Today was my First Day getting an adjustment never been to a chiropractic doctor before it was an amazing experience! On my Evaluation after looking at my X rays i found out that my spine and neck aren’t aligned properly (I also have lower back pain ) and also Dr Boris explained to me in details what needs to be done to correct it which is maintaining it by getting adjusted . Once X-ray was done Dr Boris explained to me in detail what was going with my body. I got my FIRST Adjustment done and I felt great and lighter! I was recommended to get adjusted once a week for self care. Before today I was very scared and nervous to get adjusted but now I know what it feels like and how it is important for us to get aligned properly once a week. Amazing experience !! Thank you Dr. Nektalov for taking your time and explaining to me what my problem was and taking care of me!

I suffer from chronic back problems. When I meet Dr Nektalov I found the answer to my back problems. I have been to many different chiropractors in the past and none of them evaluated me with full spine X-rays before. When I saw such a thorough evaluation I was speechless. Currently pregnant with my 5th and it was my first time seeing a real licensed chiropractor and Dr. Boris was amazing! He explained and showed me using the spine figure. He explained everything as he went through the appointment and I never felt better. I will continue to go back for life and learn to better take care of myself without medicine and any need for surgery. This been the best I felt ever! He also taught me some stretches and to do. Excellent experience. Came in with back (and other) pain. Starts with professional consultation and X-rays. Once cleared, adjustments feel great and clear up temporary pain. I can really feel if I miss a week or two. We also talked about setting up home environment to help prevent back and neck issues (desk set up, etc.) After a while, we started working on weight and digestion. This place is the best! All the staff are so kind. Dr. Boris is very patient and truly listens when you tell him what's wrong, unlike a lot of doctors I've gone to in the past. I came in to correct a pretty bad dowager's hump that was causing me daily pain through Dr. Boris's 6 and a half week intensive program. By the end the hump was improved by 40 percent and I have much more spinal flexibility with no pain! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nektalov for 6 years now after sustaining a pretty severe back injury that resulted in 2 herniated disc in my lower spine, being unable to sleep or walk I found myself at his office in need of a resolution that didn’t involve surgery. At the time I was 29 and didn’t think surgery was the best option and after going through a consultation we decided that a month long course of spinal decompression and regular adjustments would be the best course of action. After the first visit I saw huge improvements in mobility but I knew that road to recovery would be a long one, with that being said after the first month was over I felt like a new person and to be perfectly honest you never really recover 100% with this kind of injury, your never how you were prior but I’d say I’m at least back to 90%. Being a contractor it was really tough to not be at my all with the injury but I’ve learned to live with it and to this day I still go in at least once a month for a full spinal decompression and adjustment appointment and it makes all the difference. I really do recommend this to anyone with a back injury as it really is a life changing experience. Dr. Nektalov is one of the best chiropractors I’ve been to and is very knowledgeable in his field, his ability to adapt in his practice with new techniques and equipment makes him absolutely indispensable.

Absolute gem - the Dr, the front desk staff and the PT are all a pleasure to interact with. I underwent spinal treatment with the good Doc for about 6 weeks and the benefits we’re pretty much instant. I’ve now been visiting for over a year and have mo intention of stopping. Full disclosure: I have a slight curve at the top of my spine and a slight misalignment further down my spine… the curve just under my neck became far less visible with the guidance and treatment provided by the physio and of course the Dr. The alignments, the insight into the condition, the after care and the communication throughout the whole process / experience is second to none. I’ve gone to several Chiros - I have to say that Dr.Nektalov and his team are deserving of all the 5 stars and more. Highly recommend… even if you have no condition and just want to feel great!

Had my first appointment today. Office was very bright, clean and welcoming. Dr Boris was very knowledge and explained what causes problems with bad posture and curvature of the neck. Had the adjustment with the ring dinger and I was able to hold my head back much better than before. Also explained enzyme treatment and how it can help with my gastritis. Dr Boris is very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. He is an expert at what he does and I knew I had come to the right place. I cannot recommend him enough. I highly recommend Dr. Nektalov. He is extremely knowledgeable in chiropractic, in spinal health, and in joint function. He specializes in nutritional health and has a medical degree in using nutrition to assist the healing of the spinal column. He is experienced in his field but is not like some of the older competitors who are decades behind the advancement of modern discoveries, techniques, or technology. This summer I had a severely injured lower disc. He looked at imaging and thoroughly explained the situation to me. I was in extreme and constant pain. Dr. Nektalov suggested a therapeutic health plan (nutritional/exercise/chiropractic) but also offered a strictly chiropractic option as well, which fit better within my budget as I do not have insurance. The decompression table is amazing! I have never been to another chiropractor who uses one. It decompresses the entire spine simultaneously. He and his secretary obviously care about the patients. They do not discriminate based on medical choice and allow for individuals to make their own medical choices. They allow their clients to do what the clients believe is best for them in general health and do not force mandates of the woke, “progressive” political establishment. The office and the waiting room are neat, clean, and frequently sanitized. Also, they have the best full-body massage chairs I have ever seen in my life! After half a dozen adjustments, I am mostly pain-free!

I have been having back issue for sometime but a few months ago, it got really bad so we found Nektalov Family Chiropractic online that was the closest to where we live. Dr. Boris Nektalov examined me and took an X-ray of my neck & back. He showed me the issue - the main cause of my pain and gave me the options of the treatment. He was totally honest in his assessment of the problem, the course of the treatment and what the expected results would be. He was crystal clear that apart from the treatment being given, I had to do my part of the 5-6 exercises he asked me to do on a daily basis. I went ahead with the course and felt a lot of relief and improvement. My wife was also having serious neck issues so she also got herself checked and got treated. Both of us went through 2 courses and have seen a marked improvement in our issues. It is now almost 4 months and we are both experiencing no pain from our issues. When I came to the Nektalov Family Chiropractor office I had already seen 3 chiropractors total. Dr. Boris was the only one to diagnose me with a herniated disc, which he said was the beginning of spinal degeneration. I had sudden crippling back pain about 2 months ago, the pain was unbearable and I could barely move. I came across Dr Nektalovs clinic online and was able to make an appointment same day. Dr Nektalov saw me right away, did an x-ray in house and recommended I get an MRI to figure out what the problem was. He even called the MRI center himself to make an appointment for me the same day! I did the MRI and went to go see him the very next morning. Turns out I had a herniated disc in my lower spine. He explained the MRI images to me, what the issue was, what we needed to tackle the issue, cost of treatment etc. He was very thorough and direct with his diagnosis and treatment plan. He said I have to do spinal decompression and physical therapy. He gave me the first treatment right there and then. He cracked my back and I immediately felt better, we also did some other physical therapy and spinal decompression on the first day and I immediately started to feel better. I am about 2 months into my treatment and I would say I feel about 95% healed and I know with completion of my treatment and adjustment to my lifestyle I'll be fully healed. Dr Nektalov is a fantastic doctor, very caring and straight forward. The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr Nektalov, I am so glad I went to see him and I couldn't be happier with the results!

My husband Wing hurt his back in July and he was in pain. He could barely walk or do anything correctly and had to take personal days off for a week. So i decided to look into a doctor who's specialize in the field and not just go to a regular doctor which will send us to therapy. My husband don't have a great insurance so we were very worry that it will cost a lot of money every time we have a doctor's visit. Once i found Dr. Boris Nektalov who i read that can do non-surgical spinal decompression i wanted my husband to go there and check it out. We were a little worry due to a couple of reasons. We did not have an appointment so we weren't sure if this was a strict office where appointments are require. I wasn't sure if Dr. Boris will take my husband's insurance or if he needed a recommendation from another doctor in order to see him. We were really happy we made the right decision to go to Dr. Boris because he was such a kind and understanding person that he saw us without an appointment and helped us right away to schedule a MRI scan to further assist us with the problem. My husband was diagnosed with a herniated disc and Dr. Boris explained to us clearly where the spinal problem was and what could be done. We paid for decompression sessions that Dr. Boris recommend and I'm super happy that we did. It was all worth it because day by day after a week my husband felt better and was able to at least move again like a normal person without the sharp pain he was experiencing. Dr. Boris is always very helpful with questions that my husband has and even though he has recover, it is great that Dr. Boris remind us of the precautions for the future. It's great to walk into a doctor's office being greeted nicely and Dr. Boris made sure to understand how you are feeling in every visit so he can help you. Very grateful ! An amazing experience. I was fully evaluated by manipulation and use of test results. The decompression treatment is working to relieve pain. I can stand longer and do things around the house that I used to put off. Go to supermarket for an hour without having to leave due to pain. The relief lasts for 4 days. I am 8 months pregnant and was in the ER when they told me I had a pinched nerve. Making an appointment was so easy the receptionist was very helpful and they accommodated me quickly considering it was a day before a holiday. He gave me an adjustment which I wasn’t even sure was possible during pregnancy. I was skeptical at first when I saw so many positive reviews but this place immediately convinced me of why they deserved a 5 star rating. From the time I entered, my experience at the front desk was very professional and I was immediately seen. Doctor Boris then proceeded to give me a very thorough explanation on my problems and how we were going to tackle each problem in a systematic way. And honorable mentions to the other staffers Racquel, who was was in charge of my physical therapy exercises, and Yurga, who gave relaxing massages to help alleviate my built up tensions. Also the machinery and equipment were always being cleaned so that covered my slight germophobia of having to use machines after other people. Overall I’d say this was one of the best decisions after I had back problems that were severe to the point that I couldn’t function throughout the day or even fall asleep. I have a L5-S1 herniated disc and level scoliosis. I had been experiencing a burning/ squeezing sensation in the lumbar of my back. I researched and found Dr. Nektalov online. The care and attention I have received by Dr. Nektalov and his staff have been excellent. We have been doing Spinal Decompression combined with physical and massage therapy. After several weeks of treatment and dedication, I can say I no longer have pain to the touch nor do I have any spinal burning or squeezing. Dr. Nektalov also performed Cranial Facial treatments on me to correct my deviated septum in my right nostril. After the initial treatment, there was a lot of mucus drainage, but what a drastic relief to finally be able to breathe through both nostrils. When I first went to see Dr. Nektalov I was very skeptical about what the outcome may be. My initial meeting with Dr. Nektalov was an eye opener on how experienced he was, he sat with me and evaluated my condition by asking questions and took few x-rays to get a better idea of my condition. I was experiencing constant neck pain and discomfort from injuries I sustained from boxing. I keep it a secret and suffered for years, under the impression the pain would go away on it's own. Finally decided to see a chiropractor and chose Dr.Nektalov because of the good reviews. After the x-ray, Dr.Nektalov was able to conclude that my neck was lacking the natural curvature. I think this was due to taking straight punches to the head, snapping my head back. Dr.Nektalov snapped my neck back into place and I instantly felt better. For years i've had a random back spasm in my lower back. I worked in a call center for a few years which was a sitting job. Sometimes, the pain came and it felt like a knife was stuck into my spine. I was going to a local chiro in floral park which was where I lived. He would do the electro therapy and some back cracking and the pain I guess would go away for some time. As I got older, the pain came back. I found Dr Nektalov and deciced to give him a shot based on reviews and hours open. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I went to see Dr Nektalov and he immediately gave me an Xray. He mentioned he would never work on someone without seeing what the issue is which I love. He mentioned my posture and aligned my spine (back cracking, etc) He referred me for a MRI as he saw my lower spine looked bulged. MRI showed 2 discs buldging. I continued the alignments and the pain hasnt come back. I definitely recommend him and he also does alignments for toddlers and babies as well (do research on that) I will continue to go to Dr Nektalov for all therapy/chiro needs!!

What a great chiropractor. I do not have insurance, when i called Dr. Nektalov's office, his front desk gave me free consultation. I came to him for my hip and low back pain that was radiating down my leg. He immediately picked up a phone and called MRI place and made me an appt that same day. I had to wait two weeks in the past to get an MRI. When results came with CD of images he explained and showed in detail of what what happening with me. Doctor Boris is the best in adjusting bones, hips and backs, and much more... I have been to more than 6 chiropractors in Queens for over 4 years and none of them gave me any improvement and they could not adjust my back or hip and the pain kept getting worse. And because of how bad it was, I couldn't even work anymore. So I visited Doctor Boris and he himself took me out, X RAY and then found how bad my hip and back were then, he gave me several adjustments and good treatment and the pain I felt went away and then little by little I walked very straight, and until now I have worked in construction without any bone problems. I really recommend the Doctor if he knows how to cure and adjust all crooked bones. Go ahead, I assure you that they will never repeat themselves.
