Today was my 3rd visit and I really enjoy everything about this place all the employees especially they are so nice, helping, caring, and supportive this place is amazing/awesome last week when I can in I was in so much pain I could hardly walk, bend, or turn after the first visit I felt better and after today I could actually bend down to tie my shoes something I haven’t been able to do in the past 8 days or so. I have been around to many places and this is the one place to come for sure no long wait you get in and out i would give 100stars if I could 💕 I will recommend this chiropractor to anyone I know or even hear is looking for one 😊

Very friendly staff and the massage therapist John is awesome. Dr Chandler is knowledgeable and caring for his patients and a pleasure to visit. When you walk out of the office you feel the difference a massage or alignment makes. Very satisfied I am his patient and recommend if you need to see a chiropractor go see him.

This place is AMAZING!!! I have visited many Chiropractors in the past and never have I been treated as I am at Back In Action! Typically, upon entering, I am greeted by the front desk. From there I am taken to the back and put on Therapy and then sometimes I am given tissue work prior to seeing Dr. Chandler. The range of therapy activities that are available to me far surpass those of other Chiro centers. The Massage Therapists that work with the tissue work are always right on point in finding where my problem areas are. Since Dr. Chandler is now the only treating doctor, I feel confident that I am going to receive the right treatment. And then, there is always the possibility that Lily the therapy dog may be on duty. Lily is always a refreshing treat.

I went on a recommendation from a friend who is also a client. I was suffering from sever pain in my lower back which turned out to be pressure pushing down on my sciatic never. When I say pain I mean pain. Dr. Jenna recognized the issue right away and began treatment. After the 3rd consecutive day I felt great relief. Within a weeks time I was me again. With out them I don’t know what I would of done. I now attended once a month every month just for adjustments and to make sure I’m in tune... I know every person is different when it comes to pain and issues no two people are a like I’m just greatful they corrected my problem. If your having issues I strongly suggest giving them a chance to get you back to you.

I came to Back In Action many years ago after an auto accident and then had two more about two years ago. I moved out of state and couldn't come anymore. I have since moved back and ran back to their office. Staff is awesome and really care about your well being. I recommend their office over any other. When you go, read the affirmation wall and be encouraged. Your latter is better than your former.

Back In Action is THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR - PERIOD. The attention to detail is 2nd to NONE. I've been to several other docs in Delaware and talked to others about several more but NO ONE uses technology and the diagnostic methods as Back In Action. Upon arrival there's a thorough private interview to assess your issue, then they use a computerized tool (non-invasive) to scan your back and actually visualize how your body (muscles & nerves are responding to your injury/ ailment! You can actually view it on the screen which also shows you how a left- side injury may also be affecting your right side even when you don't realize it. The staff are phenomenal! The facility clean and easy to get to. BEST IN DELAWARE.

Great full service office with friendly, caring staff. They offer traction, massage, and a herbologist along with chiropractic adjustments. In addition, they have Saturday morning hours. They accept medicade and if you don't have insurance, the services are all very affordable.

I must start off by saying the staff at Back In Action is sublime. Always prompt answers to my phone calls and fast in and out service when I have a busy day. Now with that aside, I was diagnosed almost a year ago with Spasmodic torticollis in my neck and i have been on a long, hard journey to find ways to releave the pain and tension. When the symptoms first started to occur I met Dr. chandler and he had me set an appointment to get evaluated and from there I’ve been making as many appointments as I can with my busy schedule. The main thing I liked with dr. Chandlers ideology is he didn’t beat around the bush. He informed me there’s no cure for what I have but he strongly believe regular chiropractic adjustments would relieve the issues at hand. The honesty helped me come to terms with my problem, and the adjustments have been great. Every time I go in I feel so much better then I did. I can honestly say back in action has helped me get over this “wall” called pain. I highly recommend if you have any neck or spine issues in general to get evaluated with them.

First time I used in store pickup, went rather well. Security guy at front door politely directed me to pick up area, no one in line! Bonus! Clerk checked my ID and credit card (required) , brought up the TV and scanned it several times, "would you like a 3 year extended.." Reminding him that if I had wanted it I would have bought it online also, but I suppose they have to ask. "email receipt?" I replied to the affirmative, picked up my liitle 32" Sharp and out the door I went. Probably less than 15 minutes.....excellent!
