I have never been to a chiropractor before and after a bad car accident, Dr. Crowley was recommended to me by a family friend. He is very professional and very caring. He set me up on a treatment plan and consistently checked in on my pain levels and improvement. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I will continue to recommend him to family/friends.

Dr. Terence Crowley is an incredible chiropractor and a caring person. I’ve been to so many chiropractors throughout my life due to chronic pain, and none are even close to being as good. He listens carefully and uses a variety of tools and methods to adjust you. Before leaving, he takes time to show you have to do exercises that target your specific issues. I’m so happy I finally found him!

Dr. Crowley is an excellent Chiropractor who works to meet the needs of his patients. He will spend as much time as needed answering any questions or discussing any concerns, but he’s also one to get you in and out of the office if that’s needed as well. I had a pretty great chiropractor in dc but Dr. Terence is amazing. I love how knowledgeable he is on the skeletal structure and it’s relation to the muscle and movement. And it shows in his work. Stick to his schedule and recommended workouts and I promise you’ll feel amazing. You have to do the work to maintenance your health and manage your pain. Dr. Crowley is a miracle worker when it comes to my back and legs. My back pain has been corrected by Dr Crowley's exercises and alignments. His gentle demeanor and guiding ways are phenomenal. My husband and I have been seeing him since we moved to the city and I am thankful of that. His friendly staff can always find an appointment when I am in need of one. This is honestly the greatest professional Dr. Ever!!!!. Emotionally I was a mess. Dr Crowley was always so understanding and compassionate. He always explained everything he was going to do in ways and words you could understand. Always smiling and on the days the pain was unbearable he looked as though he was going to cry with me. I'm feeling better but had to transfer my care back to Dallas. I will miss Dr Crowley and his wonderful staff. Thank you for making my life whole again.

Aside from Dr. Crowley being such a genuine human being, he’s very thorough and understanding. I love that I can call the office and speak directly to him if need be. He truly cares and after adjustments, always sends me on my way with exercises I can do and tips. As long as I live in St. Louis, I won’t ever go to another chiropractor. During adjustments, he explains exactly what he is doing which I deeply appreciate. I went to him with a stick neck and lower back pain, to which he came to the rescue. Dr. Crowley is incredible at what he does. He’s so great at making you feel comfortable and is super lovely to chat with. He makes the whole experience easy and affordable. The first time I went in I was in quite a lot of pain and had never been to a chiropractor before, I was super nervous not knowing what to expect and I could tell that he could tell. He took the time to sit down with me and demonstrate on my hand what he’d be doing to my back and reassured me it would be quick and painless. He’s very intuitive and personable and I very highly recommend him!

I will never go to another chiropractor as long as Dr Crowley is practicing. This man is the Best Chiropractor in the Bi State hands down. He is very Sharp at what he does and one of the nicest Guys I've met. My deal was a pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck and he has restored my life back to normal. The different techniques he uses are flawless on me, and the eventual exercises for spine realignment and shoulder strength are on point to recovery. If you walk in and explain your pain, he will fix you.

I never post reviews, but feel compelled to after my extremely positive experience with Dr. Crowley. Wow....I am picky about chiropractors and skeptical (thanks to the other positive reviews I decided to give him a try). I will definitely be going back any time I need an adjustment. He explained everything and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. He was able to accurately pinpoint my pain and cause, and I feel so much better today!! Also, the office is very updated, clean, and there is ample parking. Walk-in hours are awesome!

I called Midtown Back & Neck Center to set up a consultation and was surprised to hear Dr. Crowley answer the phone! I explained what I was experiencing and he told me to come on in during his walk-in hours...WALK IN HOURS!!! I have now been seeing Dr. Crowley for 1 wk and what a difference 1 wk makes!! He has been a God sent gift to me. I have had back issues for almost my entire like and Im 35 by the way and he has been nothing short of fantastic. Not only because his price is most reasonable but also because he has helped me the most. This is honestly my first review I have ever written and knew I had to try to give something back to him and also for people that are in the same position with back pain. I have been living in St. louis for 3 months now because of work and honestly dont want to leave mainly because of his treatment and the benefits I have received. I was recently involved in an auto accident where as I was rear ended by a driver while I was stopped at a intersection. I was immediately shook-up. I waited for my insurance company to get back in touch with me then went to Dr. T He has assisted me with getting MRI on my injuries, showed me how to correct some awful habits while sitting at my desk on the PC, given me exercise to promote my healing, he has a holistic approach to the body healing process. Since he's been stretching the muscles in my neck I can reach up and comb my hair now!
