It is my first time having to use a chiropractic office for my back, but it is definitely a great place to start! Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mike took great care in understanding my needs for the visit before going into my adjustment. Felt nice to be heard! Highly suggest checking out this office as well if you are in need of helpful recommendations for exercise specifically tailored for your ailments from the PT there, Clinton.

Great place! Friendly and professional staff. I had a lower back injury and by the end of my 12 visit package I was pain free. Both the doctor and physical therapist are very knowledgeable. I was provided with stretches and exercises to do at home so I could keep up with my therapy. Highly recommended

They are all amazing. I’ve never experienced such personalized and detailed treatment. And affordable! They make sure to listen to you to know exactly what’s wrong and work specifically on it every single appointment. Dr. Nicole fixed my sore arm and got rid of the pain. She was so patient with me and very thoughtful. I’m not exaggerating when I say they brought me back to life. The whole practice has a perfect combination of professional, experienced yet comfortable and relaxed vibe. From the moment you enter Ulfgar makes you smile. Their massage therapist JP also works wonders. He’s so experienced and careful at his job. They were very understanding when I had issues with my insurance and were so flexible with me when it came to take care of the payment. They are so nice and easygoing. It’s like visiting friends. I’m so glad I found them and I’ll be happy to recommend them anytime!

Dr. Nicole is outstanding and has been very helpful for me — a patient who has had severe pain! JP is an OUTSTANDING massage therapist and an asset! Without question, he has been the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. The new staff are very friendly. I wish the new owners of the practice were a bit more attuned to what change is like when patients have been seeing a beloved provider for years and decades then new staff/providers come in. It works better when you consider the impact of such changes and then, implement changes differently and in a more mindful way.

So far, I've had 2 sessions with Dr. Nicole Stanley and have noticed relief already! She and her team are very knowledgeable and quick to get patients started on their care plan. It's actually the first time that I've had a real chiropractic care plan drafted and given to me! They are also transparent about insurance benefits and took the time to share this information with me which I appreciated. Additionally, their office offers a full suite of services including chiropractic, massage and physical therapy which is great if you want/need to combine different services in one location to treat your health concerns. This makes it very convenient. The staff is very professional and communicative -- I've been very impressed with them. The location is easy to get to and they have onsite parking (a rarity in the city) and their offices are lovely and professional. I'm so glad I started coming to Backfire and highly recommend them.

TLDR; This Practice is one of the best--if you're looking for a Chiropractor, this will be the one. 1) immediately was able to get an appointment when I needed it 1a) to make the appointment was seamless --the entire staff is friendly , helpful and easily set me up. A family feel, definitely. 2) I've had regular adjustments since I was young --& the Chiropractor Nicole, is the absolute BEST chiro I've had adjusting me. 2a) I've come here to treat a problem with my right side -- and she was able to diagnose, adjust accordingly, & give me a personalized routine to do at home to improve my situation. 3) The Practice also includes Physical Therapy with Clint -- and is equally as thorough and skilled in his field. 4) I have been coming since beginning of May 2022-- and I ALWAYS feel "heard" and understood. I always leave feeling better than I arrived. 4a) The problem I came to Backfire with, has since improved, and continues to improve. 5) Price wise, Backfire is inclusive, and I don't ever feel like I'm sacrificing my well being for affordability. 10/10

Kerry is exceptionally competent; the best chiropractor I've ever had. In the nearly 10 years I've been seeing him, he's never tried to BS me, pressure me into getting lifelong adjustments, or sell me snake oil. He listens, assesses, treats, and makes recommendations, all while being friendly and personable. He's a healing presence and a bargain at any price and I feel lucky to have found him. I have been seeing Dr. Kerry for almost 3 years now for my migraines, and he is very knowledgeable and very well schooled in what he does. Since I have been seeing Dr. Kerry, I no longer need to use migraine medication that makes me not be able to function after taking it. I sleep better and rarely have migraines at all anymore. Dr. Kerry is great chiropractor and I feel very fortunate to have him as my chiropractor too. I have also been seeing J.P. for massage and shoulder work too. J.P. is a fantastic massage therapist, and has helped me to gain much more range of motion in my shoulders and given me stretches that help to continue the work at home. The pain and discomfort in my upper shoulders has gotten much better, and I am able to sit upright with better posture, and sleep better too. The team and office staff at Backfire Chiropractic are Amazing, and really focus on the care of their patients and have a very comfortable atmosphere that makes the whole place make you feel welcome all the time too.
