Dr. Andrea is the best chiropractor I have ever had! She truly cares about you and your health. She is very knowledgable and has great suggestions for basic overall health too She also shows me stretchs that I can do that will help me! I am truly grateful to have her in my life as my chiropractor and she is just a wonderful person too! P.S. Her Assisant is always pleasant and helpful too!

I met Dr. Ella at her office as part of a free trial program for a new therapeutic neck pillow. As someone with a history of a herniated neck disc, I have always been on the search for comfortable pillows that allow my neck to rest at a comfortable angle and relive my headaches and muscle spasms, so it was worth a try! Upon meeting Dr. Ella, she was was very warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic. She gave me some great recommendations for different positions to try when using the pillow. I tried it right away and had a great night’s sleep! I have used it now for a week and have to say that it’s one of the best nick pillows I’ve used. It’s on the smaller side and more plush than I had anticipated, but it seems to put my neck in the perfect position when lying on my back. It is also quite comfortable for slide sleeping. Thank you, Dr. Ella! I look forward to the neck pillow link going live since my wife enjoys stealing it and also finds it quite comfortable! We will definitely need to get ourselves a second one!

Dr. Andrea Smith is simply the best chiropractor I have ever been treated by! She takes the time to talk to you and understand your needs and lifestyle. She treats you as an individual and genuinely cares. She is gentle and explains what she is doing and why! I never feel like I can not ask questions when she adjusts me. My adjustments are tailored to my needs and changes based on how my body is changing. The world needs more chiropractors like Dr. Andrea Smith who demonstrate empathy and compassion while being invested in my well being!!

Dr. Andrea is an amazing experienced chiropractor who embraces a wellness approach and values treating the whole person! She uses a diverse range of techniques and tools to help patients maintain optimal health and find relief from pain. (based on myself and six of my family members). We are grateful to have a trusted doctor who listens and has a superb combination of being compassionate and professional. We travel over an hour to see her without hesitation. The office is clean, calming and Katie the office cooridnator is unbelievely pleasant and super efficient! Thank you for all you both do!

Received a free neck pillow from this practice, just a quick stop on an evening running errands! Great little pillow, have already used in the car and at home (multiple uses). Dr. Ella herself was warm, friendly, and informative! I learned a bit about her practice and how it is different than others, as well as received a packet of further information when I asked. Dr. Ella also spent a few minutes explaining pricing, payment plans, and how that applies to insurance networks. Worth the stop and worth the time in your life to feel better!

Dr Ella and her staff are very welcoming and happy to help! Having never been to a chiropractor, she explained the process of how treatment would be administered which made perfect sense. She also provided a pillow to help support my back and neck. I do a lot of driving for work and have been using it for lumbar support which makes the long drives much more bearable.

Dr. Ella was doing a giveaway for neck pillows and I was lucky enough to receive one. Since I am a side sleeper I often wake up stiff and with neck pain. This new pillow worked on its very first night. I have felt lighter in my shoulders and neck area. Dr. Ella has a warm and comfortable office that is located right between Westbrook and Portland. I highly recommend giving her practice a try.

Dr. Ella offered me a free neck pillow which I really really needed. She was so nice and gave me some helpful ideas on how best to use it since I'm also having trouble with my left shoulder. I highly recommend the pillow so far. I've been using for about 4 days and it helps to alleviate the pressure on my shoulder when I hug it since I'm a side sleeper:+)

Dr. Ella has a unique approach to Chiropractic that needs to be experienced in order to be fully appreciated. The best thing about her techniques is they WORK! There is no awkward wrenching, twisting and popping. At first I was pretty skeptical but I have gone from painful limited range of motion in my shoulder to full range and pain free. If you have tried other chiropractors without results, go to Synaptic Chiropractic and at least schedule an initial consultation and make your decision from there. I am very glad that I did!

Dr Ella is amazing! I went to her after a car accident, because I was having trouble with my nervous system being stuck in "car accident" mode. She helped train my body to release that stuck event in my body. I am forever grateful. In going to Dr Ella she also helped heal my overall nervous system that was basically shot from stress. She helped me get on a restorative plan and helped reset my nervous system to a normal state of health. Love Dr Ella. You must go see her! :)
