Its a great feeling when your chiropractor wants to know about your daily life and give advice to help keep aches and pains away instead of treating you without asking questions then sending you on your way to do the exact same thing and come back a week later to get another adjustment instead of having someone on your side to work with you and fix the problem. I was referred to Health Source of Sioux Falls South by my daughter. She and most of her family members have been served by Health Source. When I finally called for an appointment I was in a lot of pain in my lower back, knee, neck and shoulders. I had never been to a Chiropractor that followed with Physical Therapy after each adjustment. I was encouraged to do those exercises at home. I was skeptical, especially since they gave me a schedule of appointments. I began to feel better with each appointment and expected to be told that I didn't need to keep the next appointment. To make a long story short, I haven't felt this healthy in years. I continue to do the exercises that they recommended. I would encourage anyone who is in pain to try Health Source, it works. Carol

The team of people at HealthSource is truly awesome! I started seeing Dr. Marsh when I was pregnant with my oldest and he really helped alleviate the pains I was having. Because of him, I was able to get rid of headaches I had for years and if I continue to go on a regular basis, they don't come back. Dr. Klatt was great!!! I had back troubles for years that he helped me manage with adjustments and exercise. I had an injury at the L5 and he was able to help control the pain and keep mobility instead of surgery. Although I injured it worse on my own... He stayed in touch and actually reviewed my Xrays and MRI to ensure I would get the best possible help from a surgeon. He is now helping me get back to 100%. I had lower back problems for six years. Went to other chiropractors and physical therapist. All I heard from them was you might have to look into surgery or quit your job and find one that is easier on your body. Went to HealthSource and within the first visit they figured out that my last vertebra in my back just above my tail bone had not fully developed off of the tail bone. In other words, I am short one vertebra in my back. What? No one else even bothered to count. I was shocked. We set up a lower back strengthening program. They showed me stretches to do that, help keep things lose in my lower back, and now I can manage my pain and discomfort. The staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks so much you guys.

The doctors are passionate about adjusting your body structurally through spinal adjustment and incorporating stretches/exercises that help strengthen your weak areas. I was referred to Dr. Mike Clarke by my eye Dr. I walked into his office thinking a few adjustments, and I would be on my way. No, nothing like the others. He does an assessment to find out what is really wrong. I knew I had a bulged disk in my lower back from child birth, but never knew my neck was the worse part of me. He did X-Rays and talk to me about my situation. He recommended this 4 month plan of therapy. My inside thought no way he is crazy, but I was curious about his promise. He promised me that if I came to my appointments and did the exercises/stretches he recommended that my life would change. He was 100% correct. I started doing his stretches and slowly adding his strength exercises and was amazed of how much I felt better, and stronger. Each time I came back in, less, and less adjustments were needed. Before coming to him, I felt like a 60+ year old instead of a 40 year old. Now I feel like I am in my 30's again. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. I recommend everyone to come and see Dr. Mike and follow his plan and they too will get their lives back!!!!!

I first heard of HealthSource when they came to my workplace and gave out free massages. I had never been to a chiropractor before and my fiance had been suggesting that I see one for my persistant low back pain and headaches. They were very friendly and I could tell they cared more about me than just my business. They reall got to know me and were in tune with what my body needed on a particular visit. Choosing HealthSource West has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made! From day one, I've felt extremely comfortable discussing any, and all, of my health issues with Dr. Clarke! On top of being very easy to talk to, he's so knowledgable and makes sure that you understand what's happening with your body. I learned more about my health in the first consult, than I had in all of the previous years of my life. Since starting my rehab, and getting adjusted each time also, I feel like a completely new person. I no longer have headaches, my shoulders aren't tense, and I can now bend without my lower back hurting! The exercises and stretches that Bethany has taught me, have strengthened my core and made me feel great again! I don't know when the last time was that I could honestly say that. When I went to Dr.Mike 2 1/2 months ago, I was a mess. I had 3 back surgeries several years ago and have been taking pain meds. Then in February I was in an accident that messed up my neck and back, so I was not in good shape. Then to add insult to injury, I got terrible vertigo. I had a friend that was familiar with Dr. Mike and suggested I go see him. Well he got rid of my vertigo in a very short time. I have been going to Dr. Mike for 2 1/2 months and with adjustments and rehab, I am feeling like a new person. I don't even need pain meds .I highly recommend Dr. Mike! I also have to thank Heidi for the help she gives me in my rehabilitation.
