The staff are all very kind and friendly, it’s very easy to set up appointments and they accommodate all your needs to the best of their ability. Wow for Lowe - I’ve struggled with low back pain for years but feared going to a chiropractor for physical manipulation as I thought that might worsen my condition. I always lived a very athletic/active life and thought I could adjust my activity and workouts to recover on my own in time. Regretfully, that led to giving up some of my favorite hobbies and activities - for years - with no significant or lasting improvement in pain. I finally decided to give chiropractics a try and chose Lowe Chiropractic and Wellness based on their stellar reviews. Dr. Lowe and his team are AMAZING and very deserving of those 5-stars reviews. They make you feel welcome and important the moment you walk in the door. During the first appointment they run several tests with visual print-outs of your personal alignment from various angles so you can see where and why you are experiencing discomfort. That was cool. They then devise an individualized plan to treat your condition with adjustments, stretches and strengthening exercises to help your body relearn and maintain proper alignment. Trust the process and ice-ice-ice. Dr. Lowe and his team are wonderful and you, too, would be in good hands with Lowe Chiropractic.

I have spent the past 11 weeks receiving Chiropractic Care at Lowe. To truly understand you would have to know I was in a lot of PAIN. I have a very high pain tolerance and had continued to ignore my body until my lower back just gave up. Wow, I feel back to normal with out pain. I've been waiting for this day to come. I get a full nights sleep now in stead of being woke up in the middle of the night for hours. I found Lowe Chiropractic by there skeleton on the truck door parked out by the road. They helped me a lot with my and Hand pain. They have the right equipment and a great team. I'm so glade that I seen that Truck out front with the Skeleton on the door. The exercises they give are very important to do. if you miss a day your body will let you know that you need to do them. Now I can use tools, carry heavy objects, work with out pain. Its great to feel better again. Pain is no fun.

Although I am still early on in my Chiropractic care, I thought I’d leave a review now and then another in a few weeks or so. First and foremost, I have never been to a Chiropractor before now. In all honesty, I was scared of them. Here’s what I can tell you thus far. 1. They have several practitioners in house, so you can usually get an appointment when you need one. 2. Their hours work well for a regular M-F work week if you want to go after 5:00 pm like me. 3. I appreciate that they have a sit down consultation with you before and after full X-rays and physical exam. 4. They do come up with a game plan and lay out the cost for it ahead of time. That said, if you’re like me, you get to compromise and choose a plan to match you, your schedule and your finances. 5. As I said, I was fearful of them but my pain was overriding my fear and the first time I was adjusted it scared the daylights out of me and I gasped very loudly and jumped. They were kind about it and understood. Don’t let the pops of the adjustments scare you away. 6. The administrative staff gets to know your face and name very quickly and are helpful, smiling and quick, each visit. 7. Dr. Puckett is my primary practitioner and he has been very personable, helped me feel comfortable and is gentle. We even have conversations about our hobbies and are getting to know each other so the doctor/patient relationship isn’t too awkward. 8. Dr. Paulson has stepped in for Dr. Puckett 2-3 times during my visits when he was off. She is a caring and gentle caregiver as well. They truly want you to feel better. Lastly, my neck began hurting at the end of March 2022. Some days are better than others but the pain was always there. Yesterday was my first day since then to wake up and not be in pain right then and the rest of the day. Today was a repeat of waking up pain free. Just some stiffness and soreness. My neck did begin to feel irritated after sitting behind a computer for 8+ hours today but, manageable. I will come back to this forum and leave another review once I have been pain free for an extended period which is the true goal.

After an MRI relieved several discs in bad condition, I suffered a sciatic nerve attack that cost me 3 nights sleep and pain that I had never been thru before. I did my research, and chose Lowes to end my agony and suffering. It was obvious to me I had come to the right place as soon as I walked in. The staff is so polite, compassionate and upbeat I wanted to get better just so THEY felt better. We have a plan composed by them and I'm so pleased with my progress, I feel like I'm on the road to recovery. I love coming to Lowe Chiropractic! Everyone there is so nice and they treat you like family. They have helped so much with my back and neck pain. I had to bring my son, who has autism, with me and the staff watched him and played with him while I was treated! They explained to me the benefits of getting treatment for autism and now my son gets treated too. He has improved with sensory issues and he used to cry and run away when it was his turn. Now he lays down and says "Ok, go!", which is a HUGE improvement! I can't thank Lowe enough for helping me and my son!

I recommend Lowe Chiropractic to everyone. They have a great atmosphere in the office - it is clear that the staff cares about each and every patient that walks through the door. I have almost exclusively gone to Dr. Puckett since starting chiropractic care (I had never been to a chiropractor before giving it a try here) and he truly has made me a believer in the importance of getting adjusted. I’m no longer needing to take 800mg of ibuprofen every night before bed. I have no more neck or wrist pain at my desk job. Admittedly, I sometimes lapse in consistency with my adjustments. Even so, the pain never comes back as bad as it was prior to starting chiropractic care. I’m very grateful to have been introduced to Lowe Chiropractic & Wellness.

I used to work for Lowe chiropractic and this is where I had my first experience with chiropractic care. I was always hesitant when thinking about getting adjusted but it wasn’t until this place that I felt at ease. I suffer from Bell’s palsy on one side of my face and facial weakness on the other. When it first started and you looked at my face you would have thought I was having a stroke. My face was drooping on one side and any time I drank something it would literally drool back out. I was constantly carrying straws in my purse to assist in drinking. After several months of getting adjusted, I noticed that I wasn’t having to use a straw all the time to drink, if at all, my smiles weren’t crooked and I genuinely felt better overall. I stopped going for a while and noticed the drooping or numbness had come back a little and once I picked up care again, it went away. I always compare chiropractic care to going to the gym. When you first start the gym, it might take you a while to get where you want/need to be and you have to keep up with it to keep the results. Besides that, I have had problems with severe migraines and sciatica pain. They introduced me to decompression and let me tell you, it was Heaven! After several uses of decompression, along with getting adjusted, my migraines and my sciatic pain was starting to decrease. Even though I don’t work here anymore, I don’t trust anyone else to adjust me. I have had the privilege to be adjusted and taken care of by all the doctors here and I will always recommend Lowe Chiropractic to anyone who asks ❤️

Lowe Chiropractic is simply amazing. Strong results oriented care. I had spasms in my lower back and the team provided the following supports to me: 1. Provided immediate relief to my spasms; 2. Trained me on spasm management, including proper breathing and leg positioning; and 3. Showed me proper sitting and standing up while lower back was inflamed. Dr. Puckett and Dr. Lowe are amazing! I’ve lived with chronic constant severe pain for 20 years and I’ve tried everything. I had given up, lost all faith in believing a Chiropractor could ever help me find any relief. That is, until I saw an online advertisement for Lowe Chiropractic. Except Medicaid!?! I thought, since it’s free couldn’t hurt to try one more time. Scheduling that first appointment was one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my pain management. It makes a huge difference finding someone who knows what they’re doing, and what your body needs. I don’t recommend letting someone either has little to no experience or has not completed and assessment thoroughly prior to making an adjustment on you. One visit didn’t go so well when I had to schedule with someone different, someone who didn’t know me as a patient. After her adjustment was worse than when I arrived. Then, after a single 5 minute adjustment by Dr. Lowe, I was back to that days baseline pain level. He corrected her adjustment instantly. I’m forever sold on the true effects of chiropractor medicine after my experience with Dr. Lowe! I highly recommend you check them out! They are in Middletown, Louisville KY. I pay nothing for my visits 3-5X/week. Call them right now and set up your appt.

Do they provide relief from my pain? Absolutely! I’ve suffered from lower back pain for over 2 years and I’ve tried everything from epidural shots to therapy to pain meds. Nothing fixes the problem but this office and some massages at another place are what provides me enough relief to keep going each day. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that “my insurance company doesn’t cover some of their treatment methods. But I will forever go to this office because of the way I am treated by their staff. I started going awhile back and since then, due to my son being tested for COVID (negative results), going out of town for business, and today for my son possibly breaking his leg (waiting on x-rays) I have had to cancel on them. Each time they apologize to me! I cancelled on them which hurts their business because someone else could have had my time slot. But they apologize to me and say “please call us when you can make it in again and hope everything turns out okay”. Definitely recommend them. Thanks Lowe Chiropractic!

Best chiropractor in town! Went in last year literally in tears after sleepless nights with my bulging disc. Got relief in no time. Feels like a having a new body after every adjustment. Great doctors and awesome staff! Very friendly, treats you like family, and works with my crazy schedule. Now I bring my 9 yr old son to get adjusted after I noticed something was off with his posture and he kept having leg pain. No more complaints of leg pain for him and he actually looks forward to getting adjusted! Love, love, love this place. I am not one to write reviews, but this practice deserves it! Hi! My name is Ephraim Hardin. When I went to Lowe’s Chiropratic my body was slumped over and it was hard for me to walk. Dr. Lowe and his team really took good care of me. The first day I walked in they developed my own personal plan of treatment. They took pictures of my posture and evaluated me. They measured the pain of my back and neck. I also had pain in my legs. They took X-rays and thoughtfully planned out my program. I found everyone to be so kind and nice. I know that their goal is for you to get treatment and get better as soon as possible. I went to two other chiropractor’s before Lowe Chiropratic. I wish I would have listened and went to them first. I would have saved money, time, and my mobility.

Lowe Chiropractor & Wellness have made a believer out of me. My first adjustment was almost 6byears ago. I walked in unable to walk from so much pain to walking out as if my back had never gone out. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about going to a chiropractor. Hearing stories and bad experiences but you should always give it a chance before you judge. Man was I happy as hell to give them a chance. This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor, so obviously being the nervous and anxious person I am I didn’t know what to expect. All of the doctors and staff are very nice and want to help. Everyone knows you by name and want the best for you. I went and had a full treatment plan getting lots of adjustments. However, with my situation, I think I benefit better from physical therapy. I’m only 24 and I never had pain bending over until now. After the 5 months of treatment, I don’t feel any better. I’m not certain it’s because of going to the chiropractor. It may just be me but I feel more pain now than before. I think the exercises did help, and the stem felt good. Dr. Bond listened to all of my concerns and wanted to work with me to ensure I felt better! He always did adjustments on my back, neck and knees based on how I felt. I've waited a bit to leave this review because I wanted to give it some time to truly get an overall view of the place before I left any sort of premature review. The staff is amazing! They deal with a lot of people, sometimes probably not in the best of moods...couple that with a pandemic & you could have a recipe for disaster but not here! They are so patient yet quick to get you in & out of there so you don't have to spend all day at your appointment. I really appreciated the thorough exam before beginning any sort of treatment (if this hasn't been the case for you elsewhere that's a sure sign you need to run away) because it gave them the opportunity to really look things over before jumping in with the treatments. The facility itself is quite nice with lots of rooms and plenty of space! Dr.Puckett has been truly wonderful with his work & I cannot speak enough on how much it has helped me...I work in the service industry standing for 98% of my day (with poor posture) & I was in terrible pain before he got ahold of me. Now for the not so good, and why I will not be giving them 5 stars...the price tag. Some may say, can you put a price tag on your health? Yes. Yes you absolutely can, especially when you are not making a lot to begin with. When I first started I had *thankfully* gotten short term pandemic Healthcare through medicaid which covered everything at 100%, I didn't have to pay a thing. HOWEVER, this particular office charges for the adjustment, for any sort of "therapies", for the exercises they assign to you as well as your re-exam. I happily pay my $55 for an adjustment because it's necessary at this point but it's a bit steep when they don't bill therapies as included (i.e. stem therapy or stretching tables prior to being adjusted). It's just the "nickel and diming" that I don't appreciate & I have always & will always be a firm believer that EVERYONE should have access to affordable Healthcare & a lot of people I know would never be able to benefit from this due to the price & that's sad. Overall, love the office, appreciate my Doctor and his hard work I just wish this was more accessible for people. 😊

The adjustments were fine. I really didn't feel the care was specific to my needs though. I had the initial visit with an x-ray and a 2nd visit to review. At that point I was told we would reevaluate after 6 or so adjustments. I went once a month for a year approximately (my insurance covered 12 sessions a year), but a reevaluation was never done. I was given a pretty standard session of a quick adjustment and then the TENS unit. This is really my only experience with a chiropractor. I hope to get more personalized attention with the next chiropractor I choose.

All of the Doctors and staff are very nice. I still have bad back pain. Nothing has improved. But that’s because I have an underlying issue presented at birth. I think they really did want to help. They set up a plan of how many visits per week and gave me stretches to do and had me do tens therapy. I just don’t think any of the doctors had any experience working with a patient who has CP. They took x-rays before and after and went over them with me as if my spine was better after the treatment but it was the same. They rotated the radiograph image a bit to mark a blue X and make it look like the alignment was better even though my spine looked exactly the same. My pain actually got a little worse but I can’t say for certain that going to a chiropractor was the reason my pain got worse.

When I first started coming to Lowe Chiropractic I had severe lower back pain, moderate pain in my mid-back and numbness in my ring and pinkie finger on my right hand. I had slowly developed these symptoms while in the military and finally had time to address them. From the first visit I saw dramatic improvement in mobility and range of motion. I have suffered from severe headaches and neck pain for many many years. I always thought it was something I had to deal with being that my mom and grandpa had suffered with the same symptoms through the years. I had been to different physicians through the years and had tried many medications and it was blamed on different symptoms throughout the years. In summer of 2015 after being on a cruise and being extremely sick in bed 2 days during our vacation I knew I had to figure out what was causing these problems. The headaches and neck pain was getting unbearable and no amount of medication would touch the pain. I decided to try a chiropractor and found Dr. Lowe’s office. I was a bit skeptical since my physician does not recommend chiropractic. I am a quick fix kind of person so I always wanted a quick fix. After seeing Dr. Lowe and seeing my treatment plan I was a bit hesitant because it wasn’t a quick fix but I knew I had to get relief from the pain because it was affecting my everyday life as a mother and wife. I saw Dr. Lowe for my first adjustment on a Friday and it’s only been 3 weeks to date since I started treatment and other than minor sinus headaches due to sinus infection I have not had any migraines or neck pain. While I am still in the beginning stages of my treatment I have saw tremendous results. I enjoy the fact that Dr. Lowe incorporates stretching exercises to the treatments. I would recommend anyway who may be having any severe aches or pains to give it a try.

I woke up in extreme pain on Monday. Wednesday, as I was looking for a chiropractor to see I found Lowe Chiropractic and decided to go there because they accept walk-ins. I had the honor of seeing Dr. Ryan Bond. He did a through background evaluation and then a physical examination. Immediately after this Dr. Bond took me for X-rays. He performed a lateral X-ray that revealed the underlying cause of my pain. He adjusted me and I walked out the door feeling better. For the first time in 3 days I was able to get a good night sleep and function normally. My only regret is that I did not start under Dr. Bond’s care earlier and I am moving this weekend. These past 3 days have been wonderful because I have both a diagnosis and received proper care to relieve my pain. The entire office is amazing and I certainly recommend Lowe Chiropractic!

Dr. Lowe has been our family chiropractor since 2003. We appreciate the comfort, and relief from pack/neck pain we have experienced as the result of treatments by Dr. Lowe. Most recently, May of 2013, I was diagnosed by my Neurosurgeon with a herniated disc in my neck. The pain was excruciating, and I was unable to work and drive. Any movement at all caused pain. Dr. Lowe's assistants worked me into the schedule immediately. Dr. Lowe showed me the MRI, and explained the injury in detail. We discussed all options and possible outcomes. I chose to do decompression therapy after the traction therapy prescribed by neurosurgeon was denied by my insurance company. The neurosurgeon approved of the treatment. I have only been to one other Chiropractor that I thought was pretty good and he was in Nashville but he retired and left me with lots of spine misalignments. I eventually couldn't stand the way I felt any more and went searching for Chiropractic treatment. One of the Chiropractors in my neighborhood recommended Dr. Lowe. Within a couple of visits to Dr. Lowe he had adjust the misalignments I had been trying to got other Chiropractors to adjust for decades. He seems to have a knack for adjusting the spots that are the real hot-spots for pain especially if you don't even know they hurt. Knowing that something is wrong is one thing but finding out that a Chiropractic adjustment relieves the suffering makes for a lot less expense in the future rather than to have to have bypass surgery or some such problems when all you really needed was a Chiropractic adjustment. I have numbness in two fingers in my left hand and Dr. Lowe has relieved some of the numbness with some adjustments. I could barely walk 1/3 of a mile without considerable back pain. Now I am virtually pain free for that 1/3 of a mile walk. I had misalignments in my spine I didn't know I had and Dr. Lowe adjusted them. I feel much better now and I think I will live longer because of Dr. Lowe. I hope so anyway.
