I don’t know if I have the words to describe how amazing Dr. A is at Precision Chiropractic. Let’s start of by stating the obvious, she runs an amazing business!!! She runs on time, has a clean/cozy environment and has an office dog, Myles, that will put a smile on your face. Dr. A takes the time to listen to you and what is going on with your body. And she also takes the time to listen to you as a person, even if it doesn’t have to do with the body. She also takes the time to make sure that your body is in alignment before you leave her office which is not the case with other chiropractors I have visited. Her patients are not just a number/income to her. She takes the time to know each and every one of us and that is why she’s amazing. She really cares about everyone who steps through the door. If you are unsure of whether a chiropractor is right for you, I suggest booking a free consult appointment with her to just talk to her and she how she can help you. I’m glad I did.

Dr. Dimos is the absolute best! As an Army vet, sometimes you don’t get the best treatment, but I feel like I’m right at home when I walk into her office. Her personality and positivity just radiates and fills the whole office! Dr. Dimos made a very frustrating time in our lives a bit easier with her kindness and professionalism. My daughter was diagnosed with a lip and tongue tie and it was recommended that she have some body work before they were released. From the moment Dr. Dimos called to set up the appointment, the stress of our situation became more manageable. She not only got us in for an appointment quickly, but also made the process as easy as possible. Shortly after I hung up the phone with her, I had all the paperwork I needed to fill out prior to the appointment. Her office is as warm and inviting as she is. My daughter is a little leery when it comes to strangers but Dr. Dimos didn't let that throw her. My husband was able to hold her for a lot of the evaluation, which helped with her comfort level. The knowledge and compassion Dr. Dimos displayed in our brief time with her made it apparent that she chose the right profession. Dr Alissa Dimos has been helping me with a back issue. Before we even met she did a thorough phone interview. She told me at that time that she will evaluate and then decide if she can help me. If not she said she would refer me to the appropriate person. Since being in her care my back is significantly improved. I am getting my life back! I just checked my blind spot without having to rotate my entire body, and walked in a straight line without having to make a course correction midway to my target. I think I can smell colors and see sounds. Okay, that part may be a bit much but, seriously, I have not felt this good or had this much range of (pain free) motion in a long time. And even if I can’t suddenly play the piano, my visit with Dr. Alissa was *well* worth it and I’m mad at myself for putting it off for so long. She is extremely professional and courteous, with every step the exam and adjustment meticulously explained… I wish there were more than 5 stars to choose from on this review.

Dr. Alissa Dimos - DC, CACCP is the BEST. If you’re pregnant and on the fence about seeking a consult - don’t wait. I saw a different chiropractor my previous two pregnancies and the difference has been more than I could’ve imagined. From my consultation experience which included a detailed intake to my personalized treatment plan, everything has been top notch. I struggle with back, hip, neck and pelvic pain. Dr. Alissa is wonderful! I’ve been to several chriro in the Manchester area, but it always felt like they saw my problem the same way. I was always told my pain was due to something I was doing incorrectly therefore they always told me (work your core, stop holding your daughter one side only etc). Frustrating! My pain has been there since giving birth to my daughter almost 2 years ago. I knew my pain wasn’t for something I was only doing wrong and also not only due my core weakness. Dr Alissa just knew it, she was so in connection with what I was looking for. She finally told me all things that could be related to my pain, and yes the core weakness is part of, but not the only issue. I told her my biggest concern was due to spine curve. She measured the curve so we can check if it’s worsening while from now. I was so surprised none of the chiros I visited measured it. She adjusted me in a way I was pain free as I walked out. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now and she has Angel hands! She is just a wonderful, down to earth person! Thank you Alissa!

Dr. Alissa is hands down and spine straight the best, most wholesome chiropractor I have ever met. We found Precision Chiropractic through reviews for a pediatric infant chiropractor and quickly became impressed with Dr. Alissa’s attention to detail, ease of conversation and technical knowledge. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alissa. Starting from the moment you walk in the door she makes you feel at ease. Beautiful office, and if you're lucky her dog Miles will be there to greet you (dont worry he's hypoallergenic and behind a gate). My family's first visit was for my 10 month old son. Dr. Alissa was very thorough and thoughtful about his care and took things at his pace. She was so patient with my kids and didn't everything she could to make them comfortable and happy (my three year old tagged along, by the end she wanted to stay and play). I was lucky enough to have my first exam the following week and it was very informative and probably the most thorough an informative chiro appt I've ever had. She really tailored the adjustment to my specific needs and goals for my health. Highly recommend Dr. Dimos. I visited Dr. Allisa Dimos' office recently for back, shoulder and neck pain which limited me in performing my daily routines and my work as a fitness specialist. Dr Dimos is a bunch of superlatives, all the good ones. I first think of warmth when I walk into her offices. My thoughts were, this is a place I need to be. My “back story” is that I live in Maine during the summer months. My daughter, from Manchester, N.H.has been a patient of Dr A. along with her family for a number of years. She told me about her chiropractor. I have been suffering for some time with multiple pain sites. Upon my initial visit I learned Dr. A. Is a competent professional with a very caring attitude if you are fortunate enough to be one of her patients. I traveled from Maine to Bedford for each visit (70 miles or so one way)because I finally found someone with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to help alleviate my pain. As a personal aside, she’s a really nice person who cares.
