Today is bittersweet. It’s the last day of my care here at Navigate but only the beginning of my healing journey. A healing journey which frankly I thought was impossible until I started seeing the guiding hands of Navigate. I came to the Doctors here as a final Hail Mary. Daily pain and discomfort had long since been accepted as my normal. But when I met with the team not only did they listen, they sat down with me and helped me create a healing plan, and then supported me through it. The past months of my experience with Navigate I’ve been shown incredible kindness, compassion, and companionship. Walking into the front door of Navigate is like a breath of fresh air- being greeted by Lauren and Gianna who always offer a smile and kind words. Dr. Kaylee, Dr. Kace, and Dr. Erica did more than adjust me while I was in their care. They took the time to get to know me and teach me the importance of self love and inner peace as stepping stones in my physical healing journey. My appointments at Navigate were more than just adjustments, they were MY time. I knew no matter how lost, overwhelmed, or tired I was that I would leave feeling refreshed and grounded. In my time at Navigate I have achieved so much more than I ever thought possible for myself, it has been life changing to be in the hands of doctors who truly care about the wholeness and well being of their patients. The best thing you can do for yourself is to schedule an appointment with this practice you WILL NOT regret it. I had been living with chronic back & shoulder pain for a year. Once I realized I was taking Advil every single day, I knew I needed to try something different. Dr. Kace & Dr. Kaylee came up with a detailed plan specifically aimed to help alleviate my chronic pain. One therapy they suggested was Softwave. I was skeptical at first for many reasons - it sounded painful, it was an added cost to my plan, and I had never heard of it before. But I trusted the doctors & decided to give it a try. After just a few sessions my chronic pain was GONE! I am 6 months out and still pain free in my back! It was worth every single dollar! I am such a believer in Softwave that I have now also had it done on my elbow for tendinitis and an old injury where I broke my finger. They not only helped alleviate pregnancy pains, but I attribute my quick and natural labor and delivery to their chiropractic care. I am so blessed I found this group. The entire staff from front desk to Drs are so knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. This is from a nurse who would know.. I came with multiple health issues as well as chiropractic problems I had limited range of motion and pain in neck and shoulders.. 6 weeks later full range of motion and NO pain. My back pain gradually got worse after surgery 10 years ago and pain, walking ,standing better by 70% They even helped my stress and mood issues I cannot recommend them more Best decision of my life

I’ve been going to Navigate for almost a year now. From the moment I walked in I felt like family. I went in with severe migraines, hip pain from pregnancy, just a hot mess in general. Within a few weeks my hips were completely better and my migraines decreased significantly. I just felt better overall, including sleep and mood. I started bringing my 16 month old in once a week and I noticed improvements in his mood, sleep and digestion after a couple visits. We now both come in once a week, and for both of us, it’s a high point in our week. We love all the staff and doctors, and we are so blessed to have found Navigate. I do not have words for how much I love this office but I’m going to try to explain 😊. I hope I’m able to continue under their care for the rest of my life honestly for maintaining! I sought out care from them due to severe migraines that was affecting the quality of my life. I had migraines weekly and the migraines would last anywhere from one day to five days. It was a never ending cycle of taking pain relievers and using bio freeze on the lower neck for the pain. I had tried doctors, ultrasounds, migraines medications, nothing really helped long term. I have honestly struggled with headaches since middle school. I started three months ago and am going into my fourth month. I have to say it’s definitely something to budget for, but look at what you are paying for… literally quality of life and feeling GOOD! There’s no price tag on that in my opinion. Under their care in the first three months of intensive work my migraines decreased from several a week to only one or two a month 😭🙏🏻. I cried at my three month evaluation because I was so happy with how I felt and the physical results they showed me. My migraines and need for medications have decreased so much and I have made great progress in getting the curve back in my neck to help with migraines/posture/ basically everything! If you’re questioning it, I’m telling you do it! You won’t regret it. They are so progressive at this office and have such a new modern style of treatment which I appreciate! Their techniques ensure not only that they don’t over adjust you but also that way it doesn’t matter which chiropractor adjusts you because you are still getting same results with their method. Our bodies actually tell them what we need! It’s amazing 🤩 I still have a long way to go to reach my ultimate goal with my posture and curve in my neck but I’m so happy to be doing it with Navigate! Kace and Kaylee are so nice and they know their stuff! I’m grateful to have stumbled across their ad online, they are amazing! They literally want you to feel better and stay that way! Erica is awesome too, she is an angel! Also the front staff Lauren and Gianna are so sweet and always professional! I always feel so important and well cared for here. They also specialize in pregnancy care too for any expecting mothers out there! This place is just THE best so I had to leave this review! ❤️❤️🙏🏻

Navigate Chiropractic has been amazing!! I started about two months ago and couldn't be happier with the results so far. I had chronic lower back and neck pain. I couldn't sleep through the night and was just dragging and in pain every day. When I came in for the first visit, the entire staff was awesome. Very welcoming and truly cared about my situation and was determined to help me! Since I've started treatment, my pain in my back and my neck have become quite infrequent and I'm sleeping much better then I was. It's been a great experience and will continue to go, even after my treatment plan is done! Its become more of a lifestyle then just another dr appt. I thoroughly enjoy going and would recommend their office to anyone! Don't live with pain like I did! There is a fix for it, and it's here!

I started treatment for lower back pain and migraines a couple of month ago and now I barely have any pain anymore. I don’t take as much medication and I feel great! Full of energy! It also helps that the entire staff is so nice and caring! Definitely recommended

Well, where do i start? Dr. Kace and Dr.Kaylee are the best chiropractors in the Oldsmar area for sure. I found them by signing up for a free consultation at a weekend marketplace booth they were at. I am so glad i did. Going here has improved my overall well being. I've been able to eliminate 2 of the 3 medications i was on since going here. My ability to just do normal activities has improved tremendously and it really is the best part of my week coming here. Their techniques and innovative approach to healing and improved health without the use of pills and injections is unique and refreshing. They even have treatment plans in pediatric and prenatal patients!! WOW!! Now let's talk about the staff. The minute you walk in you could almost feel the positive energy emanating from each and every one of them. Torque release technique is an amazing way of chiropractic care. I currently go to Navigate Chiropractic Care and I have made amazing progress. Came in with numbing arm, barley able to sit and pain all down my spine. Not no more numbing, sitting longer (still working on that) and SSOO much less pain. 4 months was all it took. Now I just come back every so often to keep up my progress! And no I did not have to return I chose to bc this is not just a doctors office its a family!!!

I have heard of chiropractor before and was always scared to try especially when it was recommended for my Autistic boy for hie anxiety and wet betting issues. Dr Case and Dr Kaleigh were so patient with us and explained everything step by step even the first few weeks when my son was refused to lay on the table they adjusted him in anywhere they could without stressing him out or pushing him in to doing something he wasn't ready for. I am so thankful for their help my son has been going to chiropractic for 1,5 years and hasn't had bed wetting in so long that I can't remember. I'm so happy I found Navigate Chiropractic at the Tampa Home Show a few months ago. I've struggled with neck pain, TMJ, and upper back pain for YEARS and previous adjustments and massages have not helped. They are dedicated to not only treated their patients but educating them as well. They spent A LOT of time discussing my issues, goals, and prescribed an actual 90-day treatment plan followed by wellness visits. They also offer an after hours education class for new patients every month where you learn about chiropractic basics and how to get the most out of your treatment. Navigate does not treat their patients with the typical neck and back "cracking" method of chiropractic. Instead, they use a device that pinpoints the exact spot that needs adjusting, making it much more effective. I felt the difference right after my first adjustment. The staff is also great with kids and super accommodating of my toddler son when he is there with me. It's such a peaceful, happy atmosphere. He loves visiting them! Highly recommend!

Before I started treating with Dr. Kaylee and Dr. Kace, I was hesitate to begin chiropractic care because I had bad experiences with other chiropractors years ago. However, they are unlike any other chiropractors! Their staff is terrific, caring, and explain everything to you from the start. Both Dr. Kaylee and Dr. Kace spend a lot of time with you during your initial evaluation, explaining your x-rays and treatment recommendations, and answering any questions you may have. Their workshops are also great, and are very informative. When I started treating there less than two months ago, I could not fully move my neck to the left due to muscle spasms, and I was taking Advil almost every day. I now have almost full range of motion back in my neck, I have significantly less pain, and I am only taking Advil once a week. I am also sleeping better. They are the only chiropractors I trust to see my 15-year-old daughter. I highly recommend them!

I want to get through this without getting emotional. All I remember is being in excruciating pain in my neck and ankle to the point I was in tears. With no exaggeration needed within the first week of being treated by Navigate Chiropractic I could feel the relief In my neck, and the pressure on my ankle was relieved without me even noticing at first. Hands down the best place I’ve ever been to. I didn’t get adjusted my first pregnancy and I had back pain and a very long labor. The second time I had horrible back pain, I met navigate at the Prego Expo and scheduled to get adjusted. After a month or so my back pain was gone. Dr. Kaylee and Dr. Kace are two of the most caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They truly care about making people better. I started seeing them when I was 25 weeks pregnant, and was in so much pain on a daily basis with my sciatic nerve. It hurt to sleep, do yoga, and just go for a walk. Within a month, I was feeling so much better. It’s been a little over 3 months now and I have been able to do more yoga now, at 39 weeks pregnant, then I was able to do at 4 weeks pregnant! They do full exams (x-ray, muscle and nerve readings) on you before they come up with a plan for treatment. Now, most people who haven’t had chiro treatment in the past might think that a year plan of appointments is crazy, but let me tell you, chiropractic treatment is a lifestyle change you have to make. Slow and steady wins the race if you truly want to get better! You can’t get rid of a lifetime worth of issues in a month. But they will get you feeling better as soon as possible and then MAINTAIN it with your plan! Your spine is an amazing thing that effects so many things in your body. You have to trust that once it’s aligned, your whole body will feel better! (Because it will!!) I cannot thank these guys enough, they treat everyone like family and I look forward to my visits!

This practice changed my entire pregnancy. There’s no denial or exaggeration. I went in at 17 weeks pregnant with my second baby with bad hip pain, difficulty walking, and unsure of how I was going to make it another 23+ weeks with in a multi-level townhome with a toddler. After just a few appointments, I could already tell the adjustments were helping and the at-home changes Dr Kaylee told me to make we’re actually making a huge difference. Not long into my treatment, I felt better than normal and was even able to continue riding my bike into my 40th week without any issue. Zero hip pain, minimal middle back pain, and, I believe, all of this lead to a very fast labor and delivery of my second son. I can’t recommend Dr Kaylee and Dr Kace enough, especially to my pregnant friends.

I've been getting adjusted since September 2019 with Navigate. I started going after going to a manual chiropractor and not seeing any improvement. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, but they use a much newer technique (as many of the older techniques have since been deemed unnecessarily over doing it). Love this place so much! Not sure where to start. Dr. Kaylee and Dr. Kace have transformed my body through their amazing care of my back. I have always been hesitant to go to a chiropractor because I wasn’t sure if it could help me and was afraid of being pressured into treatments that would be costly and ineffective. Immediately, Dr. Kaylee, Dr. Kace and their staff put my mind at ease. I could tell that they were super compassionate, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They were patient in explaining chiropractic care in a comprehensive way while also offering prices that are super reasonable and lower than what I have found. I originally came in with neck and back pain and frequent headaches and now I have been living pain free with only the occasional headache whereas my pain in the pst had me taking ibuprofen like candy. My first pregnancy I had a lot of back pain as well as 3rd trimester insomnia. My friend who was also pregnant recommended a chiropractor. I didn’t believe it could help so instead I tried a few prenatal massages that were expensive and only lasted a few days. I’m pregnant again and met with the navigate team at the prego expo and decided to give them a try. This time my back pain started earlier in my pregnancy probably because I’m also carrying around a toddler! I would say after 6 session my back pain was completely gone and I was sleeping!!! I guess I didn't realize just how much pain and discomfort I was in until I started to feel better. I went in because I was experiencing some minor nerve tingling in my hand that was getting worse. After a few visits, the tingling was virtually gone. What I did not expect was the other aches and pains that I had grown accustomed to were also diminishing as well. I had received chiropractic care before coming to Navigate and honestly I was more than skeptical about the process. I'm a TMJ and migraine sufferer and I have never been able to be completely out of pain, I went initially because my husband was loving it and my TMJ symptoms had gotten so bad I was unable to work or eat, and no doctor would touch me other than to say I needed oral surgery. The treatment can be pricey, but they are more than willing to work with you on the price and adjust the visit amounts to fit your budget. After two months of care now, almost to the day, I can say with confidence that it really does work. My skepticism in the beginning stuck around for a while, but I reached a point where I realized I was holding onto it in spite of the fact that my TMJ symptoms were near gone, I was sleeping better and waking up energized. I, overall, felt better throughout the day and my migraines were becoming more and more infrequent. I recommend this place to anyone I know that complains of just about anything. As a side note Navigate's scheduling is run entirely by an app, which I appreciate very much as my schedule fluctuates, the appointments themselves are streamlined and only take about 5-10 minutes and the doctors always have time for a chat. Navigate Chiropractic was a blessing. I found them totally by chance when I wasn't even thinking about chiropractic care. I am a major stroke survivor and among other things, I suffer from really bad vertigo. Medical dr's couldn't help aside prescribing meds for dizziness (great, another pill 😕). While at a street market in Safety Harbor, we happened upon the Navigate booth. It mentioned, neurological, so I thought "What the heck, I'll talk to them".
