Dr. Reiser is the kindest and most experienced chiropractor anywhere in Louisiana . I have a cervical disc fusion and he is the only one I would trust adjusting me. My spine and hip pain was getting progressively worse. Not wanting to add another pill to my already full prescription use, I decided to try a Chiropractic remedy. I asked friends, family and acquaintances what they did to help alleviate discomfort. Several used medicine's, some exercise and many told me to try a Chiropractor. I listened to recommendations and chose Dr. James Rizer of Provance Chiropractic Sports & Wellness. This was one of my best decisions. At first, I was still hurting and he asked me to give him a minimum of 6 weeks. Well, it worked! Dr. Rizer and his office staff (Stacy and Selena) are kind and polite and most of all professional. They “all” really do care about how you are progressing. I keep up with the stretching exercises that Dr. Reizer recommended and still have some mild to moderate pain, but its no longer excruciating! Definitely life changing. I use to get injections in my spine every few months because the pain was so severe. Eventually they no longer worked. I was so desperate for relief I contemplated getting surgery. A coworker of mine recommended Provance Chiropractic to me and I’ve never looked back since. The staff is also super amazing. Dr Rizer keeps my bones functioning so I have the least pain and the best movement. In some cases my chiropractic adjustments even spared me from having surgery. True. We can’t see inside our bodies, but just like any machine, our parts get stuck sometimes and one stuck part can put strain on another part, and it’s a domino effect. I have been a patient at Provance for about two years. I first went weekly for an issue I have struggled with for probably thirty years off and on as it became increasingly worse. I had an aggressive program of very effective physical therapy and fitness maintenance just prior, but there was a move back toward nagging pain shortly after that program ended. I decided to try chiropractic care and met with Dr. Riser to discuss my history. He recommended I continue with my maintenance program and add chiropractic intervention. I began with a weekly visit for several months. It worked! I have now migrated to a once a month maintenance care coupled with my fitness maintenance and a once a month deep tissue massage therapy on the neck, traps, and piriformis. It is wonderful to be pain free and not limited in any way to fully participate in my hobbies, running, swimming, bicycling and kayaking. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Provance. It is full service care in a comfortable caring environment.

Great service and wonderful staff. Each adjustment is tailored to your needs at the time of visit. Doctors explain what is happening in the body to produce tightness, pain, inflammation, etc. and how the adjustments or soft tissue help to alleviate it.

He has brought me back from serious pain to running full speed ahead, again. Dr. Gutz does a great job in keeping you exercising and thinking about ways to assist you with your health. If you're a golfer, you'll want to have a conversation with him! Jill Rizer at the front desk is always so very helpful and she is very knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of the business. She has an extensive nursing background, so feel free to ask questions. Hum, sounds like a family! That's the feeling you'll have from the first time you walk in the door! Dr. Gutz is awesome! I recently got back into golfing, and my swing needed a LOT of work. Dr. Gutz took the time to assess my swing and help me improve it with tweaks to my form and exercises to do at home. I now hit the ball straight (almost) every time with more distance. DR. Ryan Gutz really makes sure that he gets you right . The office has contactless cellphone payment in case you forget your wallet . Great attention to detail. Main thing we work on isn’t my mid back and Lower back along with my neck . My pain lowers each time I go . Follow his regimen if you want to feel better

I evidently had some ribs out an it was so incredibly painful. Dr Gutz was able to totally realign them and i was sore at first but im telling you its SOO MUCH better. I never give reviews but this this guy deserves it. Id give 10 stars if it were an option!

James Rizer was my chiropractor. I went to him after going to many doctors regarding my food pain. One doctor went as fast as telling me that I don't workout enough with my right leg and that is why I was having pains. Well working out caused even more pain. So I went to Rizer, he took some x-rays, checked out my posture, and cracked a few bones. Sure enough, the problem was gone withing 2-3 treatments. I felt the difference the first treatment. It was a nerve that was pinched and he released it. I should have gone for bone problems to the chiro first. Other doctors are way to trigger happy giving meds and stupid advice. Rizer did wonders for me, I would highly recommend this practice.
