This was a great experience and I'm a first timer really was great help I feel so much better and it was quick. If your looking for a good place for a chiropractor? Louisville chiropractic. (The joint) is the place for you. Nice prices. Not breaking your pockets And Kat is the bees knees that will be the lady at the front counter that will walk you thru all the paper. I used to attend the Joint Chiropractic in Indianapolis due to a lower back injury and they were so incredibly helpful. When I moved to Louisville, I was so upset that there wasn’t one near me. This Joint location opening up now was like perfect timing as I’ve been having horrible shoulder and neck pain lately as well as problems standing. Dr. Luke has been incredibly helpful to me so far. Already, I’ve been able to sleep so much better. I’m excited to continue coming back regularly once again.

So, here’s my experience with The Joint. As almost everyone nowadays, I spent most of my time on phone, laptop, or TV. I also started to help driving the school bus for the school I work for as a Bilingual Teacher. After one month of driving the school bus, I started to have very sharp pain in generally my back and specifically my neck. After searching around for a chiropractor with a good reputation, I found The Joint Chiropractor. Let me tell you that it was the BEST experience in my life. Especially, because I’ve never get my body adjusted. You guys should try it and I promise that you won’t regret it! The first time I went, Dr. Mathew did a great job and I felt the instant relief. The second time, Dr. Luke did an amazing job and again, another instant relief. Both relief times were like magic. ✌️🤩 Now, let me tell you that Tina will answer your calls and meet you with a lovely smile and good vibes! 🤩👍 Thank you so much Tina, Mathew, Luke. You guys are the best! ✌️🤩👍

This Joint is on FIRE!!!!! Was easy to get in and out quickly even without an appointment on my first visit and I received exceptionally great service from begining to end. The staff was very kind and friendly. Dr. Luke was AMAZING! I felt so comfortable with my first adjustment and I left feeling great. They gave me a plan that is way more affordable than I expected with multiple options and they are open on weekends! I can't wait to come back for my wellness adjustments every week.

This is a great place to use to help manage your joint pain! Highly recommend! I'm already feeling better! Affordable and effective. I have been to a lot of chiropractors in my life, The Joint has a different approach than most. Their concept is to be convenient and quick while still giving effective care for neck and back pain management. I went to a few locations of The Joint in Utah and I was not that impressed, but so far this office has been very effective as a part of my pain management plan. Dr Luke is very kind, thorough, and really cares about helping me get back to where I was functionally. He wrote out a treatment plan, gave me an extra visit when I paid for the wellness plan so I could come twice a week, and even called me the day after my first visit to see how I was feeling. The front desk staff was very friendly as well!

Was referred by a friend when I mentioned I was experiencing chronic back pain. Mobility was restricted and my back and neck was really tight. I was able to easily walk into Joint Chiropractic and be evaluated, seen and serviced right away. I felt much better the following day and purchased the wellness plan to continue treatment. I happened to walk in on the first day it was open and the staff was so friendly and nice! They helped me when I was in a lot of pain and I will be coming back here every time I am in Louisville. Y’all must come to this location and sign up to be a joint member. If you have any pain in the body, this is the best spot to take that pain away.

Some of the best Louisville chiropractors work here. Dr. Matthew and Dr. Luke see me so quickly and they have helped me with my migraines - not fun when you're a mom of 3. I almost never wait, the facilities are brand new and so clean. And the front desk staff are just the cherries on top. Both Tina and Kat treat me with such attention and care. You have to try this place. If you're a busy mom then this place is definitely for you. Imagine - you can do your groceries at Kroger AND be seen by your chiropractor with NO WAIT. You also know that if you got kids then you don't have a lot of extra change to spare but The Joint is honestly the most affordable chiropractor in Louisville. This office really is just so convenient. You can walk in at any time, you don't need insurance, and you'll almost never wait! I honestly can't go anywhere else now.

He listens to what's going on and then does the adjustment accordingly. He is very thorough and tolerates my bad jokes. Kelly at the desk is always sweet and cordial. I really like The Joint. I have visited many "The Joint", and it feels like I'm walking into the same office each time. They know what I like and don't like. This office matches my expectations and the staff was inviting as well as friendly.

Incredibly friendly and inviting staff, immaculate facility, and great adjustments. I injured my back in the military and honestly thought my life was over. I struggled to get off the floor at times. My insurance doesn’t cover chiropractics and the joint changed my life. Especially with the military discount. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

By the time I arrived @ the clinic from Etown I was already in a lot pain especially my neck & left shoulder. My lower back pain stands @ a 8-9 on a daily basis but do to recent surgery I'll have to wait som time to heal B4 being seen. For what the clinic did for my neck is AMAZING ... I want to say this. My 1st treatment was so Grea, after the treatment I was feeling Soo good I went shopping @ the mall. Next day(Wed) still feeling Good. Thks Dr. I will be coming back & with the affordable plan you can't go wrong. 6 visits for $79. Where else can you find a good deal like that.

Kind of long post but worth the read. My fiancé was needing chiropractic care. We were going to go to the old chiro in order to get by for another week until we found a new one. Our work schedule doesn’t always work with many of the offices around town. We had looked at The Joint the weekend prior and read a few reviews and briefly saw packages but they weren’t open when we looked. Well when we arrived at the old chiro, the inside door was open and no lights on and outside door locked and no one would answer phone even though this was during open hours. We weand I immediately started researching chiropractic care around town. Saw a few more good reviews for The Joint and noticed Saturday hours were until 4pm and immediately called them. They would do walk in THAT day and new patient as well. The receptionist was VERY friendly and made the process smooth. Now as I mentioned it was my fiancé that needed this care but I decided to see if he could help out my shoulders and neck as well and did new patient. To my amazement, Dr. Luke was able to finally give my fiancé the lower back relief he’s been looking for and give me some neck relief as well. We both left with a wellness plan in place and at the most affordable price for both of us! Highly recommend! Also, we had no idea that they had locations all over the US so just like our gym membership we can visit a different location if need be because of travel plans.

Soooo, I normally do not write reviews, but this place deserves 10 stars. This is seriously the most affordable and convenient chiropractic office near me that I have ever been to. I can actually just stop by on my lunch break. I am literally in and out that fast; and they have great customer service. They literally ask and bring me water every time I come. I also love that I don't have to make an appointment because with my schedule I never know when I will have time until I have time. I love Dr. Matthew and Dr. Luke, they keep me working and they call me to see how I am doing and help to keep me on track with my goals. Everyone should try the wellness plan. I pay less than $20 per visit. I think it's less if your military! I really think this is the most affordable chiropractic office I have seen in my whole life. Oh, and it's a small family run business, sometimes their cute baby is there. Not only do you feel better, you might bump into her and get a big smile.

What a beautiful and clean facility this is! The location has ample parking and the hours work even for those of us who have typical work hours - no need to rush over during lunch or try to leave work early! When I walked into The Joint for the first time, I was way overdue for an adjustment! I've known Dr. Luke for many years and know he always delivers an great adjustment! On the day I went in, Dr. Luke was off and so I met with Dr. Matt. Dr. Matt did a great job of assessing my needs, adjusting my neck and back and then outlining a treatment plan including exercises to do at home (which were e-mailed to me). I highly recommend!
