I recently was involved in a car accident. My car was totaled and I was experiencing back and neck pain. I had heard about BackFit Health + Spine on sports radio and they really talked them up. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs they provided x-rays and a treatment plan which involved strengthening the muscle around the injury, massage and chiropractic manipulation. They are also helping me settle my claim the doctors and physical therapist there are caring and knowledgeable I recommend them highly please support them.

Was introduced to this spot via Groupon. The team is extremely friendly and professional. They offer more services than what you're accustomed to at the average chiropractor office - medical team, more massage treatments options, physical therapy, etc. Great place if your committed to recovery- they do give you "homework". Recovery can be painful and seem lonely but they are there to make the journey reachable and ensure you that you're not alone.

I give this rating with difficulty because the office staff are amazing, as is the medical staff. In terms of the chiropractic care, I am not satisfied. I have been having issues with my neck and back for a long time. I got into a good regimen with another chiro, but had to switch due to a move. I tried to explain that I knew what I needed but was still pushed to get an X-ray and pay a chunk of money up front for a program they wanted to put me on. The plan was very base level and it felt almost like a pyramid scam to get me to spend money up front. I actually got worse. I tired to explain it to the chiro and got the response that maybe I wasn’t doing something right and should just put ice on it. Turns out that was not what I needed. I wound up going to my old chiropractor for some relief and it was discovered I had a displaced rib. I decided to cancel all of my appointments with this establishment as a result. I really didn’t feel heard by the chiro staff or that my needs were taken into consideration if it was outside of their typical recommendations.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Everyone is friendly, accommodating, eager to answer any questions you have, and works together to ensure that your needs are met. Dr. Hanson has been incredibly helpful in identifying that I have scoliosis as well as forward head posture, and has developed an effective plan to manage pain symptoms. Within 1 month, I’m already noticing improvement and feel better everyday. I’d 100% recommend everyone to come here!

They are great listeners, quick, efficient, but also detailed in their work depending on your complaint and focused on the the long-term results. I injured my lower back 10 years ago and have been dealing with it ever since. The staff at the phoenix location are amazing! I started coming here a few weeks ago for a number of issues and am already starting to see improvements. Dr. Keith was very thorough and informative during the initial consultation and explained the cause of my issues very clearly in a way that I could understand. He then began to set up a plan that would benefit me the most while also fitting my schedule. The Pts Tristan and Will are also very good at what they do. They continually check in on you during your sessions to see how you are doing and help where needed, while also making the experience fun and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place for people seeking help.

Found this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I suffer from compression in my lower lumbar as well as chronic shoulder pain due to an injury from a few years past. After a thorough consultation the team were able to find a program based solution to help relieve my back and shoulder pain. I have Been coming to BackFit about 2 months now and I am seeing the long term benefits! As a very active individual I’m able to workout/ run or play sports with very minimal to no pain now. I’ve been working hard to stay in great shape the past year, so I couldn’t understand why my body wasn’t just healing itself. When I got to BackFit, I was initially nervous but immediately felt more comfortable as soon as I met the staff. Everyone at the front desk has been nothing short of amazing - so helpful and SO nice. Wow this place is amazing! Got a same day appointment which was great. Went in with chronic back pain, got x rays done in the morning, was sent out for an MRI, went back the same day and they did injections. The staff here goes above and beyond. Nia and Amy were so accommodating and were so kind and compassionate. (Which is almost unheard of anymore). Dr. Brian was wonderful and so was Yan! They both spent so much time with me and actually cared! So happy we found this place!

I’m not one to write reviews but had to write one about BackFit. I came here looking for relief from constant headaches and got more than I expected. Not only did I get relief from my headaches but can move better, got relief from allergies and got to meet some amazing people! The staff here is great! The are friendly, always willing to help, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience so much and my interaction with the staff that I referred my son and husband. My husband, who is hesitant to try new places and doctors, started to come and is also getting relief from his pain. My son too, has started to come and is finding relief as well. I can’t say enough positive things about the place. My best advice would be just try it for yourself and see. You won’t be disappointed!

They deserve a 10 star review. I was in debilitating pain from spinal stenosis; resulting in nerve root compression that made it impossible to get out of bed certain days. Surgery was suggested for me by multiple top spine doctors. I opted for one more opinion for non-invasive and chose Backfit based on online reviews. After a thorough analysis from their team, they suggested a three month program of therapy and adjustments. I'm two months in, and I'm close to 100% pain free. I couldn't be more thankful. It's not just their doctors, but their two technicians that assist with stretching are absolute studs. They never make you feel rushed, super courteous, and have actually taught me a lot. A+ also for their medical PA, and front desk staff.

The one word I can think of is amazing. Within two weeks of going here my back pain has significantly improved. The doctors here put me on a custom program to help realign my spine and it is working great so far. The entire staff is upbeat, friendly and very professional. I have been going to this location for about 3 years now for everything from back pain to foot pain. They help me discover that I have an autoimmune disease and have been fantastic every step of the way. Im not going to name names because literally EVERY single member of their staff has been amazing to be around! They push you just enough because they want you to get better! Very friendly, very helpful. I was initially a bit skeptical when I started coming but now they're like family and that's so important when you're trying to heal! The staff is very informative and very good at offering you every option available to get you feeling better, even if it's something they don't offer themselves! I Love Everything about Backfit. This is the 3rd time I’ve been there after a surgery and Troy the Physical Therapist has gotten me ready to go back to Work. I’m a Flight Attendant and he researched my job duties and provided a program specifically for my job duties and had me ready to return to work without any complications. The front office always greeted me with a smile (yes with their mask on). Medical also goes the extra mile to make sure you have all you need. Dr. Jack and the Chiropractic team excellent! If you’re looking for a One Stop Shop per say for all of your Health needs? Backfit on Indian School and 28th is by far Top Notch! I can’t say enough positive about Them! I have had back and spine problems off and on for over 10 years. With my most recent issues, I had sciatic pain down my leg and a constant radiating pain in my back. About 3 months ago, I started coming to Backfit and they immediately developed a plan for me. I have never experienced such care and love to meet my individual needs before. They gave me a very thorough consultation including X-rays before designing a treatment plan that would best suit my needs. After 1 month at the Indian School BackFit Health + Spine office, I can say that I am seeing great results. The staff is tremendous - knowledgeable, friendly, and great communicators when it comes to scheduling flexibility. You'll find the highest level care for adjustments, PT, dry needling, injections, massage, and even allergy/micro-nutrient testing. There is simply no reason to look elsewhere for any of these needs. I first went to Backfit a few years ago for treatment on my neck and shoulders. I had to stop due to my crazy schedule. The treatment that I was receiving was great and I definitely felt a lot better. I have recently return to finish the treatment and plan that we initially started a few years ago. I am fairly new to Backfit Health & Spine, but there has been significant pain relief in my back & shoulders (chronic muscle aches/stiffness) in the last 3 weeks since I began my new chiropractic regimen of trigger point shots, physical therapy, & adjustments. Wow. This place has the best staff. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It feels like a community of people that genuinely care about your well being. I’m only a few weeks into my program and I’m already sad there is an end date. I seriously look forward to coming to see all the smiling faces. So going to BackFit was one of the best decisions I've made. One day I couldn't get out of bed because of severe back pain. I called BackFit and they were able to see me that day. They took x-rays there in the office. Loved that I didn't have to go anywhere else. Plus on that same day they introduced me to Nia who started a little therapy and helped me relieve the pain. Went back a couple days later to go over x-ray results with the chiropractor and started working on a solution. Not only working with the chiropractor but also with their in house P.A. and physical therapist. My experience at Backfit was wonderful and I knew as soon as my massage was underway that I would be returning. Joel was my massage therapist and he was excellent. Unlike previous massage therapists, he wasn't afraid to give me the pressure I needed to loosen my back & shoulders. This place is awesome. Friendly staff, great customer service, on point with scheduling with text message reminders, and most of all...cures my neck pain. Veronica at the front desk is the BEST!!!! It's truly a miracle what they have done. I got in a huge car accident and couldn't move my neck. Instead of surgery I came here on a 9 month rehabilitation program. I was in very extreme pain and they started me off right. Every session became more intense but very effective. They've aligned my neck completely. I have almost no pain now whatsoever. The stretches and exercises that increase everyday help with my muscles, ligaments and joints. 3 sessions a week for an hour to hour and a half depending on what was in the regime for that day was the best therapy I've received in my life. Massages are also great getting all my knots out of my body. The best in my opinion we're the injections that gave me to break up scar tissue. I've never been to a chiropractor with so many available treatments for the right injury. I also love getting acupuncture electric stem which worked effectively with my neck movement. The staff is there to step by step correcting your exercises and posture. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone with any type of injury regarding the spinal cord or any joint or muscle pain. I love this plaza as well. I shop at sprouts all the time and there's a very clean looking VAPE shop right next to BACKFIT with the best juices in town, which vaping saved my life quitting cigarettes. Best of all they have a nurse practitioner and 2 AMAZING massage therapist Joel and Jackie on site. I'm a regular member at Massage Envy and I prefer these therapist over any of the that I've had at any Massage Envy locations . The front desk staff and recptionist Alicia and Veronica are top notch when it comes to friendliness, professionalism and positive attitudes I could be having a horrible day and walking into Back fit Chiro really brings a smile to my face and it's not just because I'm getting healed and adjusfed. The terapist personel are great to work with especially Angela. I've been to many therapist before for many other issues that have to do with injury and by far Angela knows exactly what she's doing. I've had hip issues, I've had shoulder issues and she always has the answer to help in my recovery faster, and couldn't ask for more. Not to mention if you want a good workout she'll work you alright.. while correcting your issues at the same time. The two doctors on site Dr Jacob and Dr Yaz are knowledgeable friendly and show true sincerity when it comes to my health. I went in with a bad lower back and had very limited motion. I was in pain with nausea, loss of appetite and limited ability to move around. I got an X-Ray followed by an assessment and then a muscle stretching program. The muscle stretching loosens the tension around the misaligned bones so they can be adjusted by the chiropractor. It really works well versus just slamming those bones into place only to have them slip out again. Loosening those muscles up allows the bones to get back into place and then the muscles can relax around the new positioning. Nice! Everyone is really friendly, helpful and quick to service. Great people in there!
