The office is great. It has a nice modern clean atmosphere without feeling sterile. The staff is all super friendly and genuinely seems happy to work there. The doctors are great. I love doctor Mike and doctor Carley and totally recommend you go there. PT crew is awesome too. Lots if modern equipment to help you recover.

I love everyone working at VSC they are all cool caring nice and just chill. Their scheduling is genius their ability to move you through the gauntlet of PT and euphoria is their trademark. I’ve been going for over a decade to Dr Justin and they remember me and i would go every day all day just to have fun if I could. Now that they offer IV….. I’m so tempted to spend more time there. Where do I start….well if I could give them 10 stars I would! I went to see Dr. Justin and Dr. Olga after a horrific car accident and could barely walk. Everyone from the front office to Bobby in billing made my process amazing! And now I see Dr. Darin who is equally as amazing and always helps educate me on how to maintain the progress I make. Dr. Mike is the best! My daughter fell at school and we thought she might have broke her wrist. He got her in right away for an exam and X-rays - turns out no broken bones, just sprain! We got laser treatment and ultrasound (for swelling and quicker healing) done same day and left with a wrist brace to help stabilize it until it heals. Love this place and team!

Top Notch Transportation

Eboo treatment has been extremely helpful for my Ulcerative Colitis. I’ve got the treatment 2 times and it’s put my flare up into remission. Julie is very informative and goes over the whole process with you along with all the benefits with the EBOO treatment. This is one of the only places that provides this treatment in Arizona. I suggest anybody with an auto immune disease and anybody looking to detox their bodies from those harmful vaccines they got to seriously consider this treatment. I’m feeling 100 percent better and am back in the gym. This beats going to the hospital and being in a hospital bed for a week battling a flare. Thanks again Julie for all you do in the medical field and providing special care for all your clients.

I’ve been going to Valley Spinal Care for over 6 years and have been under the care of two doctors at the Scottsdale location. Everyone treats you like family. They know your name and will call to check on you if they haven’t seen you in the office for sometime. Dr. Justin had me as a lifelong patient from day 1. He’s always gone the extra mile to address any areas of concern. I could hardly walk from injuring myself in a HIIT class when we first met, but he assured me that I would be back at it after a few visits. He was right. I’m grateful for his expertise and always being available when needed. All of the staff knows I cried when he decided to semi-retire. Still not over it. However, I wasn’t worried about my care because he left us in great hands with Dr. Darin. He’s patient, thorough and has power in those hands. He knows what areas to focus on without even asking me. I was visiting from out of town and I had an unfortunate fall! After spending the morning in the ER I knew I needed to have a chiropractor get me on a decompression table! After calling my uncle he found Valley Spinal Care! They got me in right away and took great care of me. By the time I got out I was at least standing up! I had an AMAZING experience. I've had chronic back pain for over 10 years. I've gone to doctors, tried physical therapy, personal trainers, and all types of desk chairs. What I didn't know was that my left leg is shorter than my right. The fact that, no one had mentioned that before Dr. Justin is shocking to me. Dr. Justin immediately understood where my pain was and my problem was such a relief. It made the entire visit worth it. The other PT done also did relieve my pain. On top of that all of the staff was super professional and friendly. I have stopped seeking care before because the staff made me feel judged, or they treated me like a child. I went in to address a long-standing back issue and left feeling so much better. The team addressed my main issue with targeted therapy. I got everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Having been to other providers in the past I allotted 2 hours, but was pleasantly surprised to be done in a very reasonable timeframe and this first visit included getting x-rays! Having Dr. Darrin ask me how I'm doing and how's my body doing each week has helped me in unexpected ways. Rachel is an excellent person who is so amazing at her job. When I went in to try something thing that required a shot, she is so careful and precise, the needle never hurt. She could sit me down and explain to me the purpose and process of the allergy testing, L-carnitine, and B-12 and discuss alternatives based on her experience. All the people at the front desk, including Bobby and Taylor are amazing and really make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They remember things about your life and routine at the chiro that most people don't take the time to commit to memory and communicate. Dr. Darrin is amazing about making sure all of my concerns are met and bringing the appropriate specialist to handle any other concerns. The only reason I can't return is because I'm moving out-of-state, otherwise I would continue to come back every week.

This is really an integrated medical experience with friendly, competent staff on hand to get your body right. I have been dealing with back pain since I was 16 (now 34) and have seeing several chiropractors, been through physical therapy and nothing really worked. They all said, yeah some disc degeneration…do some core exercises. I was referred to a Valley Spinal Care by one of my husband’s coworkers who swears by this place. Dr Mike has been great! He knows what the hell he’s doing and knows what it takes to fix YOUR back issues. What I also like about this place and the providers is that there is no “treatment plan” per say. Like oh yeah come in 3 times a week for 8 months then we’ll go down to 2 times a week etc. They never trip to sell/pressure you to do any of the other treatments they offer. It’s really a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend Dr Mike. My back has been much better just after a few months of treatment from him.

I had my first eboo therapy and I can say this treatment gives me hope. I suffer from auto-immune and I have had horrible inflammation lately and when I was told about EBOO Therapy this treatment immediately spoke to me for multiple reasons. Living in todays world we are constantly surrounded w pollution, disease and everywhere we turn there are toxins in our food and water supply. This treatment was given to me by Julia and I recommend booking with her because not only is she knowledgeable, she is highly skilled and made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. I found this place by word of mouth at my workplace. Everybody had such wonderful things to say about this place. So I went to see for myself. They are so wonderful. I work in a hospital so I get a lot of stress and back spasms. I was getting migraines very frequently. They did some X-rays and explained how the curve of my neck was and how it should be. They were great at explaining things in simple terms. I’ve gone a few times and already my migraines feel so much better. They also do the PT part (they are also awesome) with so many different tools they have to help you! Then dr Darin recommended trigger point injections to help my tight muscles! If your not afraid of needles I highly recommend it! The doctors that do the trigger point also explain everything which was great! It helps a ton. Especially working in the medical field this place is so welcoming and friendly. The front staff is so great with scheduling. Everyone is great! I highly recommend this place!

It's rare (in my opinion) to find medical professionals that legitimately care about you as an individual. Sure, providers are nice and they're doing their jobs of giving you medical attention, diagnosis etc. But it always feels like that emotional intelligence is missing. You know, them actually feeling for you as a patient and just listening to you complain about things. Wether I was a 33yr old with a busted back or not - Dr. Pierce and candidly, his whole staff, went above and beyond to help me get better. With an L5/S1 issue, I was on the ground for a couple months in pain. Dr. Pierce took time out of his day to check in on me, help me get additional medical help outside of his practice, and ultimately get me back on my feet. Can't say enough about good humans. Some days it feels like they are few and far between. Valley Spinal Care has a brigade of good humans and it starts with their leadership. Debating on visiting them? Do it, there isn't another practice in town that dances like they do.

I woke up this morning feeling like I got hit by a truck, the last couple of days I have been fighting a sinus infection. I started progressing through the symptoms a couple days ago, I started with a sore throat, then moved into my sinuses being really blocked, then I woke up with a cytokine storm feeling malaise and over all really achy. I was trying to figure out what I could do to resolve this issue and then I thought about Valley Spinal Care. I had heard of an ozone procedure that they do at Valley Spinal Care called Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO for short pronounced eeboo) and I realized this is the perfect time to see what the EBOO machine can really do. I knew that the EBOO machine was purportedly effective at treating infections, including bacterial/virus infections, so I decided to put it to the test…and boy did it deliver. I walked into the clinic feeling very low, after sitting on the EBOO machine for about 20 min I started to notice my sinuses clearing up and that general feeling of malaise and body ache was leaving. I was on the machine for about an hour, and after the procedure they gave me a complementary infusion of B vitamins. Over all I was very satisfied with the general experience and was surprised at the stark contrast in symptoms. I started the session feeling like garbage and not but a few minutes later I could feel the sickness leaving my body. If you are being weighed down by the symptoms of common colds, Lyme disease, or any other viral/bacterial infection I absolutely 100% recommend you consider an EBOO ozone treatment at Valley Spinal Care.

Been going to VSC for 5 years now. I was a harsh critic of Chiropractic medicine, as the few times I had tried it, I felt worse than before I went. I decided to give it another shot in a time of desperation. I was a grumpy non believer and I continued to be "that grumpy customer" for quite a while. Not only did they fix my issue, but they me feel like a new human. Sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day does monstrous things to the human spine and they taught me how to prevent myself from looking like Gollum, all while putting up with my negative attitude. Dr. Justin is an impossibly, and contagiously positive person. It's always an absolute pleasure, and a great start to the day to see his grin and bow tie, knowing that you'll feel better, and likely some of his energy and positivity will rub off. Unlike many other places, they don't push their services on you or make you sign up for anything. They'll make recommendations but if you say no, they won't push. I live in Gilbert now, but I drive all the way to Scottsdale or Downtown phoenix before setting foot anywhere else. 11/10.

My visits to VSC are the highlight of my week. Dr. Justin( chiropractic), Dr. Darren (physical therapy), and all of the employees on desk and flow always make the appointment go smoothly. Not only is the staff awesome, friendly, and welcoming but Doctor Mike will have you wanting to keep coming back for not only get treatments but for great conversations. He truly, in my opinion, treats all his patients like they are his friends/family. I drive, willingly, 20 miles twice a week to get adjusted. You get text messages for confirmation of appointments, and reminders of your appointments the day. This is really nice because i tend to forget about things while in the moment. Additionally, if your running late or had a later then expected meeting all you need to do is call heck you might not even need to call (I do anyways) just show up before 6:30 PM and you will be fine. I had a very bad back pain and couldn't walk even 50 steps. It was identified as pinched sciatic nerve. My primary doctor suggested me pain killers and later shots. I am not interested go on medication from my 30's of age and continue to the rest of the life. After almost 6 months of high quality deep tissue massages elsewhere that didnt result in a change, I came here and they were able to apply their arsenal of treatments to make significant improvements within just a week or two. I've had a chronic back pain with sciatica symptoms for a very long time. First I started on conservative treatments which helped but I wanted to heal faster in order to resume working. I received an MRI scan, recommended by Dr. Mike, to be diagnosed with a herniated disc in the lumbar spine. At this point I have decided to receive a series of Epidural injections (one of the options they laid out at the beginning) offered by VSC's medical side aka Saguaro Treatment Center. I had to write this testimonial not only to show my appreciation, but in the hopes that this letter may help even one other person. Injuries are part of a gymnast’s life. I’ve had several minor injuries, but the one that changed my life happened July of 2005 outside the gymnastics’ arena. Although I had a happy demeanor and was very healthy, I didn't know my world as I knew it would come to an abrupt stop. On an ordinary day I was in a near fatal car accident that placed me unconscious for six hours with a severe concussion. Years after the accident, that's when the real pain started as you can imagine with that sort of whiplash. For the last five years, I've been to numerous doctors, hospitals, looking for help for my pain. Most Doctors recommended I have surgery. Besides that all I was offered were pills and good wishes. I never believed in pills so I never got the prescription filled. I was then introduced to Dr. Josh at Valley Spinal Care through a friend’s raving review and advice. I believe just after the first few visits that my recovery has begun. For the first time in years I can feel relief in my neck, the numbness was gone from the top of my head, I feel better overall, but most importantly I have my life back again. I can do the things like train for fitness competitions to help me pursue my modeling career I once thought to be simply an afterthought. Being a skeptic since so many chiropractors failed with me, I did not think at the time a miracle was on the horizon when I was sent to Valley Spinal Care. I have been receiving treatment for the last three years now and have been pain free for the majority of the time just going in for a monthly tune up here and there. Miracle! That’s the word that comes to my mind when I think about how my wife recovered after getting treatment from Dr Justin. This review is about the recovery of my wife Satyalatha from herniated disc and chronic Sciatica pain despite two surgeries. Everything started in Jun 2017 when my wife could not move due to herniated disc. After due diligence and with whatever information I could gather, we took a decision to undergo surgery, post which she was able perform her normal activities. We did not know that a complication would arise until she had the same problem this year in January. Again, we spoke to our known contacts got second opinion from our hometown in India and decided to go for re-surgery. Dr. X hid some things from us which we knew only after we got medical papers from him to go to different doctor for expert opinion. We were told that the best possible way out was disc replacement. We followed all routines that the Surgeon advised. Also, we got treatment from an Ayurvedic center which provided relief and made my wife walk. However, pain was coming back after a few days. From January till mid May 2019, we tried whatever we could. Even though I was not willing to let my wife go for a major surgery, her condition was forcing me to incline towards it. That is when my sister suggested meeting Dr Justin. We took an appointment, showed him all relevant documents and images. Dr. Justin told us “I can make her better, even though it might take a few weeks. I am not worried about what the MRI says, my intent is to ease her pain and make her walk”. I forgot to mention that she was walking with great pain even after second surgery and the only way she travelled was by lying in our car’s back seat. We started going to VSC from Mid May. One Saturday morning she woke up with severe pain. Despite being busy on Saturdays, we were asked to come at 11.30am since Dr Justin wanted to spend good amount of time for treating her immense pain. That was the last day when my wife had severe pain in her leg. Dr Justin also advised us to go for Epidural to speed up recovery process. Since then she has been going for treatment and has improved her health so much that she got back to her routine work at home, walks for about 60-90 minutes every day and even drives car. Even after reduced pain, Dr Justin ensured that we see him 3 days in a week until 2 weeks back. The time period from where my wife was before getting treated by Dr Justin to where she is now is nothing less than a miracle to us. I can go on for pages to appreciate him, Olga (PA), Dr Darin and entire VSC staff for their care and response towards my wife. The treatment is still going on and she is not even taking medication since last few weeks. I was never a great fan of Chiropractors but Dr Justin and Valley Spincal Care (VSC) changed my opinion of them in such a way that even I am taking treatment for my cervical now. We thank Dr Justin from the bottom of our hearts and wish him and Valley Spinal Care a very bright and prosperous growth and future!!!
