Oasis Chiropractic and Family Wellness is truly an oasis. Dr. Carol and Dr. Meg are amazing, the office staff efficient and friendly and the Wellness practitioners are top notch. I have experienced a substantial increase in my overall health and my chronic back and neck pain are hardly ever noticeable anymore (unless I overdo it, but that’s on me!). I was paying a co pay for Physical Therapy. I decided to go back to Wellness for alignment. It worked! For the same co pay fee, I had a session of alignment and the most thoughtful care. I drink a bit too much, I don't exercise enough, and I could probably use some therapy. If these magical chiropractors can save my life, they can save yours. As little as I know about my own skeletal structure, I know that Doctors Carol & Meg can see right through me, just from a quick check of my spine. They can tell me what I've been doing physically, they can tell what kind of week I have had emotionally. Sometimes the things they "fix", are obvious discomforts, that just need a nudge back into their rightful place. Sometimes the things they fix are "patterns" of displacement, that can take a long time, and many visits, to successfully overcome. I have been going to these fantastic healers weekly, for over 20 years. In that time I have seen many aspects of my life improve including sleep, stress levels, asthma issues, seasonal allergies, too many things to list. I am a skeptic at heart, but these folks have truly caused me to believe that there is no aspect of being human, that can't be improved by maintaining good spinal alignment & function. Both of my sons were adjusted by Carol & Meg on the day they were born, giving them a fantastic head-start on maintaining good health. They are honestly 2 of the healthiest kids I know. I could gush about what a welcoming, comforting, supportive environment this office & their staff maintain, but I think you should just check it out yourself. There's a lot of other great stuff too, like yoga, massage, nutritional learning, etc. Check it out, you'll be glad you did.

Dr. Meg and Dr. Carol are virtual spine magicians whose wholistic approach to my health starts at my head and ends at my pinkie toe! These people saved my bacon!!! I hurt my lower back just innocently playing with my dog, this past January. I stood up and BAM!!! I had so much pain I could barely walk. The agony of it all was not even my first concern. I had to be able to walk, and walk a lot, because I was headed off to Florida in a few weeks. The amusement parks were high on my family’s list of things to do and I wasn’t about to miss all of that quality time with them. Dr. Meg and Dr. Carroll somehow performed a miracle and fixed me right up!! They really know their stuff! I love the way they explain how the spine works and why the pain is so severe and what they will do to help. I felt so much better by the time I went on my trip, I was so relieved, and ready to hit the amusement parks! My pain has been gone for a long time, but I still see Dr. Meg and Dr. Carroll regularly. I truly believe in the power of chiropractic care. Not only does it fix immediate problems, it keeps your body strong and ready to fight any issues that arise. These are Good People who know what they are doing! Carol and Meg are very welcoming to patients and we become part of the practice "Family". The environment they have created is one of nurturing, healing and fellowship. I came to them originally to avoid back surgery and they have "kept me out from under the knife". I couldn't have asked for more than that. The staff is always upbeat and positive. Their practice also engenders ancillary support such as massage and yoga by other practitioners whom they have selected to provide services as excellent as their own. Highly recommend! Dr Meg and Dr Carol have a different way in approaching health and wellness. They incorporate full body wellness, which is why they have everything from yoga to acupuncture. You won't be stuck in a room alone for a few minutes and that's it, you have a more communal feel in a group setting. They are super friendly, listen and are very helpful, you will never hear "I don't know. " When I first came to them, I wasn't even walking due to back pain, I crawled into the office. 10 years later, my back is doing amazing (combined with things like working out, massage therapy (whom I met through them)). My daughter also received treatment right after she was born, and recently came back for a package to deal with a cough she had for months that wouldn't go away. A few weeks in, and her cough was gone. Chiropractic care fore the win. You'll love it here!

Iv been to about 8 chiropractors over the years in Maine and Massachusetts. CFWC provides by far the best adjustments, services and overall experiences. It starts when you walk in; being greeted by Heather or Meghan (shout out to my main squeezes) who are amazingly accommodating, warm, and welcoming. They never make you feel like a burden if you need to reschedule, and always laugh at your jokes, even if they aren’t funny. When you walk into the adjustment room there is always nice calm music playing and a faint smell of aromatherapy creating a perfect place to be adjusted. Just laying on the adjustment tables is so relaxing - I look forward to that aspect just for the stress relief! Dr. Meg and Dr. Carol are the most precise chiropractors Iv ever had. It amazes me when I’ll start to tell them I’m having pain in a certain area, and before I can finish my sentence, they have already identified the area and say right here? They are incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I leave feeling aligned, balanced, and refreshed. I highly recommend CFWC and their services.

I had some numbness in my legs and lower back for almost a year when I started going to Dr. Carol and Dr. Meg. I've been going for about 6 months now and my legs do not get numb at all anymore! My posture has definitely improved and my sleep has gotten better as well. When I went to Oasis I could not walk standing straight up due to spinal stenosis and sciatica combination. I signed up for a 3-month program of manipulation and massages and I am now able to walk straight and do all of my daily routines. Everybody at Oasis is extremely nice and personable. I was one of those people who thought seeing a chiropractor was only for people with bad backs - I had no idea it could make you feel well + whole from the inside out. There haven't been many times throughout my life that I was genuinely impressed with an experience in any business, anywhere, for any reason--generally, the quality of most commodities and services have dropped significantly over time (food, clothes, customer service, healthcare, etc.). As the quality of life drops, as do the attitudes, to the point where walking into most establishments, you're just as likely to get a grunt as a "hello," if you're acknowledged at all. Just as rare as common sense and social etiquette in today's climate is a place like Chiropractic Family Wellness Center. It's one of the few places I've been where you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Pleasant music is always playing somewhere in the background, never too loud to be disruptive. More often than not, someone is laughing or telling a grand story. The environment is always relaxed, but fun--it's not one of those places that make you feel the need to whisper, rather the opposite. Over my time spent being healed at CFWC, I've had a chance to meet all of the young women who manage the facility (Heather, Meghan, and Karlee). There has never been a time where I've come in for an adjustment that they haven't had a smile on their face, and weren't ready and waiting for me to come in for my appointment. They're organized, concise, and some of the most pleasant people I've had the opportunity to meet. The same can be said for Drs. Meg and Carroll. They are a fount of homeopathic knowledge; no matter the ailment, come joint pain, heartburn, or anxiety, they have always had an answer. What's more, is their suggestions have never not worked. If they can't resolve the issue with direct chiropractic care, they have a slew of options at the ready as to how to get your body back on track the natural way. More often than not, there isn't even a pause; whenever I inquire about anything concerning my health (that I feel is within their field and expertise, of course--I wouldn't assume to ask them for blood tests), it's almost as if they had been waiting for me to ask just that question. It's remarkable, a little freaky, and comforting all at the same time. In summary, I cannot recommend CFWC strongly enough. Not only to those dealing with chronic pain, but for anyone looking to live a healthy, well-balanced and fully-realized life. The ritual of going there for wellness will grow to become another branch of your life; not as a burden, but a relief and a boon. The Drs. and staff at CFWC are knowledgeable and helpful, and want your time there to be as enjoyable and beneficial as it could be. Their joy is forward and honest, their healing is real and natural, and their passion for what they do is clear.

I cannot express enough how much carol and meg have changed my health and my mind and not to mention my energy. When I started my journey here I was a new mom with a baby with constant ear infections and I had meningital Lyme disease of which took me months to recover from. Since then my baby has had no ear infections he’s now 4 and I have a 5 mo who has started Chiro care at 4 days old. He has yet to be sick and I know it’s due to Chiro adjustments. I myself have not had a cold or flu since my journey here because the second I feel the sniffles coming or symptoms of on coming I get adjusted and my symptoms never worsen. Moms don’t have time to be sick!! My pcp has asked how I’ve stayed so healthy and am off all of my meds for anxiety, asthma and headaches and I told them Chiro! And when I told her they even do animals and I’ve seen it (it’s amazing) she said well that’s definatley impressive!!! They have given me the confidence I needed to be the best citizen of society I can be as well as for my children and my husband all because I feel well!!! Take the risk I doubt you will regret it!! I think everyone should have a Chiro if only society knew how healing it was! Society is so misinformed!!! My husband starts Chiro next week!! I am so excited for his wellness journey as well! Honestly I could go on and on lol but I will end shortly by saying Do your life a favor; Get it adjusted 😜😀!!!!
