I just had my second adjustment with Dr. Arch and so far my experience with this office has been amazing. Unfortunately, they do not take my insurance but I am okay with that. Kempsville Chiropractic is the best chiropractic office I have ever been to. I grew up seeing a chiropractor because I have always had issues with my lower back and got diagnosed by my PCP with a herniated disc. I have also suffered migraines ever since I was 6 years old and used to take ibprofen like it was candy. Ever since I started going to see the absolutely wonderful doctors at Kempsville Chiropractic, my migraines have practically vanished, and my lower back pain doesn't wake me up in the middle of the night multiple times anymore. To anyone with any issues with their neck, back, or even random pain into their arms and legs, and especially headaches, LOOK NO FURTHER you must meet this team. They do everything right from X-rays and an exam before they adjust you, which is so reassuring since they show you what is going on with you and the game plan to get you feeling better. They go above and beyond and genuinely care. After going to see many chiropractors, this is the one that changed my life. Thank you, Dr. Lombardozzi, Dr. Arch and Dr. Lynch. You are all amazing

The front desk ladies are all very nice and cheerful, the techs in the back are all so attentive and Dr. Arch and Dr. Lombardozzi are the best! I spoke to Dr. Arch over the phone before my initial appointment and explained my concerns and what I was seeking help for. He gave me a detailed explanation of what he thought I needed to do and how he would treat the condition. At the end he asked me if all made sense and if I had anymore questions as he wanted me to have all the answers I needed and wanted me to feel confident that they could help me feel better. The facility is very clean. I didn't receive treatment because I was not aware of additional fees for X-rays not covered by my insurance. Upon making a appointment was not informed about the $290 for x-ray. However the doctor was very warm towards me and very concern.

After my initial consultation, Dr. Arch set me up with a many months long schedule of adjustments, physical therapy and massage. After about a month of treatments I can already see some improvements. Obviously the massages are my favorite part :) but I can tell the physical therapy and adjustments are helping a lot. I have suffered neck pain for nearly 20 years. I have seen other doctors for my issues including severe migraines. I started looking into a local chiropractic practice after I started having lower back pain in addition to the worsening neck issues. My only regret so far is not doing this YEARS ago!! I suffered from severe sciatica for 9 months before going to Kempsville Chiropractic. My doctor had prescribed at least 5 different medications/pain killers, 3 months of physical therapy, 5 different epidural steroid injections & still I could barely sit down to eat dinner with my family. I went to the chiropractor against the recommendation of my doctor because I was tired of being in constant pain. Dr. Arch & Dr. K were adjusting me 3 times a week for a month initially & then 2 times a week for another month. By the end of that 2nd month my pain was so minimal, I was only using Motrin for occasional pain & my quality of life was immensely improved. I was able to take my son on a vacation to the Grand Canyon after only being a patient there for 4 months. I wish I would've went so much sooner.

always the best of care. I have had back problems for as long as I can remember. I started seeing Chiropractors off and on since my 50's I would go to them on an as needed basis. It would solve the problem for a while but then always return. I didn't buy in to the regular appointment plan. Then I won a radio contest for a free exam and adjustment at Kempsville Chiropractic. It also included X-rays and an overall health assessment. I had never had a more thorough health assessment. I signed on with a regular program figuring I can afford to try this on a regular basis and see if it makes any difference. And it has. I have been seeing primarily Dr Arch and also Dr Lombordozi for many many years now. There have been times when one of the other doctors would step in for Dr Arch or Dr Lombordozi . Never a bad experience. It seems to me that that they screen their employees very well and they live up to the highest standards of care. (By the way, I am a retired nurse and I recognize excellence when I experience it) I can highly recommend this practice and I would suggest getting into a regular program of of adjustments. It has made a big difference for me.

I purchased a Groupon back in the summer and, even though it was expired, they still honored it. I wasn’t expecting much, given my previous experience with a local chiropractor (provided limited services) and the fact that sometimes the Groupon services you receive are less than what you’d get if you paid full price. BUT...they were awesome. Office was clean and well kept, plenty of parking right at the front door, front desk staff professional and very friendly. Dr Kramarenko spent an hour and a half doing a full exam and work up including X-rays and nerve scans. He spent a lot of time educating me about the spine and nerves and was so friendly. The doctors themselves desire not only to treat, but to also educate their patients. I have struggled with lower back pain for a few years now. My regular doctor only wanted to medicate me and would not send me for proper imaging or diagnosis. I was referred to Kempsville Chiropractic by a friend and do not regret the decision to go to them one bit. Before my first adjustment, I was barely able to stand up as a I walked through their doors and had weakness and pain radiating down my left leg. After the first adjustment, there was instantaneous relief from the pain and a noticeable difference in the strength of my leg. After a few hours, I noticed the pain redeveloping and the weakness coming back. They did warn me this was likely to happen so I rolled with it and trusted the program. At each adjustment from then on, the relief lasted longer and longer. Their treatment coupled with the exercises recommended by their office, after six weeks, I have noticed significant lasting improvement. I was, I think like most people, skeptical of the chiropractic process, but I am so glad I chose to seek treatment with them. If you want a magic pill this is not the place for you. I've been going to see Dr. Lombardozzi and his team for several years. Although I've seen some doctors and staff come and go the quality of service has always been steller. Everyone in the office is very friendly and gives the impression that they genuinely care about each patient that comes in. Whether you're a new patient or an established one -- they care about everyone equally. Some times and days are busier than others but you're not going to be waiting for hours to be seen. I appreciate that they value my time to keep appointments on track throughout the day. I think the most I waited in my years coming here was maybe 10-15 minutes which, for me, is not a problem (and it was on a busier day). Even on the those days where things are taking a little longer, I've never felt rushed. I also like that they offer other services other than adjustments like informational sessions, physical therapy, and massage therapy. The informational sessions are, well ... informational. They care about the patients and want to educate them on how to live a healthier life. I haven't attended one recently but the topics are always changing and sound very interesting. I've only had one unsatisfactory massage experience but I'm not one to make a fuss so I just request someone else. My favorite is Tom but each of their therapists are well educated and know their craft. I always recommend Kempsville Chiropractic to my coworkers when they mention back pain. I don't know if any of them have gone but they should. Like I mentioned above, I've been a patient here for probably five years. If there was something I didn't like, I would have changed practices a while ago.

After my daughter woke one Friday morning, unable to move her neck without severe pain, I began quickly looking online for a chiropractor. I knew from past experience out of state that I wanted to find someone who treated the whole patient. Dr. Lombardozzi's website was informative and helpful (contrary to the competition). Upon learning the severity of my daughter's neck injury, the office manager kindly squeezed us into a same-day appointment. The office staff was friendly and welcoming, and explained that typically, a patient only has a consultation and possibly x-rays at the first visit. (The consultation was free.) We were relieved to talk with Dr. Lombardozzi during our consultation who carefully reviewed her medical history, her current condition and pain, explained what had happened to her neck, walked us through the x-rays, and discussed a plan for treatment. He confirmed that while typically an adjustment is not done on an initial consultation visit, my daughter's case was an exception (she was in pain and could not move her head) and he treated her that day. The recommended course of treatment was expected and reasonable and my daughter has found great relief in her occasional adjustments. The care from Dr. Lombardozzi and the other chiropractors has always been effective and exceptional. Additionally, my family has attended free seminars offered by Dr. Lombardozzi on various topics of personal health and wellness. I have learned a lot from the office visits, as well, as Dr. Lombardozzi and his staff always take time to answer questions. Came to this practice based on the reviews and experience of Dr. Lombardozzi in acute distress having a severe Szilard nerve impingement in my neck causing loss of use to my dominant right arm, complete with muscle disuse atrophy. As someone who has used Chiropractic on and off for over 20 years and one who has family who are actually practicing Chiropractors I new what to look for and expect in a good practice. Upon meeting for Dr.L for my initial appointment any concerns I had were gone, he is every bit the professional, thorough and caring practitioner you would expect! He also has a large practice with four young practitioners who participate in the diagnostic process and then take over the bulk of the actually tax, Dr. Lynch, Dr. Archer, Dr. Lane and Dr. Blower; at first the thought of “rotating” through different treatment styles and personalities was intimidating but after a few times seeing them and communicating with them, I became comfortable with there to styles and communication styles I am more than happy to see any of them. I am a large 6’ talk 250lb man who requires an excessive amount of force for proper manual manipulation and have had nothing but progressive success in getting myself back to baseline and a mostly pain free existence. Chiropractic is not magic or something that is passive; if you do not make an effort to hold up your end of the treatment process by making positive lifestyle changes and communicating frequently and openly your progress will be slow, temporary and not as beneficial:( This practice takes its responsibilities to their patients seriously and offers very frequent free education to asssist people achieve holistic health that has been alluding them...! My only complaint was not being informed that my diagnostic visit would not include an adjustment and that in fact I would have to return on another day.... with the degree of discomfort I was in I would have expected them to recognize my distress and add it to the schedule...Also it is on the pricey side, but you know the saying “you get what you pay for”:). The office staff is very polite, patient and professional two thumbs up from this guy all around, I look forward to years of health with the help of this team who never stops seeking progress and relief for their patients.

I initially bought a Groupon, and decided to continue coming here because the service is so professional, the environment is friendly and welcoming, and all the staff is so incredibily helpful. Even the owner came out and introduced himself and thanked me for coming to his office and giving it a try. My back is my main issue, as I have DDD in my lower back which causes me problems, but I also had complaints of R Ankle pain due to a severe sprain in Sept 2017 (and some severe sprains prior to that). They not only addressed the issues in my lower back, but literally fixed my ankle in 1 visit, which weeks of physical therapy couldn’t. I had a constant swollen ankle, and after one adjustment the swelling had significantly decreased. The ankle is still a work in progress but there is actually progress being made now! Overall I would recommend anyone to give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed.

I found about chiropractic care and decided to take her in to see a chiropractor hoping to avoid medication. She was three months old at the time she began her adjustments with Dr. Lombardozzi. 3/22/23 - It has been a month now and still amazing. The staff everyday is super cheerful and nice. I have been seeing Dr. Arch & Lynch. Both really great! Dr Arch recently helped my hip that was killing me. Seems it was my muscle super tight. After he put pressure on the sore part I felt brand new the next day. He also gave me an exercise to do to help prevent/build strength in that muscle. 2/22/23 - I have had a few adjustments now. I have recently gotten them from Mr. Lynch which is also great! I still can't get over how lovely and nice the whole staff is. Excited to continue my journal and getting my spin corrected. 2/14/23 - I have had 3 adjustments now and they feel so good. My neck already moves around much better. I can't wait to see more results. They get you in and out pretty quickly as well. The staff is still really great and always cheery/helpful. 2/6/23 - just went to my follow up appointment and had my first adjustment. Dr. Arch explained everything they found with the x rays. He answered all of my questions I had. The staff was yet again super welcoming and nice. I was a bit nervous about my adjustment but it was awesome. My neck already feels different. I cannot wait for my following appointments. My insurance also helps with payments which wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Again super excited to get my spine corrected. 1/31/23- What a lovely first experience. I found a groupon deal and so glad I did. I got to see Dr. Jason Arch and he was amazing. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He barely pressed on my back and knew something was wrong with my right side. When we went to do x-rays he let me see one of the x-rays and you could see my spin starting to curve on the right. He even talked with me about other health things going on. I honestly wish he could be a primary doctor. He actually seemed to CARE about what was going on, which is so hard to find these days. The staff was also so friendly. Almost the majority of the people that came in they knew and checked them in before they got to the front desk. I am super excited for my next visit and to see what the next steps are. I will update on my upcoming visits and how they went.

I had a great consultation with Dr.Santiago. She was very informative and she was also willing and non judgmental about my case. The staff is so sweet and caring. The atmosphere is amazing. I do look forward to seeing where this going and finally getting some answers and relief for my back.
