First impression of Dalton was that he is a super outgoing and friendly guy. He is very professional and thorough when reviewing my intake forms and asked a lot of great questions. He is up for the challenge on helping with issues I haven’t been able to find treatment for elsewhere and I really appreciate his enthusiasm! He is very knowledgeable and provides a lot of education as well. He offers dry needling and this is my main reason for being referred to him as my past chiropractors have not offered this. Day one he did dry needling to my shoulders/neck along with a back adjustment and I have so much tension relief already! Really looking forward to further treatments with Dalton and hopefully getting control of my chronic shoulder and back pain. Love the fact you can easily book an appt on his website and that he accepts my insurance.Thanks so much for a first great treatment Dalton! See you soon!

My first chiropractor experience, I had no clue and really didn’t want to find out, Honestly I’m glad I did overcome my fear and end up here! Yea Amazing place! Dr. Dalton is awesome at what he does, not only will he have you moving like a pro, he is genuinely passionate and real about his customers and what he do! Very positive experience & highly suggest...Dr. Sealey treats you as an individual, not a number. He also created a plan for my pain that included at-home exercises to improve my condition and an estimate number of visits based on my condition (not your typical chiropractor suggested 10-15 visits). Within a 24-48 hours after my initial visit, my pain went away. Even better, the cost (with my insurance) was very affordable. I also enjoy the mobile/electronic accessibility (online scheduling, calendar subscription for future appointments, email follow-up from initial visits that includes videos to exercises).

I haven't been to a chiropractor in years and hate going to the doctors so I'm always a little weary of these things but meeting Dalton, he created an environment where I knew what he was doing and why, making it easier for me to understand how to be a a part of the solution instead of just getting treated. Once you inform him of your problems; first he will examine the troubled area, manipulate it to garner what and why it causes you discomfort. Secondly he creates his plan of treatment quickly. Then finally he treats your troubled area. Sometimes it causes extreme discomfort, but this too is necessary to reboot your healing process. Dr. Dalton is also very personable and easy to talk to. He was able to pinpoint the areas of my shoulder that were causing issues, and he explained them in a way that was easy to understand. More than just a chiropractor, it's like chiro and rehab all wrapped into one. We took our daughter to see Dr. Sealy earlier this year when she was having pain in her pitching shoulder. He did an amazing job of working with her. He was very detailed, asked a lot of questions, and tried to understand not only where her pain was coming from but the exact causes of it. He explained everything he was doing and why, and helped her identify some different changes she could make in her day to day routines to help. He provided her with exercises that she could do 5-10 minutes a day. These were all provided on an app that explained and showed videos. Went to see Dr. Sealey for some lingering stiffness in my neck and hip. He was very impressive in the totality of his assessment. I may be outdated in my understanding of how chiropractic care works. But more likely Dr Sealey is at the front edge of the evolution of the profession. He utilized traditional manipulations, dry needling, targeted stretching, and a functional movement screen with a thoughtful test and retest procedure to really narrow down the source of stiffness. If I could give a higher rating I would. I am a contractor who works with a man with a developmental disability in my home. He came to live with me in 2017 and has had pronounced curvature in his upper back at the shoulders. I believe it's called hyperkyphosis, but I'm not sure. He's a L or XL in general stature but would wear 2X shirts to accommodate the curve his back and shoulders. I talked to him about seeing a chiropractor over the years; it has taken that long because he gets anxious about change and covid put a lot of things off-- i digress-- he has been seeing Dr. Sealey twice a week at ProMove since December and has been doing remarkably better. Dalton has worked with him extensively, not just doing adjustments, but also pt and exercises for strength building and restoring range of motion. Before this man could not raise his arms above his head because his shoulder blades didn't come together in the middle of his back anymore. Now, he is able to hold himself straighter while showering, reaching for things, and while performing day to day activities and really I believe that his chiropractic care has changed the trajectory of his life in regards to being able to move fully and free of pain. I don't think the man I support notices just how much these sessions have made a difference, but I can see it and it is such a big deal. I've worried about him being in pain as he ages and now I know he's going to be alright. So, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Sealey at ProMove if you need support in strengthening your body and being in proper alignment for better health and wellness.

I guess you could say I’m a bit of a chiropractor connoisseur. For the last 15 years, I have traveled for a living, moving every three months to a year, and I have never been without chiropractic care. So I know what I’m talking about when I say that Dr. Dalton Sealey is one of the best! I had a pretty traumatic weight lifting accident in my early 30s. The bolt came free on the weight stack of a leg press machine, leaving the weight attached to only half of the footplate. As a result, I hyperextend the left leg as the weight rammed the right leg up into my chest. The accident racked and rotated my pelvis, and I didn’t walk without pain for over a year. At 50, I tore my Achilles tendon. Multiple doctors told me to sit on my butt until the pain was gone entirely. Otherwise, I’d be in real trouble when it completely dissected. After three years with zero exercise and only walking when I absolutely had to, the tendon finally healed, but I had lost almost all my core strength in the process. They say anyone can walk, but I was even afraid to do that since walking 5 miles a day is how I tore my tendon in the first place. From then on, every attempt to exercise has caused a new injury, sidelining me over and over again. Now in my mid-50s, typical chiropractic was no longer keeping me out of pain. For the last three years, I have averaged 38 chiropractor visits a year. I knew I needed to try something different, and with a job transfer to Omaha, and after a lot of research, I end up at Dr. Sealey’s door. The day I walked into his office, my tailbone would not stay in place. My pelvis was like a teeter-totter. That was his description, not mine. I had a rib out that my last four chiropractors had not been able to put back in or had refused to touch. The tension in my spine was so severe that it was completely locked up. I have to admit, I smirked a little when Dr. Sealey said he could fix even the most complex cases in about 13 weeks, but I had a mask on, so he didn’t see it. I thought he was a little overly optimistic, considering how my last five years of chiropractic treatment had gone. But, I knew my case was extreme and was willing to give him some leeway on that. He put my rib back in place on that first visit, and I was game for anything after that. It’s been seven months now, and by gosh, I think he has done it! I know I’ll never be 100% perfect, my initial injury was too traumatic for that, but my tailbone hasn’t been out of place in over three months. My spine is loose and moves freely. My pelvis hasn’t completely locked in place, and it may never be completely solid, but it hasn’t needed adjusting in the past month, and I have gone three weeks several other times. Most importantly, Dr. Sealey has given me the tools I need to help me safely maintain my gains, and continue to get stronger. When I move on in the next two months, I fully expect to go to a monthly maintenance visit like a normal person wherever I end up. All I can say is, THANK YOU, Dr. Sealey, you have given me my life back!
