Where do I start? I learn about chiropractic treatment and the benefits once I started working for Dr. Hill. You will think that my opinion is biased but let me tell you, I live in Olympia and I drive every week to get adjusted and every time is worth the drive even after I stopped working there. Dr. Hill and Dr. Bernal always,and I mean it, ALWAYS have been genuinely interested in their patients well being and will do anything they can to provide the best care for all their patients. They educate us and teach us how to live a better, healthier lifestyle. Chiropractic care is not just cracking your back every day, it's a lifestyle! And I am proof of all the benefits of getting adjusted regularly and following the doctor's recommendations. I used to get migraines every week and really bad backaches every month, to the point that I had to sleep sitting up and was very hard to breathe, that was always around my period and I related it with the 3 epidurals I had with my 3 c-sections. The first time I got adjusted (I will never forget) we were at a conference and I was struggling with that time of the month and that excruciating pain, one of my coworkers suggested me to ask one of the doctors to adjust my back to see if that would help (which I doubted because I had already taken 2 ibuprofen and 2 Tylenol to "help" with the pain without any relief), but I did... I can not explain the level of incredibility once I got up from the adjustment table, the pain was GONE!!! I was in shock! I was afraid to take a deep breath feeling that pain again, but it was gone and better yet, it didn't come back the next day! That time was a game changer for me and the concept I had about a Chiropractic office was changed forever. I work there for 6 months and been a patient for over a year now and I am not turning back (even when Dr. Hill always suggests to find someone closer) like he always says "Is not about the Chiropractor is about Chiropractic", but unless he has a clone or a twin or someone as kind hearted and that truly care about his patients and does everything to help them get the best care that they need, I refuse to go somewhere else. Please educate yourself about Chiropractic care and the benefits of it, from a headache, to sinus congestión, to ear infections (yeah! That helps too!!!) and start working on healing yourself inside out. Thank you Dr. Hill and his amazing team, thank you for teaching me a better way to take care of myself and my family.

I have been going to the chiropractor for 11 months after being in a bad car accident that caused damage to my already severe scoliosis. Every single visit that I assisted has made me feel better. In the beginning I was in so much pain that in my initial adjustments I would wince in pain. But little by little the pain starting disappearing and I was no longer wincing in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Christopher for any serious back issues that you may have or any needs that could be fulfilled by the care of a chiropractor. They are attentive to your needs and make you feel welcome as a family for your overall health needs. They are well accommodating to your needs which is great. Guess what! They have a massage service which is a plus! They are always there. You can’t go wrong. For me, that’s heaven in my world❤️ Overall, Dr. Hill, along with his partner and staff, assured me of how important the health of science is taking care of your body is very important. From detailing the science of the body to x-rays, massage, and educating myself are very useful. My condition related to attending here under Dr. Hill’s care significantly impacted how I feel now than when I first went in. It’s going on for two years, and my condition is improving. Not to mention the front staff, their knowledge and understanding of every information you needed for insurance, etc., is impressive. When I arrived they were welcoming and had everything ready. They didn’t make me wait and there was no delay, it was very timely. The massage therapist listened to me and did a good job focusing on the areas I asked to be massaged. Before you start the treatment you fill out a paper that asked were you where having pain. I had a good experience and I wish it was longer than 1 hour. I felt so much better and my pain is a lot less. I was so relaxed after. I’m going to sleep very well tonight. I have been having my lower back pain for a few years and my acupuncturist recommend Dr Hill of New balance Chiropractic. They took X-ray and the doctor showed me my X ray and explained my condition which is quite bad in my own opinion. I’m love this clinic, they have prolonged my career and kept me healthy. I was scared to see a chiropractor and only began after my acupuncturist, physiatrist and physical therapist were ALL recommending this clinic. They have treated me through a right frozen shoulder in 2013, left frozen shoulder in 2015 and car accident injury in 2017, all to complete recovery. In between those injuries, they have kept me in alignment. They have worked patiently with often obstructive Insurance plans and have a very reasonable prepay package plan that I use most of the time. The clinic is clean and beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

I have been many times to get adjusted, and also a massage, and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect since I have had bad experiences with chiropractors in the past... so turns out after 3-4 years of my shoulder always feeling caught up and out of place, Dr. Hill informed me and showed my I had a long time ago fracture in one of my upper vertebrae that was causing all my pain.. since then, i have been getting adjusted, focusing on strengthening my back muscles and getting movement in my back and I seriously have felt such a huge relief. It's like spring cleaning, you know it needs to happen and you put it off, but once it's done you feel so much better. They're approach to chiropractic is so different, in a way that they want to help genuinely get your spine healthy, I would totally recommend to anyone who has struggled or needs back help!!!
