This review is for my return visit after about a 2 year gap and it was an excellent experience. It was great to see Dr Jen again after my initial serious injury case that took months when I could barely walk and function. During that period, the whole staff was supportive and on top of my care every step of the way. Everyone there genuinely made me felt cared for and that my recovery was a priority. I’m incredibly thankful for them. After Covid, I had to pause care for a while until I got back on my feet and thankfully now I can continue. Coming back to resume care was seamless; I appreciate that the visit felt just as friendly, receptive, and focused as ever. I'm glad to be back!

Paris at the front desk was super nice and helpful when it came to explaining paperwork and price. I seen Dr. Elizabeth and felt so comfortable with the adjustment process! The table in the back was my favorite part. I definitely recommend this to any and everyone but especially my pregnant mamas. I am 37 weeks and finally feel relief. This is my new home for chiropractic care. The staff here are wonderful and bend over backwards with customer service. I've never seen anything quite like it. The office is charming and perfectly clean with great equipment. All the drs are great. I'm currently seeing Dr. Jennifer Bett-Gray and she's been helping me feel so much better and is so positive and encouraging. Family Chiropractic also offers many forms of therapy including massage therapy which combined with Chiropractic care has been extremely effective pain control. (Thank you Diane.) After initially seeking treatment to help relieve tendonitis, I quickly went from being a skeptic of chiropractic care, to finding it an invaluable part of my physical "maintenance." I have been going to Family Chiropractic for over 17 years. Dr. Jen adjusted both of my kids within a week or so after they were born to ensure their spinal health. They are now healthy teenagers who continue to have adjustments to maintain good spinal health. I am so thankful for Dr. Jen and Dr. Saira! I train for and run marathons and half marathons. They help me prevent injuries. I have utilized many of the therapies they offer when I do have an occasional strain, tightness or pain. I use decompression therapy to help my lower back and hips. I'm not a fan of needles. But, I have benefited greatly from acupuncture to help my IT band tightness and calf tightness. I have also utilized neck traction to help my once almost straight/flat neck vertebrae become close to a perfect natural curve that it should be. I also love the ladies at the front desk! This is an amazing practice. Convenient location near Brentwood offices, residences and the interstate. Dr. Jen and Dr. Saira are top-notch chiropractors who take the time to listen and get to know you personally and remember the details. This is by far the best chiropractic experience that I have ever had. What a breath of fresh air! I tried several offices in the area and I found them to be pushy with treatment plans that involve you signing your life away for a year and paying thousands of dollars. I left those offices without a true understanding of what my diagnosis was and what the best course of action would be. It all seemed generalized and rushed. I scheduled with Family Chiropractic after being referred by a co-worker who swore that I would like it. She was right! The most important thing is that I finally understand what has been going on with me. They sat me down and discussed my options for care. OPTIONS!!! I was given exercises to work on at home that have been helping between visits and to help build my core muscles. My pain level has been reduced. All of that said, I highly recommend that you try this office before wasting time somewhere else. You will love it, too.

I love this place!! I am addicted! I went so long with back and side pain only to find out I did have DDD but I don't want to take pain pills all the time. I started going here and within 2 months the pain was gone. It does reappear as I know I have the problem but now I know exactly where I can get relief. Began treatment about a month ago for knee and hip pain from distance running. From the first moment you walk into the office, you realize they are very caring and interested in your overall wellness. Dr. Saira diagnosed a misalignment in my hips. After first week of adjustments I felt amazing. We added in some exercises for hips/glutes/stabilizing muscles as well. My knee feels much better and I'm working on using my core to keep aligned when running now, with great results. They are very professional and caring.
