Based on my severe pain level, he carved out time for me his first day back in the office, which I am certain was no small feat. Dr. Bass and his office staff have been kind and welcoming from day one. I came in with a recurring back issue, which previously had not been properly diagnosed. Dr. Bass read my x-rays and immediately told me what was up, and as dire as I may have felt the news was, he was hopeful that with proper maintenance I would be fine. We went from multiple meeting per week, to currently once a week. He really cares about ensuring that we as clients improve. He’s not one to line his pockets with unnecessary extensions of care if they aren’t needed, although it is well worth it and deserved. I’d recommend Bass Family Chiropractic care to anyone.

Okay so I never write reviews because I never trust them, but I’m going to because I am so grateful for Dr. Bass that I think it needs to be addressed. Yes I’m a real patient. In any case, I’ve being seeing Dr. Bass for more than five years now. I am a hairstylist with terrible posture, and because of it my body is always out of alignment. Dr. Bass has always been able to get my back straight and get me to a pain- free place. Because he is further from me than I hoped, I’ve seen other chiropracters in my area, but none have been able to do what Dr. Bass does, so I keep coming back and he keeps making it better. Trust me you can’t go wrong with Dr. Bass. Hope this helps.

It is a great location with plenty of parking. Rather than filling out a lot of forms you use a tablet to complete your paperwork. The administrator is very pleasant and patient. The doctor is personable. The paperwork took longer than the actual alignment though, $100 and it took all of 10 minutes maybe...

I searched NJ Board of Chiropractors, Google reviews, and interviewed several. I found Dr. Bass, who has been fantastic about my continuing care. He listened to my history, conducted his own evaluation, and treated me based on what has been working. His office is pleasant, he uses automation for forms, and texts and emails appointment confirmations. He has evening hours on Thursdays, which works well for my work schedule. He is professional, easy to talk to, and keeps my back aligned appropriately. I’d highly recommend him to any in the area looking for a good chiropractor.

Where do I start!! I have never left a review, but I feel I should as my first time at Bass Family Chiropractic was amazing. From the on-site of the first phone call I made was nice. The receptionist was very welcoming, warming, and polite. She provided me with an appointment the very next day!! Dr. Bass took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with me and was very patient as well. He reassured me that everything was going to be ok.
