Dr. Bruce Jon has been an absolute life saver for my significant other, Roger Knecht, and me. For at least a decade, we had to worry about going on trips or even dancing at weddings because Roger's hips and back hurt so much. I had neck surgery in 2004, but it never felt good even after that. My dad had a random person come up to him in a store when she saw he was bent over in pain. She told him about Bruce Jon; he immediately went to the office. Bruce Jon helped him instantly. After hearing that, we finally went for our consultation. So, now Roger goes about once a week, and I go once a month. It literally has changed our lives! We can enjoy everything we are doing in our early retirement. Our treatments only take about 5 minutes each, but I know others do more extensive treatments. We would if needed. Since we both have contraptions in our bodies because of our surgeries, what he can do is limited. To me, what he does is perfect! All I can say is Dr. Bruce Jon is a wonderful doctor and an enjoyable person!

If you’re experiencing back problems, I encourage you to see Dr Bruce Hagen with Back Specialists. My back went out while playing with my grandchildren. Dr. Hagen helped me immensely. When I went in I could barely walk and boy did I hurt. Dr. Hagen uses the Activator method - a more gentle treatment. After multiple treatments, my back was not only pain free but he realigned my spine. During our recent snow storm I was out there shoveling out. (Not that I would recommend shoveling.). But that I’m able to be as active as I am with no back problems is amazing. Thank you, Dr. Hagen!

Recommended by family Freind Hagan repeat visits for 6 mo healed my back lost my insurance Went to three or four other different chiropractors Back got worse and worse I thought I Didn’t see any other option is vault surgery and maybe never able to work again Then I remembered Dr. Hagan they offer Chiropractic insurance which brought my visit down to about $50 apiece. Hey everyone I’m Matt I have 30+ years of back problems ive had be struggling with walking, lifting and everyday chores when I was 19 I lifted too much weight and over rotates my pelvis and slip 3+discs in my spine I’ve been to hospitals for shots and been to other chiropractors they all gave me relief but didn’t fix it then I heard of the back specialist on the radio and say what could I lose so I went and wow very professional took some X-rays and started with a plan and went from there I was worried I told him I can’t bend or move very good and fast movement would make me spasm he told me they don’t crack backs or necks they use this tool I was ok didn’t think much of it and he said to start light physical therapy with treatment and in a months time I could walk better bend to lift stuff up and no more spasms I wish I would have found him sooner I was so very great full and now I go there with what ever problems he is the best and he takes time to explain what he is going to do and how your treatment is going thanks for everything doc

Early this spring my back was acting up like it usually does in the spring. This time it got really bad.A buddy of mine referred me to the back specialist this was on a Saturday afternoon. Dr Bruce John told me to come in that Saturday night at 7:00. X-rayed me showed me the problem and told me his plan to get me fixed up it worked! They are definitely back specialist that care!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Back Specialists. I was referred to them by at least a half a dozen people from NW Iowa who make the drive there at least once a month. The entire staff is professional and friendly. They take the time to understand your individual situation and help resolve whatever pain you are experiencing. I would like to point out that back injuries can happen in a second but can take months to heal. You need to be patient with the healing process and don’t rush it. I know it can be frustrating to take time with how busy our worlds can be but you’ve only got one back. Dr Bruce Jon and Dr Chris have the knowledge and experience to help get you feeling better.

So I wanted to tell you about my latest experience with Chiropractic biophysics at Chris's office.; so you may know that CBP tries to correct the spine back to Ideal so it's healthy and doesn't hurt and that's kind of a long-term Curative thing but the exercises that Chris gave me to perform at home when my back hurts or neck hurts for example I do those and it provides a cute relief from the pain which is just dandy almost amazing. It's indicative of that my posture or work habits or whatever are causing that spine curve to go out and so instantly when I for example flatten my back lower back the pain is alleviated

Back Specialists & Dr. Bruce Jon Hagen are giving me my life back. First of all, they care about their patients & really want to find healthy options to make life enjoyable again. I’ve had one failed spinal fusion surgery at L4-5 and have been told I need 2 more fusions due to Spondylolisthesis. My pain level can be a 7-8 when coming to Dr. Hagen and consistently he helps to bring it down to a more manageable 3-4 pain level. I can't put into words how thankful I am for Dr Chris. Normal visits to chiropractors worked for 2 or 3 weeks and my neck and back would go right back to what it was doing.
