I’m a retired US Marine who was waiting on the VA to approve my Chiro visits. I was in bad shape after I had a bad fall during on an obstacle course. After determining that nothing was broken and another 5 weeks of waiting I reached out to West Chase Chiro from a friend’a recommendation. They set me up with their military rate and pretty soon was so much better. Even when the VA kept screwing up, they made sure I was able to get the care I desperately needed and followed my care intently. They truly are a practice that cares about the individual person, their well-being and healing more so than their bottom line. Always a welcoming environment with a warm greeting by the staff. Westchase Chiropractic is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling time slots or even extra walk-in adjustments. Dr. Sosa, Dr. Patty, and Dr. Sly are each awesome at crafting and explaining their own adjustment techniques. I first started with Westchase Chiropractic when I was experiencing persistent headaches from the back of the head and neck. With a consultation and on-sight X-rays, I was able to see from Dr. Sosa how my situation compared to an ideal situation. As it turns out, it wasn’t a car accident or other injury. Instead it was just my working on a computer in limited positions for hours on end. It started taking its toll on my spine and posture. My atlas area was a bit compressed causing tightness of the neck, limited range of motion and the headaches. After starting adjustments and performing the prescribed stretches and home exercises the headaches have stopped. I continue with maintenance adjustments to keep my spine and nerve center firing on all cylinders. If I feel an ailment coming on, I can explain it to any of the Chiropractors and they can modify the adjustment accordingly to help with healing faster. Thank you Westchase Chiropractic!

Over the years I've been to probably half a dozen chiropractors with a variety of different philosophies and approaches and I'm so glad I found Dr. Sosa and his staff at Westchase Chiropractic! In my first session they X-rayed my back and I was shocked to find a sideways curve in my lumbar region that explains back pain I periodically experience. Everyone is sooo nice at this office. Friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Sosa and was referred by someone from my church. I am recovering from a total knee replacement on one knee and was told I’ll need a tkr on the other knee as well because it is bone on bone. No one wants to go thru that surgery twice, believe me so I did some research on chiropractic medicine and knees and was pleased to discover that some studies have shown that “bad knees” MAY benefit from chiropractic manual therapy. I took a chance and after A couple of months am pleased to say my knee feels better, I am not in pain when I walk, and a second surgery is not in my foreseeable plans. I am a happy patient. Dr Sosa was my first chiropractor in Tampa Bay Area over 22 years ago he had my back at optimal health where I excelled in athletic performance and even ran the gasperilla 10 K . I was unable to get to his office for several years but he accepted me back at a time when many other chiropractors caused me chest pain, injury, and took over two years and I still was not even able to exercise and walk without-vulnerability to injury... Dr Sosa is a life saver . He recently has my back looking more centered and relieved the twisted thoracic parts of my back causing my lungs to have issues and heart pressure ..intense chest pressure .. I still have a few tweaks here and there to go but In one visit he relieved a lot of this pain caused by another and several other chiropractors from the past ...He worked out a payment plan o could afford and with broken bones healing from a combination of things happening to me he has me more stabilized to walk a little better . He also let me walk around and rechecked my sternum and ribs and took out the tilt and pressure off edge of my sternum after things shifted around and aligned one last subluxation around a muscle knot without any problem . He is easy to communicate with and very gentle but precise and effective . He saved from further health complications and I highly recommend him to anyone . I trust his techniques and training . His staff is friendly and very warm and welcoming . His wife is sweet lady and also works in the office and it creates a family feel like atmosphere. I am so grateful just in time he was able to correct many areas that another office left me inextreme pain and with difficulty in asking and extreme chest pressure and ear issue bc they left shoulders uneven and my neck pain. We have been going to Dr. Sosa for nearly a decade now. He has treated everyone in our family and we absolutely love the staff. The office runs incredibly efficiently, even in their busiest times. They have deployed automation that makes it a breeze to get in and out before work/school. He is always patient with us, even when we miss an appointment. Dr. Sosa is simply amazing. After hurting my back training for a marathon, Dr. Sosa provided me with a plan that got me back in my running shoes. He is caring, sympathetic, and always makes himself available. Thanks to Dr. Sosa, I am running in the NYC Marathon, virtually pain free, stronger and healthier. My three daughters are all dancers and they all see him too. He keeps us all doing what we love to do. Thanks Dr. Sosa!
