I have been going to Dr. Patel for chiropractic care for probably about six years now. Nearly my whole family goes! We love Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff, as well as Berry and Teddy, of course. Dr. Patel is so kind and professional; she makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient. The adjustments and therapies I have received at Epoch have helped me with significant neck pain and back discomfort. I always feel much better (less headaches, sleep disturbance, neck stiffness, etc.) after my appointments. Dr. Patel has also given me exercises to do at home for maintenance. I gave birth to my first child in October 2021, and Dr. Patel’s care significantly helped my discomfort during pregnancy. She was quite gentle with me, and I could tell she took special care to protect my baby during adjustments. I especially struggled with excruciating pain in my hip flexors, and after working on that area during my appointment, Dr. Patel suggested some exercises to do at home to strengthen the surrounding muscles. She also adjusted me a few days before my daughter was born, and I would say I had about the smoothest and easiest birth imaginable. I’m sure that the chiropractic care I received just beforehand was helpful to prepare my body for childbirth.

I have been with Dr. Patel for a few months now and during this time, she has gotten to the root of my neck pain and headaches and created a care plan that was specific to my needs. She was able to help me more in the few months I have been with her then other specialists have in YEARS. I was constantly told a different diagnosis and given a different pill to solve the problem. Nothing ever helped. No one addressed the actual issue. I knew during my initial consultation that I was in good hands. I am happy to say that my pain is very minimal and I am no longer taking any medication, which is huge. At Epoch you are treated as an individual, if something isn’t working, they change it. On top of all of that, the office staff is AMAZING! You are always greeted by name with a smile. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and it does not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend anyone give Epoch a visit!

I highly recommend Epoch Chiropractic. Dr. Patel is the first doctor I have been to that has really listened to me and confidently offered a solution. I initially went to get help with chronic back pain, but Dr. Patel has been able to help with much more than that. After just one week of taking the supplement she recommended, I have noticed a significant improvement in my knee pain. She has also been helping with my TMJ, as well as a nerve issue that has given me foot drop. I have only been seeing her for two weeks, but I already feel the difference. Appointment scheduling is easy, the actual sessions are quick and effective, and they offer helpful alternative payment plans. An added bonus are her two sweet dogs that roam the office, but they are kept away if you are not comfortable with dogs. Overall a wonderful facility with high quality care from all of the staff. I never knew chiropractic care could help with such a wide range of issues, so I highly recommend checking them out.

I came to Epoch Chiropractic with Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy and Biceps Tendinitis (diagnosed by a Orthopedist), Plantar Fasciitis (diagnosed by a Podiatrist), cortisone injections in my foot and shoulder, current and recent physical therapy, repetitive stress injuries, and old injuries. I was finding it difficult to get through the workday at my physically demanding job, and I was exhausted at home due to constant aches and pains. I am amazed that after less than 1 month of 2-3 visits per week, I have a new body. It's not at the peak fitness I had as a youth (yet!), but my overall range of motion is the best its ever been. My aches and pains are much relieved. My shoulder is functional again. And most amazing, I am finding it enjoyable to exercise. I had been experiencing lower back pain off and on for the past few years but never took it seriously. I thought that one of the reasons for my pain, was the nature of my job. I am a number cruncher for a major bank in the area so I am always sitting and looking at screen. It wasn't until I was in constant severe pain before I took my friend's advice to see Dr. Patel. It was my first time at a chiropractor and so I did not know what to expect. Dr. Patel and Julia were great. Dr Patel explained to me what was causing the pain, recommended treatment, and even showed me some stretches to do at work to help stop the issue from recurring. She walked me through good posture practices. After just 6 treatments over 2 weeks I was already feeling the difference. After my first adjustment I immediately noticed a serious improvement in my IBS. Comfortable, warm, friendly staff and environment. Dr. Patel has two large calm dogs in her office who are total sweethearts and almost as therapeutic as the doctor herself. I have been coming to Epoch since early spring. Upon coming I had stiff legs, nerve pain in lower back and legs, and hard trouble bending and lifting because of the pain. When I started therapy I was greeted by the best team and a excellent doctor, Dr. Patel. After a month of therapy the nerve pain is gone, I can bend far enough to feel my toes without any pain, and the neck pain is under control. I've been going to Epoch for a few years now and I love it. Most people think of just backs when they think of a chiropractic care, but a good chiropractor can adjust all of the bones in your body. I have patellofemoral syndrome in my knees and Dr. Patel will work on the muscles around it to get my knee to slide back in place when they are out. If I've been grinding my teeth at night with stress, she realigns my jaw for me. Great holistic care!

I’ve been going to Epoch Chiropractic since late June due to lower back pains and neck pains caused by a car accident in December 2019. I was in immense amount of pain when I first came in and Dr.Patel has gone over what actually was wrong with my lower back and neck and what she will be doing to get my body back to 100%. It’s now late August and I can say my body has been feeling better day by day from the exercises I’ve been instructed to do to help with my lower back and neck pain and from the frequent visits to Epoch. I highly recommend Epoch to everyone. Also, don’t be discourage just because you are in your 20s, I’m only 22 years old and I was in the same headspace as well but your body comes first and you wanna take care of it now instead years down the road.

I came to Epoch Chiropractic looking for treatment to help eliminate chronic lower back/gluten pain due to a herniated disc that was pinching a sciatic nerve. I had tried many other treatments including cortisone shots, acupuncture, and physical therapy, none of which had managed to relieve my symptoms. So obviously I was skeptical coming in, but Dr. Patel gave me a free consultation and designed a 4 month plan to eliminate the symptoms. I'm just finishing the plan now, and it is working miracles for me. After just two months of treatment, I was pain free, and I’m feeling stronger than I have in years. Dr Patel not only helped me feel at ease during the treatment, but she took the time to explain and make me understand how I could benefit the most from the posture training for the long term. Dr. Patel has saved my mobility. I am only 24 and was losing the ability to sit, stand, or move comfortably. I was also a chronic insomniac. Dr. Patel not only found the underlying causes for my progression of pain, but has effectively reversed the process. The range of CBD products they offer there are amazing as well. CBD has been the only effective treatment for my insomnia, and the brand they sell has enabled me to take less without sacrificing effectiveness!
