I see Dr. Conner and Dr. Berman on a regular basis, and I feel grateful to have found not one, but two excellent chiropractors to help me stay out of pain. I love how they both use different, but effective techniques that are synergistic and gentle. I also appreciate the ladies assisting the doctors in the office. They are both wonderful at keeping the flow going through the process, and I love how they make the atmosphere friendly and laid back even when they're super busy.

Best chiropractic experience! I am visiting from the Seattle area, I began experiencing some severe back pain so I immediately sought out a chiropractor. I stumbled upon Dr. Berman via a Google search and wow, how lucky was I! I am not new to seeing chiropractors, I’ve essentially seen one since high school but my experience at Berman Chiropractor is nothing like I’ve experienced before! This is a completely holistic approach, not like the 15 minute back cracking session I’m used to. I’m here for only a week and I have been going every single day. I recommend also trying out cryotherapy! Well worth it. If you have been on the fence about chiropractic care, look no further!

The pain that I had prior to coming here was unbearable. I have not been here in 7 years since I moved but I am now living back in the STL. Thankfully I was able to be seen quickly on the same day for my horrible back pain yesterday by Dr. Conner. Just like he told me before I left that he was going to make it all a bad dream. Literally the next morning (today) when I woke up I am somehow 100% pain free in my back. I can sit and bend without the pain everything just as if it never hurt. Berman chiro is by far the best chiro in STL! They have every tool you will need for whatever problem you may have. There is even an infrared sauna! Also if you need to go elsewhere for additional help they know exactly where to send you. I was referenced to a place for additional treatment and it literally saved my life. Constant pain is mo joke but thanks to Berman Chiro I am getting my life back. There's no better feeling! Plus Dr B is the coolest most laid back man ever. He even came to my job to visit a couple times and hee a great tipper for any servers that come here ;) To top it off the lovely Alex and Laura at the front absolutely love me and the feeling is mutual! Thank you all for everything!!! I will never go anywhere else as long as this place exist! P.s. One of the massage chairs also does your feet. So wear clean socks lol

I’ve been going to Berman Chiropractic since 2018 (with a long break during 2020 for quarantining) and they are great! From the front desk staff, who are always helpful and have even helped me with my insurance details, to the doctors and other staff. I live with chronic pain and my regular visits help a lot with my daily pain levels. I was excited when they started adding other services, like cryotherapy. They also have massage therapists and infrared saunas. I personally see Dr. Berman and he is always kind and attentive and has a great memory, especially ally for how many patients he surely deals with all the time.

Berman Chiropractic is a great place for chiropractic care. Both Dr. Berman and Dr. Conner are so professional and very caring. The staff is awesome too...they are always so friendly and helpful. I regularly see Dr. Conner. He uses a therapy called ART which I really like because it is gentle and yet very effective. Recently, I had a painful neck injury. The next day I went to see Dr. Conner and I left there feeling like a million dollars! I also like that they have other machines for additional therapy, if needed. I highly recommend their services.

Berman Chiropractic and Wellness is truly the most inviting doctors office I've ever encountered. Dr. Berman is so pleasant and lovely. Every one is greeted with a warm personal welcome when they arrive. I am a new patient and I already feel like I have known Dr. Berman for years. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and I experienced symptoms of whiplash and lower back pain. I went to Dr. Berman for a consultation and he took x-rays and right away he was able to diagnose my situation. It have only been going to Dr. Berman for a couple weeks for my injury and I already feel much better. Every time I walk out of the office felling so much better, both physically and mentally. His good humor and energy is infectious and as witness by these other reviews, his chiropractic skills are one of the best. The fees are very reasonable and compared to other chiropractors, they are actually cheaper. They are very helpful when it comes to costs and billing and will definitely work with you on how best to handle your payments. I strongly recommend Dr. Berman and his staff. Truly 5 stars!

He has a true talent for finding ALL of your misaligned spots and working them back into position..Prior to coming to this office, I have been going to another chiropractor for years and saw minimal results. Berman Chiropractic is the best relief for body pains or adjustments. I've scheduled for various reasons in the past and walk out feeling rejuvenated. Although typical onset of pain is sporadic, the office works miracles to schedule me immediately. Dr. Craig Conner is professional and thorough with treatments. I have had an amazing experience at Berman Chiropractic and Wellness. The chiropractors, along with the other therapists, are extremely welcoming and keep me involved with my individualized care plan. They also take the time to answer any questions that I have and help me understand what's going on in my body and what I can do (outside of therapy) to avoid any more injuries. I feel more relaxed and my pain has decreased tremendously since I have started my therapy. I have been going to Berman Chiropractic for a year. I have always had a GREAT experience at Berman Chiropractic. Dr. Berman, Wendell, Danielle and the rest of the staff are the best. Dr. Berman always makes himself available for any chiropractic needs. Wendell gives the BEST massages. I have not been able to run in 10 years since an accident I had causing my ankle to be fused. I had so much scar tissue in my ankle that it prohibited me from running. Wendell does a fantastic job with massages. I asked him to focus on my ankle and he did without hesitation. He began working on my ankle two months ago and has broken up all the scar tissue that formed over the last 10 years. Now I'm running again, something I never thought I'd do again. Danielle works at the front desk. She has always been VERY pleasant and nice. She takes care of any concerns or questions I have with insurance and gets right back to me. I've never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend Berman Chiropractic for all of your chiropractic and massage care.

I love this place! I injured my lower back moving appliances, and Dr Conner took me from hunched over in pain, to upright and pain free in a very short time. I have a career that requires some lifting, so I have chosen to go about once a month to keep my spine from being uncooperative, and it's working out great. I've been coming to see Dr. Berman once a week for a few weeks now and I can say that without a doubt that visiting his office has been a COMPLETE game changer within my recovery regiment. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the different therapies that he has to offer. I'm an EXTREMELY active person and have had my share of pesky injuries over the years. I ran track, cross country, wrestling, football all throughout high-school and also enlisted in the military for 5 years. Currently I train for MMA so my body is always beat up, tight and sore. The sauna process is SOLID. They get me in and out quickly during my workday. They have a 'Sunlighten Mpulse' (in case you were wondering) which preforms well. The sauna is infrared so you can actually use your phone inside the sauna which is interesting. I usually choose to just nap and go without my phone inside. The staff are personable and friendly. I am a big fan of this place!

I really feel I benefited from this treatment. I got more from the adjustments and the decompression then any other office offered me, including physical therapy. The Ortho I went to wanted to do surgery, but I wasn't it to that or steroids and or pain meds.Dr. Berman is the best and I can tell he really enjoys helping people.*Great Location. When I went in for my first visit with Dr. Berman I was in so much pain that I thought I might be on the verge of another back surgery. I have had 2 previous back surgeries on my lower back. I have been in pain and it had only been getting worse. I have seen Dr. Berman twice now in the past week and it is amazing how great I feel now. I only wish I could have found him sooner, maybe it would have prevented me from having any surgery. I highly recommend Berman Chiropractic. Dr. Conner has been recently contracted to work with employees at my company using his expert ART techniques. I was skeptical at first, but my pain in my lower back that I've had for years was increasing and I just couldn't take much more. Within 6 treatments, it was fixed. Each session lasted 15 minutes at the most, and didn't keep me away from my desk for too long. Dr. Conner is very easy to talk with and really knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone to him. In fact, I would recommend any employer that has a moderate to large employee base to consider bringing Dr. Conner to their site. You'll have happier employees with reduced recordable injuries, and less medical/sick leave.

I am a 49 year old woman. I've always been active and I still play numerous sports including, golf, tennis, swimming, table tennis and softball. I work out at my health club on a regular basis and I spend about 4 hours walking and standing at work. About 9 months ago, I started having a pain in my hips and upper buttock. The pain progessively worsened into a chronic gnawing, pulling pain that woke me up from sleep. I felt like I had a giant trigger point in my hip and glutes that radiated down the side of my leg. Whenever, I walked, ran or biked, the pain would progessivey worsen as the day went on. An x-ray showed some minor hip bursitis to which my arthritis doctor could only treat with medications that didn't work well. Along with the hip pain, I was also experiencing more frequent bouts of back pain that felt like a nagging dull sensation searing across my lower back. A recent MRI revealed that I had 4 herniated disc in my lower back. The hip and back pain fed off each other and I became overwhelmed and scared thinking that I would need major surgery and/or live with pain the rest of my life. I've been to several chiropractors in the past, and all they did was quick adjustments. I was looking for a chiropractor that could do more than adjustments. I met Dr Berman at my place of employment in downtown Clayton. I told him my issues and he said confidently, "I can help you with that pain, come in and see me". The rest is history! Dr Berman and his staff of chiropractors, massage therapist, and office staff have done wonders with my pain. After examining me, Dr Connor's who works at the office, immediately knew what was causing my hip/glute/i.t.band pain and proceeded to do some fascia therapy techniques on me. He has done the same technique on several famous athletes with the same pain and explained that it is a fairly common complaint. After 3 sessions with Dr Connors, my hip and glute pain has been dramatically reduced. I've also had the following done in Dr Berman's office: deep tissue massages, electronic nerve stimulation on my lower back, spinal disc decompression, hip, back and neck adjustments, free use of stretching equipment to improve flexibility. I usually do a combination of 3 or more of these treatments in 1/2 to 1 hour appointments. Dr Berman is kind, personable, and optimistic. He has worked on several professional St Louis athletes as well as some PGA players, and Hollywood stars passing through the St Louis area. Unlike most chiropractor offices, his is new and upbeat with walls full of famous people he has worked with. Also, his location is centrally located in downtown Clayton with very short waiting room times. He takes most insurances and is very flexible with payment plans. I am very pleased with the progress that I've felt and I've developed a sense of well being and hope working with Dr. Berman and his staff.

Yesterday, I walked in 39 weeks 6 days pregnant dilated 1cm and hardly effaced, a position I've held for the last 5 weeks. After My adjustment with Dr. Berman yesterday, I had an appointment this morning with my OB, and to my surprise, I was not only dilated to 2cm, I was thin enough to stretch to 3cm, and my cervix has moved into position for birth. My OB said that with these new changes, even if I still ended up needing and induction, my chances for me having a successful vaginal birth are great! Today, I went back for a massage as well, and my therapist Kelsey was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I could leave a generic friendly and professional comment, talk about him being chiropractor to the stars, and so on. But those things aren't what matters most when it comes to YOUR HEALTHCARE. Dr. Berman is a highly skilled, effective and really compassionate caregiver that has your recovery in mind, and what's best for your health in his heart. About 5 years ago I walked into his office, extremely ill, depressed and injured as a result of medications I was taking for my back, in which had many protruded disks, and the only option I was given was surgery. I was in freshman year of undergrad, and of all things I was both a track and cross country runner. My entire world crashed before my eyes because running was my world. To have that snatched from underneath me was way to much to bear. I had enough with the pills, refused the narcotics, and was never going to accept I'd never run again, and I had to have surgery. I googled alternative therapies for correcting Protruded discs( and the other spine injuries I had, such as towering and lack of curvature, lumbar-sacral strain, sciatica, etc), and a machine in which I believe is called DTS(forgive me if I'm wrong) popped up. There was only one provider in St.Louis who had this, and it was Dr. Berman. There was a link to his web page. I called, I went in, and long story short, those problems are a distant memory. I could't believe my eyes when a more recent MRI confirmed that I no longer have protruded discs, and the fact that I am able to enjoy running again! Dr. Berman truly helped give me my life back. There is no way to repay a person for that. There aren't enough words to express the gratitude my husband and I have. I promise if you just go in and give it a try, you could't find yourself in better hands.
