I go to this place on average once a week. I Love it. Dr Sean Murphy is the best. I love going in to get adjusted by him. He’s very professional and I can tell that he cares about my body, health, and well being. Jaime at the front desk is very nice. It would be impossible to find a more caring and kind hearted person. There is simply not a mean bone in her body. Highly recommend it.

First let me just say everyone is so kind and welcoming. On occasion I was greeted with tail wags from behind the desk by the sweetest dog and I loved it! I injured my left back and ribs at work. I was sent to massage therapy for weeks and had no relief, I was sent to physical therapy for 6 sessions and had Minimal if any relief. After the second session here I could say I was 10% better and each week I’ve made huge improvements and am feeling more like my normal self after only 8 sessions !

I came in to see Dr. Liquori over a few weeks and he quickly helped me recover from throbbing headaches and neck strain. It was only a few minutes from my work which was a bonus! Dr. Liquori was awesome, listened to every concern and issue I had and quickly went to work to help relive my pain. He was easy to talk to and had a few exercises for me to do in between visits that he shared with me by a video app. My experience here was great from setting up my initial appointments with Jamie to checking in and out! Everything was effortless, they made it so convenient! They have an excellent team that got my insurance billed quickly and communicated results with my primary care doctor. Dr. Liguori has been incredibly helpful - I've seen him 2 times per week for 3 weeks now, and every visit I'm provided with new stretches and exercises that have been helping me to fix my posture and minimize the strains on my neck and back. He also checks in on the things previously assigned, to see if there is improvement or if any changes need to be made. Overall, I've been very pleased with his attention to detail and ability to communicate.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I had a sports injury that was lingering and taking long time to heal. Once I explained what I thought the issue was Dr. Liguori was able to identify what the real issue was and prescribe the best treatment to resolve and over the course of a few visits I experienced significant improvement. I was recently referred to Chiropractic Sports and Health by one of the most respected Physical Therapists in the Greater Portland Area. I have used chiropractors for 35 years. I have met Chiropractors who use extreme force and Chiropractors who use soft tissue work, technique and very precise manipulations. Kate Lynch is the latter of these two types of Chiropractors. She really listened to my history of back issues and devised a plan that was specific and very gentle to my spine. I would strongly recommend Dr Lynch to anyone with complex issues as her years of experience will help devise the right game plan for your spine and NOT make your situation worse! I have had great results after a fall and a minor car accident!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ligouri for a few years upon the recommendation of a good friend. She had done lots of research, and after cycling through several chiropractors (ones which were seemingly a little too “woo,”) I became a patient. As someone who values a more evidence-based approach to all things body and medicine, I was seeking a very specific type of chiropractic care. The office staff is communicative, organized and kind. They were very mindful of covid safety measures and instituted new and ever evolving protocols. When it comes to Dr. Ligouri, he has treated my lower back pain and migraines for years successfully. During my pregnancy, I had near constant pain and migraines and he was able to provide effective treatment that lessened my pain greatly, improving the misery of pregnancy 😜. Dr. Kate Lynch has done so much to help alleviate my neck and shoulder pain caused by osteoarthritis. After months of PT, I was scheduled to have a cortisone shot in my neck - the pain was so bad. Dr. Totta, of OA, thought that I should see Kate, as a "last resort". I started last February, going 1-2 times a week, and now the pain is so managed that monthly visits are all that I need. Kate's demeanor and holistic approach are just what I needed. It's wonderful not to live with chronic pain. Her care was the "last resort" that I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Kate Lynch to anyone who's suffering and wants to be able to do things again.

My man Ligori is the back crackin’ goru of Maine. I tried 2 other chiropractors, both scared to use their hands and relied on a vudu device called an “activator.” Not Ligori though, he will adjust the eff out of you. I’d choose 6 stars if I could, but not an option.
