Dr. Dunlap is amazing, I always feeling 100% better after an adjustment, I had no idea he could even adjust sinuses, I told him I had a sinus infection & he said I can fix that. To my amazement I didn’t need antibiotics. As for massage therapy Shelby is just as amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Dunlap and staff. His receptionist could not be any more friendly or professional.

I felt great after my session. I had never been to a chiropractor before but Dr. Dunlap made me feel relaxed and explained the points of the body and what we will work on to improve the back pain for spinal stenosis. I went to my old chiropractor off and on for 10 years. In the beginning it was great. But as I got older, the adjustments were becoming painful. I have a spa membership because massage wasn’t covered by insurance, and a massage therapist recommended myofascial release. After some googling and checking my insurance, I found what I believe to be the best place in the city behind the Rothman Institute. Great attitudes and positive energy, along with a wealth of knowledge. My adjustments last longer, I sleep better, and I’m back in the gym. Even tried the treadmill after 4+ years, and it felt great. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Dr Dunlap is an excellent chiropractor. When I started with him I was experiencing excruciating pain. Between the adjustments and the massages I get from Shanna they made me feel amazing! The receptionist, I can’t recall her name but she is so pleasant. She’s able to resolve any issues with the insurance company and she is very accommodating. You will not be asked to have multiple adjustments if it’s not necessary which I’ve found in this field before. Oftentimes, one session has me right back to feeling optimal in my active life. I have been coming here for about a year or so for massages and adjustments (more recently, just massages) for "maintenance." My issues are that I hold all of the tension in the world in my shoulders which makes my upper back painful and I also get migraines and headaches. I love that Insight will actually bill your insurance for the massages, which my insurance happens to cover. Shelby is great for massages! She really gets in there and works out the knots and I feel great afterward (a little beat up/sore the next day because I forget to drink tons of water, but it subsides in another day or two). Adjustments were fine, I just kept hearing mixed feedback from other medical professionals and decided to stop for now and see how I felt, which had been surprisingly okay. I went to other places in the city and they would not bill my insurance at all for the massages even though I said it was covered and then would pester me about tipping on top of the appointment cost (even though I have always viewed this as a medical service?) which just made things awkward and uncomfortable. Insight is very chill, no/low pressure environment. Feels like the place I went to in NJ - West Deptford Chiropractic - for a decade that became my family (lol when your doctors become your family).

Going to InSight has definitely improved my quality of life and made me much happier. I have a desk job, and it is great to have the adjustments and the massages at least twice a month. Plus, I love Dr. Beth. She is a so understanding of my worries and concerns, as well as providing great service. I also definitely appreciate the massages as part of my co-pay. The massage therapists are also all wonderful. And Sheena and Jean at the front desk are also so helpful and understanding. They have dealt with my ridiculous scheduling requests. Overall a great place! I can't recommend it enough!

So somehow I hurt my shoulder. I didn't know where to go. First I went to get a massage. The massage therapist suggested Insight health & wellness. It was around the corner & since the pain was driving me crazy. I figured well let's give it a go. I am so happy I did! The doctor was very nice. And I swear immediate relief! He fixed it in one session! I don't know but I'm just saying God gave that doctor a gift! Doc if you happen to read these thank you so much! Definitely recommend & will be going again.

Dr. Dunlap is the best of the best. I have been a runner and athlete for years, and started to get nagging sciatic pain in my right leg. From the moment I called the office, it was a seamless experience. Dr. Dunlap did a thorough evaluation, and listened to everything I had to say—explaining how they were all related problems, and that he could help. I felt relief after the first time seeing him. I am able to run again, and he even addressed my digestive problems! I can personally recommend seeing Dr. Dunlap for sciatica, back, hip, knee and ankle pain, IBS, digestive problems, and I know that he is an expert with many other problems.

I very rarely leave reviews but this establishment deserves it! No seriously. Finding the right doctor can be exhausting. thankfully my search for chiropractic care is over!! Woohoo!! For starters, I’ve called around to several in-network chiropractic care offices with no luck. That is Until I called insight health and wellness! I was greeted by Lindsay! Who built a really good rapport, she was patient, all of which made me more inclined to book a consultation. she handled My questions and concerns like a pro! The Check-in process took no time and there was the option to fill out the paperwork beforehand but I forgot. Now for the magic... I was greeted by Dr. Dunlap in the waiting room. Shortly after I went through my consultation where I had Addressed my concerns. Based on what I explain to him and his evaluation he figured out the best care plan for me! & boy did he do his thing! My adjustment was everything needed. I slept so well after my adjustment but anyway I’m jumping ahead. I have not been adjusted in a year and six months lol so you can only imagine how amazing I felt after. What made me extremely happy was how thorough, professional, knowledgeable, positive, and energetic he was! I’m grateful to have come across this office. I take pride in my health so it was comforting to me that dr. Dunlap is passionate about his work and loves what he does. I wish most establishments pride themselves on customer service the way Insight health and wellness do. I wish all of my doctors had his personality and energy! Insight Health & Wellness is the real deal. I never knew what it was like to feel good until I went to Dr. Beth. I used to get weekly massages for my neck, back and hips. This offered temporary relief and was very pricey! It's been a year plus now and I've never felt better. The massages there are top notch and the place is very well run. Dr. Rick is awesome too, but he's not as cute as Dr. Beth! I referred my best friend [an out of towner] when she was in spasm and she got instant relief.

The chiroproactic care is excellent and the massage therapy, specifically by Jill, has been wonderful. This place is restful as soon as you walk in. Attention to detail is in everything from the kind and efficient service at the front desk to the billing in the back. And this is not even the most important part, which is the treatment! I have received acupuncture here, chiropractic, and therapeutic massage therapy here, all with effective and wonderful results!! Both doctors have been practicing for decades, and the massage therapists (all 6 of them!) are highly experienced and skilled at getting to your problems immediately and taking the pain away. The combination of chiro and massage not only takes away the pain, but keeps it at bay! If you are at all interested in a holistic approach, come here first! You will not regret it.

I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for over 6 years now. In this time she has helped me with every facet of my health, to eliminate allergies that previously required daily medication through acupuncture, conceive our first daughter through acupuncture fertility treatments and later promote labor. I have even found relief from extreme anxiety attacks without medication. In recent years she finally convinced me to give chiropractic adjustments a try after battling severe back pain from pregnancy.
