Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Extremely accommodating and understanding of newcomers. They take the time to thoroughly assess you and make genuine recommendations to improve pain and mobility. Dr. Paisley makes sure you understand everything she’s doing before she does it. Dr. McCoy is very genuine and careful to make sure you’re comfortable with the process. I’m not thrilled about going to the chiropractor on my best day (I’m just shaky about it), but they accommodate me and my issues and I’ve never gone home sorry about it. As long as I’m in Nashville, these are my people.

The team at Advanced Spine & Wellness are great! I have been to other chiropractors in the past and was pretty skeptical of chiropractic care in general. After a couple of lower back spasms in May of 2020, I had some issues during workouts, hiking, and running. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious so I asked friends for recommendations and read reviews. I chose Dr. McCoy based on the reviews and the price. I didn’t have insurance and couldn’t afford several of the options. After a couple of weeks of regular visits, my back started feeling consistently better and I was able to start lifting more weight and running without issues. I did their suggested program and have been going for monthly maintenance ever since then. I get occasional flare ups from certain exercises or overuse, but I am able to do the things I love without fear of injury or pain. Dr. McCoy takes time to get to know his patients and helps with whatever your health goals are to improve that lifestyle. Every team member knows your name by the second visit and makes you feel welcome and cared for.

He's great: Excellent adjustments. And I like the way he has his office set up - you call or email ahead go in at your appointment time and he's ready for you. I've only ever had to wait a couple minutes at the most, and that's usually because he's saying goodbye to the patient before me. He's in a common "hive" type of office, with other health practitioners. He also doesn't want to pressure you into getting a lot of unnecessary adjustments. Very low-key and amiable: He also happens to be a great chiropractor! Highly recommend.

Omg my back was killing me and I made an appt to see Dr. Larry McCoy. It was the best decision that I have ever made. The scheduling process was a breeze. I contacted the office via their website and the receptionist called me back the next day. She was so nice and friendly I've felt like I've known her all my life. The office is located off Thompson lane and there is enough parking and it's very easy to get in and out of. The wait time wasn't long at all once I got there. The office was very relaxing and I felt right at home. Dr. McCoy is great! He asked me what issues have I been having and he went over every detail that he was going to do before he did anything. He took my X-rays right in the office and I got to watch a short video explaining the entire process. The Music in the office is great and the therapy really helped my back. That chair that massaged my back was amazing! I wish I could've taken that chair home with me. There is information to read on the ceilings lol I thought was a neat idea. Afterwards he cracked my back and maaaaaan I felt awesome! He was very gentle and has a great sense of humor. I felt so comfortable with him. His office also does really cool give aways and you will receive a free visit of you refer a friend. Now that is pretty cool. He takes all insurance and he really does care about his patients and try to work with you. I don't think there is another chiropractor that can compete with Dr. McCoy. If you are need a chiropractor PLEASE check him out. You will be glad you did .. I can't wait for my follow up appt lol

I went to him for pain from neck and back injuries from decades before, and not only did he help with that, he fixed an issue I had with my feet. After a month of treatment, I noticed I wasn't having hot flashes anymore. I had no idea how being properly aligned would help with something like menopause, but thankfully, it has. He listens and makes suggestions which always help. I also love the pre-adjustment eStem with heat (or ice), and the roller massage table too. I will keep going to him for maintenance until he retires (which should be decades away, thank goodness).
