Dr. Frank Batson is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He is able to pinpoint the issue with ease and get you back on your feet quickly. My husband and I moved 3 hours away, but still make the drive to see him and his staff. They are amazing and nearly impossible to duplicate their services.

I recently went to BCG for adjustments to get some kinks and soreness addressed. I am always amazed at the level of caring, compassionate and expert care provided by each person in the group. From the time I walk in the door until I walk out, each member of the care team is genuinely engaged in the process of understanding my problem, recommending and providing appropriate corrections with the best follow on therapies. Its easy to tell there is some excellent leadership in each area of therapy. Ive always walked out feeling better than when I walked in.

Dr. Brent Fetzer has been absolutely professional and his experience is visible, I am very grateful to be his patient. And additional today I had the best deep relaxing massage of my life thanks to Tucker who is taking care of an injury that no one had been able to heal. And I can't forget to mention Rayanna, who is the one who always welcomes me with a smile, kind and attentive to any questions. Best practice! Been going for over a year. Did braincore neurofeedback for my anxiety and spinal decompression for my lower back. Both worked wonders for me! Back in 2015 I went for my knees and I hadn’t worn high heels for a few years! After my “treatments package deal” I was wearing Two & Half Inch Heels for work daily! Recently an old ankle injury has flared up and after just 1 visit I can already feel a difference! Not only do they give me an ankle adjustment, back adjustment & neck adjustment they give me this “ankle ultra sound treatment”! Did I mention that I get to wait in a massage chair (head to toes) too!

Absolutely thrilled to have found this chiropractic office. Each visit feels like a mini massage! The therapists work on your trouble areas with a massage gun prior to adjustments and you have the option to sit in the amazing massage chairs at the end. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and it truly feels genuine. I’ve had experiences where you can sometimes feel a bit forced or sold on a care plan but here their approach to care is very moderate and manageable and the price is very fair for the care received. Each adjustment really feels like a difference was made and improvements are felt. The experience is personalized and their knowledge is thoroughly demonstrated. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and have sometimes left wondering if anything was truly done but here it’s just a top notch experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

Batson Chiro Health Group has taken care of my whole family for years. From my grandmother, to my niece, and everywhere in between. You won’t find an unkind person in the whole building. Dr. Will and the staff at Batson take great care of me. I have been to three different chiropractors in the last 25 years before going to Batson. Two things make this place better than the others. (1) The doctor spends enough time with me to make sure everything is fully taken care of. He does a lot of gradual manipulations rather than just three quick pops etc. I have been to places before where they do 3 or 4 pops and send you on your way which usually takes less than 5 minutes. The doctor understands and treats my unique issues. (2) The staff is very involved in the process. In the 25 years of going to chiropractors I have never seen a staff do even a third of what this staff does. High quality staff. They have very good machines with tens units. Beyond the machines they use a percussion massager very well. They use some stretching techniques for my shoulder that really help. They do a thing called a "Trap Release" for my tight trapezius muscles which helps release my neck and just makes my entire upper back feel much better. You can't go wrong with this business.

After going to see many Chiropractors over the years this is the first one that made me feel like they were actually fixing my problems. The attention to detail and walk through at the beginning made you feel a sense of ease that they were going to help solve your issues. On top of that they are affordable and don’t try “hamstring” you into decisions. They are incredible knowledgeable and professional and look forward to seeing the results from my future visit!

Great staff who always greet me by name and make me feel welcome. I have been seeing Dr. Butts for several months and he is always very attentive and happy to answer my questions. Flexible scheduling is a plus. My only negative is that insurance is not accepted, however they will provide itemized receipts to submit to insurance.

I believe that most chiropractors are not that good (in my opinion). I also feel that this office is one of the exceptions to my belief. I have seen many chiropractors in my life, and there are only two who I would use my time to see. My first one from years ago, and Baton Chiropractic Group. This is one of the few that have taken the time to really listen to my issues, and know where the pain is, how it radiates and where to, and focuses on the cause of the pain, while at the same time working on relieving the symptom pain as well. When I first came to this office, I told him that I believed most chiropractors were quacks (because they follow a cookie cutter approach to wellness). I am glad he made me a believer in this office. The staff is exceptional. I felt welcomed and treated with personal service. They were always pleasant, even if I were not so much. I am grateful to them and give my full endorsement for their service. This office in my opinion, sets the bar for chiropractic service.

Time, attention and customized programs unique to your situation. I’ve been going to chiropractors most of my life and was really blown away with Dr. Batson and his staff. He took time to listen to me, gave me a thorough exam and set a course of action that would be happy with. The adjustment was top notch and the therapy a did after was relaxing. They also have so many options for treatment including massage, stem cell, plasma and a decompression table. I walked out 100% better than I came in and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. A year ago I could no bend over. My range of motion was very limited and I had tried physical therapy, and pills. Dr. Greg started with an X-ray and upon reviewing it, ask "you sit in your job a lot don't you?" Yes I have, for 8 years. The staff at Batson started me out with stretches and exercises that--over the next few months--would extend my flexibility tremendously. We added spinal decompression. I now have full flexibility and I no longer take pills for my back. I even went snow skiing a few months ago. I had an amazing experience at Batson Chiropractic. I mean, truly, it was beyond good customer service. From the moment I called to make the appointment for what I thought was an average adjustment, the folks were so kind over the phone! Once I got there, they welcomed me like I was family and were incredibly personable. I had probably 3-5 different employees ask me how I was doing and show genuine interest in why I was there. After getting an amazing massage and neck and back adjustment, I thought I was done, but I received one more therapy treatment and then was finished. I can't say enough about the staff at Batson Chiropractic. Keep up the amazing work guys! PS. The ONLY thing I would have changed was the choice of music that was playing while receiving therapy. Usually when you go somewhere like this to receive treatment, there's easy, chill music playing that helps you relax, but instead they were playing country music and kind of blaring it the whole time. Please, please change that.

As of a week ago. Emergency room trip, 2 chiropractic adjustments. Intense massage, X-ray 3 times. 3rd chiropractic I’ve tried. This group is superior to any customer service or treatment I’ve ever received. This is complete treatment, not just adjustment , decompression. So much treatment options and combinations. Batson CG provides the most comprehensive care that exists in the US. I know because I have gone to Chiropractors for 40 years all over the US. None offers the full comprehensive care that Batson does. I receive in addition to my chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture, decompression therapy, stim, cold laser,. Due to this comprehensive care I have been able to avoid surgery and feel great. Even though I have moved across town 18 miles away I travel to Batson because they are the best available. This chiropractor office came recommend by a friend after I had fallen. So I called the office for help. The scheduler got me right in after explaining my problem. I was welcomed and they were genuinely concerned about my issue. Then I got to see Dr. Brad. I would tell you that during the conversation that I was just be glad to fly out for vacation in 2 days. I did get to fly out 2 days with still some pain. I an say that I am impressed with the way Dr. Brad has done working with my pains. I went to Batson Chiropractic after injuring my lower back. I had tried rest, medication, stretching, and nothing was even coming close to helping. A friend strongly encouraged me to see Dr. McClure. Let me start by saying everything at this office was the “white glove treatment” from the moment I walked in. The staff is all amazing, and truly cares about you and your health. I was very skeptical of Chiropractors but gave it a try. Dr. McClure put me through a very very quick exam that was painless but allowed him to see what was wrong. They discussed what my insurance would and would not cover up front and we began treatment that day (and I always had the chance to say no to anything that would not be covered – but everything was covered by my insurance). After several weeks I started to notice something amazing. I never told the office about my regular headaches. I wanted to get in, get my back fixed, and get out. However I would take something for my headache daily. Time went on and I realized that my headaches were gone and I was taking zero medication. I was thrilled. This has been a great experience for me. My back is healed and my overall health is better. I will continue to be a life-long patient at Batson Chiropractic group and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Holy Moly; I can't recommend Austin enough who, along with the clinic and Dr. Butts, is basically fixing my cervical issues. Austin uses Active Release Technique and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation which are fancy ways of saying things get massaged, moved and stretched in a very methodical way, but it also feels great. I came to Batson in September in the most pain I had ever been in. I couldn't stand, walk or even sit without feeling like I was dying. This is exactly the type of place I was looking for where physical therapy was offered as well as chiropractic adjustments. I've suffered from neck and shoulder issues and need maintenance such as these therapies that help me get back to my normal activities as quickly as possible. Before I started going to Batson I threw out my neck in September and ended up in the ER where it took a few weeks to feel myself again just with prescription pills. The same exact thing happened just this week and Batson got me in immediately. I was feeling better the next day after gentle manipulation, ultrasonic and muscle stim therapy. I was trying to find somewhere to take my daughter to receive acupuncture treatments. They worked us in the same day I called. My daughter has had headaches/migraines for over 5 years. Over the years they had gotten worse to the point where she was experiencing daily headaches. We have been to multiple doctors to try to get them resolved. Nothing has helped. My mother has been going to Dr. Frank Batson for over 14 years. She suffers from debilitating arthritis in her lower back along with osteoporosis and degenerative disc disease. Dr. Frank has her on a specialized program which includes spinal manipulation, spinal decompression, deep tissue massage, and physical therapy to keep her walking so she won't need a wheelchair. My mother is 80 years. If it wasn't for Dr. Batson my mother would be using a wheelchair full time instead of just using a cane now. We consider Dr. Frank and his staff to be our family.
