My baby was transverse at 36 weeks and one of the midwives I saw recommended seeing Dr. Nicole. I felt so much better after my adjustment and didn't realize how uncomfortable I was. I wish I had come in sooner during my whole pregnancy. My baby was able to flip into the right position and my whole labor process was so much easier.

Dr.Nicole is the bestest! I have had hip pain for over 2 years now cause of a fall on the ice i have gone to a orthopedic and did cortisone epidural (7) and had no relief i have a bulging disc l4&l5 well decided to try acupuncture cause dr say next step is surgery i am very impressed with how Dr.Nicole eased my worries and i have had 4 sessions of acupuncture and not 100% but a lot better THANK YOU 😀

I was not a believer in chiropractors or acupuncture until my spine doctor referred me to Dr. Nicole at Leading Edge for acupuncture for my sciatica nerve pain and chiropractic treatments for my chronic back pain. Knowing my hesitancy about being there, Dr. Nicole took it slow and easy, until I became more comfortable and started to feel less and less pain until I soon felt no pain whatsoever. Now, whenever daily activities cause pain or discomfort in my back or any area of my body, I immediately give her office a call. Don't hesitate any longer, give her a call if you are in pain. I know acupuncture can seem intimidating to those who are afraid of needles but honestly you don't feel the needles for the most part, and the relief you feel after is so much more! After two appointments I can finally move my neck and after over 18 months of constant pain, MRI appointments, Xrays, Chiropractic care, and massages, I have RELIEF. I cannot express my gratitude enough for it. Acupuncture is gentle and relaxing. You can literally take a twenty minute nap. Give it a try.

Dr Nicole's acupuncture treatment for plantar fasciitis has been a game changer for me. Within a couple of weeks, I've gotten relief persistent pain when walking or standing. Completely improved my pregnancy experience! I started going to Dr. Nicole at about 24 weeks pregnant to help align my pelvis since I had a difficult delivery with my first baby due to an unaligned pelvic floor. For the past year and a half I was being treated locally for a hip that felt like “it had disconnected” from my leg and a knee on the other side that was swelling and giving out. I was not getting better and at the beginning of July I was starting to use a cane to get around. My local provider had sent me for a cortisone shot and said if that didn’t help I’d need surgery. It didn’t help and I stopped seeing anyone. I called Leading Edge Care after realizing that ugly cane was going to be my future and didn’t want that. I was fortunate enough to get in right away with Dr Nicole. She diagnosed both my knee and hip issue. When I left the office after the first visit I walked around Menards with no problem! I got back home and was able to take the stairs with out pulling myself up them using the railing. Had my second treatment today and feel I am 90% better! I don’t expect 100% right away - my body has been this way over a year so I’m just totally amazed I’m this good after two visits. Why did I choose Leading Edge Care? I went there a few years ago after a mastectomy and during chemotherapy. Dr. Nicole did acupuncture that helped prevent neuropathy in my hands, legs and feet. It also helped relieve the stress I was under.

Dr. Nicole has been a god send for me this pregnancy. I’ve been struggling with some pretty severe pelvic tightness to the point sitting and standing was excessively uncomfortable. No joke, one visit and I was 90% better nearly immediately. Night and day. I was so disheartened thinking I was going to have to suffer the remainder of my pregnancy with no relief, but she fixed me right up. I came to Leading Edge and Dr. Nicole when I was 38 weeks pregnant. I was having some pregnancy complications and it was looking like I would need to be induced later that week. However, my baby was breech. It being my 4th pregnancy and really wanting to have the least invasive birth possible, I needed to get my baby to flip. Dr. Nicole fit me into her already busy schedule for a same day appointment (as a new client no less!) and made me feel at ease that we would get my baby to flip. She gave me minor adjustments and some spinning babies exercises to do at home to promote baby to flip. When I went in for my midwife appointment a day later, my baby had flipped and was no longer breech! I would recommend Dr. Nicole many times over. She is so personable and very friendly. After delivery, I came back with my newborn to get him adjusted post birth. She explained the process and everything she was adjusting in him as she did it. It made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to treat my baby. I will come back for anything else my family needs! It has been a great experience!

From the moment I walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised. I had been emailing Nicole back and forth prior to my appt, and I found her both knowledgable and direct. I appreciated her input even before I established as a patient. Staff makes sure your needs are made and that you are comfortable as possible. They even call you later in the day to ensure it. I went to her for acupuncture for infertility and will continue to follow her plan until the journey ends. Hoping for a rainbow baby!

Dr. Nicole is amazing and one of my favorite chiropractors after seeing many for the last 25 years of my life. I have fibromyalgia and had two major car accidents many years ago. She was my savior this past winter, especially with acupuncture. I have now started taking my daughter to her for headaches and it has helped tremendously. I would highly recommend her. She has a great personality and is extremely thorough with every visit. If you're not sure about acupuncture, try it! I have been doing it for years and it makes a huge difference depending on your symptoms!!! I really appreciate Dr. Nicole and the staff at Leading Edge. I went in after severe issues with running around after my 13 month old along with some old injuries. Dr. Nicole made it very easy to trust her and I appreciated her clear and concise suggestions for my care. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. I went back with my second baby who got really sick at 4.5 weeks with some respiratory issues. Dr. Nikki is very professional and extremely helpful with her acupuncture treatments. Scheduling appointments are very easy with the front office staff. They are very polite. Dr. Nikki went out of her way to squeeze me an appointment on her own personal time. Struggling with Fertility? I was too. I was always told to try acupuncture but I was not a huge fan of needles. I finally decided to try acupuncture with Dr. Nicole and was not disappointed. Doctor Nikki is a miracle worker! When I started going to Leading Edge I was having at least three migraines a week. I have suffered with migraines for 20+ years but this was an especially bad stretch of headaches. Dr. Nikki took the time to talk with me about my headaches and asked questions that other Chiropractic Doctors hadn't ask me before. She discovered that 5 out of the 7 vertebrae in my neck were out of alignment. She put me on a treatment plan with regular adjustments and acupuncture until I could get the headaches under control. It was actually Dr. Nikki would suggested reducing the number of visits, which is not always the case with some clinics. Long story short, Dr. Nikki helped me get my life back! I still visit her about once a month and feel like a champ!

We are so impressed and grateful for Dr. Nicole! My sweet little two month old baby was only kicking one leg, sleeping very poorly and spitting up a ton of milk. After just one visit with Nicole, Liam was kicking both legs and keeping down food. We continued to see her for a few weeks regularly to get Liam in tip top shape. Now Liam is 4 months old and sleeping 12 hours straight through the night, eating like a champ and kicking like crazy! We go once every few weeks or as needed to make sure we stay in alignment. Leading Edge Chiropractic is just fantastic! I had tried to get relief from back pain from two other chiropractors but none of their adjustments helped. I was in so much pain that I could hardly walk and my daughter's wedding was in a week. My friend at work recommended Dr Nicole at Leading Edge so I called in to make an appointment. Dr. Nicole actually answered the call and said that she couldn't get me in until the next week. She must have heard the disappointment (pain) in my voice because she hesitated and then said she would skip lunch if need be and see me. I was so impressed by her caring attitude..it is hard to find this kind of professional caring any more. Well I went in and Dr. Nicole took time to exam me, listened to what I had to say and we set up a plan of treatment. I had to go back a couple of times but I was able to walk upright down the aisle for my daughter's wedding and even danced a couple of times at the wedding. I will never go anywhere else!

I have taken my now 1 year old to Dr. Nikki as needed since she was born. She helped with reflux around 2 months old within just a few visits. Over the last few months we have had major sleep issues...waking every 30 minutes to 1.5 hours crying. I have had lower back trouble for years, icing my back every night during the last year. At times, it was so painful that I could not get in and out of my car or bed without help! I had been to another local chiropractic office. I started with adjustments on my first day, and was never examined or told what my pain was from. After about 6 months without relief, I asked around and was referred to Dr. Nicole at Leading Edge. At my first appointment, she did a thorough examination, and then took the time to explain the source of my lower back pain. She told me it wasn't actually from my back, but my hips. Before my next appointment, I received a plan from Dr. Nicole as well as the goals she had for me. This is something I never received from my previous chiropractor. Within a month of weekly visits, I began to feel incredible relief. Dr. Nicole was the one to suggest I start coming less often, which is unusual! It was never her intention to keep me coming in, but to get me better and see me less. I no longer ice my back, and rarely feel pain in my lower back. Not only is Dr. Nicole professional and incredible at what she does, she is kind, friendly, and truly cares for her patients. Her office staff are the same way. Highly recommend this place! Dr. Nicole is super friendly and truly cares about her patients. She will listen to exactly what your concerns/problems are and does her best to fix them. I have seen her for chiropractic and acupuncture treatments and have been feeling amazing afterwards. We took our son to Dr. Nicole when he was six weeks old for fussiness, spitting up/reflux, general discomfort and very poor sleeping. Our son was very unhappy day and night (he needed constant swaddling, shhing and pacifing) After getting treatment from Dr. Nicole he is doing so much better! After assessing our son and asking a bunch of questions, she was able to identify and treat issues with our son's back/neck/hips and some inflammation in his digestive tract. She also recommended a probiotic that we feel helped as well with his reflux. We are now able to enjoy our baby so much more thanks to Dr. Nicole. She is a very gentle and confident provider. Nicole with Leading Edge is amazing! I was referred to her by a provider. It took me a a few months to go, but, one I did it was wonderful. I've never had a spa treatment before...... it felt like I had spent the day at the spa! I was so relaxed and I felt so good when I leave the them. I had been experiencing constant pain from a knot in my left shoulder for over 7 months which started leading to pain in my left arm and tingling in my fingers. I had been adjusted by a chiropractor a couple times who then told me there was nothing more that could be done for me. A co-worker of mine recommended Dr. Nicole to me and making my first appointment was the best thing I have done! After describing the issue to Dr. Nicole and the pain it was causing, she came up with a treatment plan for me and she has used a couple techniques I was not familiar with - the graston procedure and cupping - and they have been successful. I am nearing the end of the treatment plan and the knot is gone as well as the pain in my arm. This past weekend I called on a Saturday morning and left a message- slightly frantic as my son was experiencing some serious lower back pain from a Friday night basketball game and couldn't sit or stand without chronic pain. I received a personal call from Dr. Nicole who told me to bring him in. She not only worked on and relieved the pain from his lower back but worked on other areas she discovered that needed help. Had a pinched nerve in my neck back in December 2016. The nerve became un-pinched, but left me with several back knots and still in a lot of pain. After getting numerous massages and chiropractor visits, I decided to try acupuncture at Leading Edge. This was after I googled acupuncture in SF and saw the great reviews and stars. After a month an a half and about 6 visits, it is hard to find the knots that where once in my back and traps that caused the pain. It is important to note, with a great deal of surprise, that my health insurance company recommended I see Dr. Roemen. After a devastating fall in 2011, I saw my doctor, a pain management doctor at Avera, a shoulder surgeon, and my neurologist for excruciating shoulder pain.
