The staff here are great! They are very friendly. When I started my therapy here my pain was over 10. After a few months with them I felt much better and am almost pain free. They were always so welcoming and made me feel like family. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I love Dr. Trainor and all of her staff. They have the most up to date technology, from laser therapy, the matrix machine, spinal decompression beds, ultrasound waves, etc. to make sure you get the best care and relief possible. I had been seeing a chiropractor with an older approach for years and it did provide relief for a while but the pain always came back since we weren’t fixing the underlying problem (6 ruptured discs). Insert Dr. Trainor, who not only has relieved me almost completely of my pain currently but also has me on a treatment plan so hopefully it won’t come back. I was referred by friends and relatives, and after coming here myself, I’ve referred a coworker. You won’t regret coming.

If you have back, neck, leg and arm problems this is the place to go. Amazing, great and recovering results. And not only that the staff is soooooo nice, friendly and very professional. The environment is clean, calming and relaxing i always fall asleep when I am there lol. I wish I could go there everyday!!!! Best chiropractic center.

I have been going to them for a few months. They are a very personable and caring crew. Dr. Trainer explains things well and cares about your progress. I can be a bit high strung when it comes to my medical treatments but they make me completely at ease. The Doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. There are many options available that the doctors utilize to create a custom treatment plan. Insurance covered most of the cost and they were able to schedule X-rays and MRIs to see my progress and areas that need to be addressed further.
