After an MRI I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in my neck from bone spurs.) My pain level was an absolute 10 and I had to take leave from work. I performed six weeks of physical therapy including strengthening, stretching, TENS Unit dry needling, cupping, and massage with a doctor of physical therapy. I also had an epidural and took gabapentin and ibuprofen. I got minimal results. After TWO adjustments with Doc Ricco plus treatment, I was 90% pain free. After the third adjustment I was 100% pain-free and have been since May 23rd. It's been nothing short of miraculous. Thank you Doc Ricco. I'm still in disbelief. Additionally, Ricco was a member of the 1988 state champion Brother Martin powerlifting team. Recently he competed in the USPA DT national powerlifting championships in Atlanta with two friends and fellow members of the '88 squad where he placed first. He's now ranked 5th for 2022 meets. I must add that I was once a chiropractic skeptic because of the unscrupulous chiropractors out there. But I did my research from places like Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, and Cleveland Clinic and found that chiropractic has a definite place in medicine. These hospitals have chiropractors on staff. Also, consider there are unscrupulous people in all professions. There are other great chiropractors in the area, but I have highly recommended Doc Ricco to everyone I know with spine issues and I highly recommend him to you. An added bonus is that he's a really cool and genuine guy and his staff is truly outstanding. Thank you again Ricco for giving me my life back after two months of excruciating pain. I had issues with some neck pain in the past but my initial visit was because my neck hurt so bad couldn’t move it at all. Dr Impastato knew exactly how to treat it and now it feels great, better than it has in years, and I even don’t have any more minor neck problems. First I should give a little backstory. I had pain for months in my lumbar spine that came out of nowhere. I buried my head in the sand and kept pushing along thinking it would go away. Boy was I wrong. It got so bad that I was eventually bedridden for over 3 months. The pain was so intense that my whole body would shake and I would pass out repeatedly. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I have had broken bones and all types of pain associated with a very active lifestyle. Nothing even came close to this pain. The pain was so intense I went to the ER five or six times over this time period. I also went to every specialist you could think of. I had all the tests ran. MRI, X-ray, CT scan, you name it, I had it done. Somehow, with the worst pain I have ever experienced, and all of these extensive tests, the doctors could not find the cause of my pain, nor could offer any relief. (It's hard to find a solution when you can't even locate the source of the problem) I truly felt hopeless. It was at this time my wife searched online and found Dr. Impastato. We saw the great reviews he had and decided we would give it a shot. We set up a visit and made our way there a few days later. When I arrived at his office the pain was terrible. I could not stop shaking. I was using a walker and still had to be assisted. l got on the table and Dr. Impastato carefully examined me and did some various movements/tests to determine the cause of my pain. He then explained to me what was going on, and gave me the option if I wanted to get adjusted right then or wait for my pain to relent. I was so desperate that I wanted him to do whatever he could right away. I figured that it could take weeks or months for me to feel relief, so the sooner we got started, the sooner I would be on the road to recovery. Dr. Impastato began to work on me right away. He did one adjustment and I stopped shaking immediately! The pain had gone from 10 to very mild! I was able to stand up without the walker! Instant relief! After the adjustment, I even stood there and talked to him for about 5 minutes without the walker! Two appointments later I totally ditched the walker! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I was going to get any relief that fast. I have been following up with Dr. Impastato 2-3 times a week. Although I am not completely healed, my progress and pain relief have been amazing! Thank you so much, Dr. Impastato! If you're anything like me, you might be skeptical or have a hard time believing this post. I get it, I was so skeptical about chiropractors I almost didn't go. Please don't be me.

I had been seeing another chiropractor for several years, but eventually the results began to diminish. I heard about Dr. Impastato from his brother, Jake, at 504 Fitness, and decided to give him a shot. For starters, he had no complaints about fitting me in same day as a walk in for the first time, and he takes the time to be friendly and talk with each and every patient that he sees. In 2-3 weeks of seeing Dr. Impastato, the low back pain I had had for over 4 months was completely gone, and I deadlifted pain free in mid April for the first time since early December. He also found an impingement in my shoulder that the other chiropractor had missed that was so bad that I couldn't bench press the bar or dumbbell press 25s - I was even told there was a fairly high chance I would need surgery. In 3.5 weeks I hit a personal record of several sets of 6 of 95 lb dumbbells, and 2 weeks after that, I got back up towards my previous max with a barbell. In 5-6 weeks Dr. Impastato turned me around from not being able to sit pain free for more than 20-30 minutes, not being able to enjoy many of my hobbies, and potentially needing surgery to being virtually pain free as well as getting back towards competition form. He has the strength needed to adjust even the biggest and tightest of patients, but also the precision to meet the needs of patients with all types of problems. I cannot express how happy I am to have made the switch to Impastato Chiropractic, but I can guarantee I will not be going anywhere else.

Dr. Impastato and his team are life savers! I got into a bad car accident and went into the office to get adjustments and therapy with Dr. Impastato. I feel better than BEFORE i was in the car accident. I had really bad low back/ hip problems and he would do Laser Therapy on me, which at first I didn't think I would ever get relief from it because I didn't feel anything. Well after about 3 or 4 times of him doing it, I could definitely feel the difference, it was amazing! He continued to do laser therapy on me and i went from a 10 (feeling horrible, and could hardly walk on that leg because of my hip) i went to a 1!!! I felt no pain and it was like the pain was never there! He started with soft adjustments on me and then went on to do a regular adjustment when i was getting better. I feel great!! I initially started going to Dr. Impastato because I was getting migraines and severe neck and back pain. I had previously tried getting medicine from doctors, but it didn’t work and sometimes it made me feel worse. The chiropractic care has helped me significantly. The migraines are less severe and are much easier to manage. Since beginning care I haven’t had a “knock-me-down-all-day” migraine. In addition, if I feel a migraine coming on, I can go see Dr. Impastato and it’s gone after I see him. This has proven to be the same for common cold symptoms for my family and I. I also went to Impastato Chiropractic when I was pregnant with my second child. With my first pregnancy I experienced sciatic pain. However, with chiropractic care throughout my second pregnancy I had no sciatic pain at all. My labor was also very different. During the birth of my first child I had over 45 minutes of active pushing. With the second birth, by the time I got to the second stage of labor I only had to push two times. On the first push the baby literally fell through the pelvis and was crowning. One more push and she was out. It took less than ten minutes. Dr. Impastato checked our baby for subluxations when she was only two weeks old. She had minor misalignment and was gently adjusted. Dr. Impastato checks both of my children on a regular basis. They are healthy, active, and agile with their bodies. They enjoy going to Impastato Chiropractic. Being that my oldest was born with a muscle disorder she looks forward to the day she can go again to see Dr. Impastato. She feels much better after her adjustment. When my daughter was only a few weeks old she suffered a severe congestion. I took her to Dr. Impastato and after one adjustment her symptoms disappeared. It was wonderful not having to give her medication. People tell me they’ve heard that once you see a chiropractor you have to keep going. After my experience with chiropractic, I think people keep going to be comfortable in their bodies. I refuse to be uncomfortable in my body and will continue to use chiropractic to help me and my family stay healthy and vital! One of the things I like best about the office is how friendly it is. I have suffered from horrible debilitating neck pain,shoulder pain, and migrains for 7yrs. Being a mom of 4 it's really hard to find time to go lay down and let the pain pass. And my quality of life for myself and with my children was suffering. I had gone to the doctors and was put on pain medicine, muscle relaxants ,migraine pills ,and all sorts of things. If anything these pills worsened my quality of life by making me drowsy and tired and unable to think clearly and did not really help the pain at all. At the end of my straw and crying every night before bed I thought it was never going to get any better. Then some friends of my husbands told him about Impastato chiropractic and thank God they did. After just one session my pain lessened I had better range of motion I was able to stop taking so much medicine my migraines and neck episodes lessened and I just felt better overall. I can be with my kids more started exercising again and have an all around better quality of life. I’ve been to a few chiropractors before and honestly this is the first time that I feel secure and well taken care of. Ricco takes his time and interacts with you. Also provides dry needling which that process was my 1st time and I was comfortable enough to try it with Ricco. Been coming here for over a month and it’s great. Alexa and Karli normally are the first ones that you meet at the counter. Always have smiles (that seem genuine which is a plus) and greet you before you fully get through the door. Then there is Roseann (Spellcheck) she’s the one that normally takes care of you with muscle stem and ice packs or whatever Ricco deemed necessary for your particular treatment. There is also one more lady. She took my xrays I don’t remember her name but she was sweet also. The staff is great. They all seem to enjoy what they do and they are very good at it. Honestly this place has been nothing but great to me and I highly recommend it.

My daughter has dealt with severe neck and back pain for two years. She would have these spasms where her neck would jerk back and her tongue would go numb. She suffered from constant migraines. We have been to her primary care physician, two neurologist, two orthopedics, and a cardiologist and not one of the doctors could tell us why my daughter was in so much pain. She had MRI’s, x-rays, EKG, EEG, blood work, etc. to no avail. The doctors thought that it may all be in her head so they sent us to a physiologist. Every doctor put her on meds and one was a narcotic. She was even put on anxiety medicine. One day, my husband told me to try a chiropractor. I found Dr. Ricco Impastato on the internet . We so thankful that we found him! Within the first week that my daughter began seeing him, she had instant relief! He found the problem when he did X-rays on her. No other doctor found the problem with their X-rays . Her migraines are scarce and her pain in her neck and back is minor compared to the pain she was in before! She is completely off of her pain meds now and she no longer takes aniexty medicine! My daughter didn’t smile for 2 years and now she can’t stop smiling! We are so thankful for Dr. Ricco Impastato and the entire staff!!! His staff is incredible and they make us feel like family! I would recommend Dr. Ricco Impastato to everyone!!!

IF YOU DON'T LIKE READING REVIEWS PLEASE READ THIS ONE !!!! IT COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE. RICCO CHANGED MINE !!!! For 2 years I have suffered with a herniated disc at C5-C6. Severe pain in neck and right shoulder. It was so bad my thumb and first 2 fingers on my RT hand were numb. I went to family doctor, Orthopedic, 2 Chiropractors with no relief. Orthopedic wanted to do surgery. I've been knowing Ricco thru Powerlifting for many years. His office is 102 miles from my residence. I seen him at a Powerlifting meet one day and told him what was going on. To make a long story short after my first adjustment with Ricco the next day the numbness in my thumb and finger went away. After 3 to 4 days the pain in my neck and shoulder was close to being totally gone !! After 2 years of suffering, countless trips to doctors, pain meds, home therapy with ice, muscle stem, traction, everything, it was GONE. After 2 years I can go back in the gym an lift again !!! I can not thank Ricco Impastato enough for giving me my quality of life back !!!! He's even helping with my frozen RT shoulder now. TOTALLY AMAZING !!! Also I would like to thank his great staff for working me in when I just show up some times. Like I said I live 102 miles from his office and it's worth every mile plus some. I guess I'm glad his office isn't 1,000 miles away because I'd still go. LOL !! It does not just have to be a neck, shoulder, back or leg pain. If you have any problems please just go talk to him. He got me up & moving in no time. He has helped in so many ways. If something bothers me, I go to him first. Drs. want you to take pill's & sometimes the side effects are worse then what your taking them for. I have,no I had, Fibromyalgia. Hope I spelled that right. You fibro people know what I mean.
