community Lutheran.

I love Pastor Don and.Scott. They are not a big church but it is a great church, where God'w Grace is taught, not God's wrath. They are in process of building a new sanctuary, which will search more people and it will be great for worship, next year in 2021.

I have been a Lutheran all my life.....this is one of the most wonderful churches I have belong too. The Pastors are great and preach God's word with truth and clarity. They tackle the hard issues of the day, with passion and love. They stand up for God's word. The mission of the church is to bring people to Jesus, they support, encourage all of us to be involved in mission work in Las Vegas, the United States and also around the world. The education of our children is so very evident, they truly have a well round ministry. I am glad to be part of this church and God's family

Sermon was easy to understand and not boring very casual dress only thing was during communion this asked if anyone wanted gluten-free Wafers which represent Christ body when they said gluten free I was surprised and thought that sounded very commercialized which was not impressive 2 me I mean really gluten free Wafers and white wine to represent Jesus's blood was a little odd to me otherwise it was great
