First of all I didn’t believe I have won this neck pillow. When the emails come & the time I was so excited. When I arrived. The staff given me the nicest warm welcome. The place is so nice & clean. They also given my grandkids a mask for kids. Which I wasn’t expecting that. Thanks again ladies. Dr. Neil talked to me about how to use the pillow for my Fibromyalgia & other Chronic pain I have. He took the time out to explain & demonstrate how to proper way to use the neck pillow even if I’m on my side. He was very polite & friendly. Dr. Neil is easy to talk to & he listens about my issues. I tried it for a couple of days & I slept comfortable. Love the softness. I loved how I didn’t move as much. Also tried the neck pillow on my side. So I asked him can I make an appointment for my chronic pain. Just wanted to thank everyone for their kindness. Can’t wait for my first appointment.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. When I recieved my free pillow, the Dr was very nice and knowledgeable when explaining the best ways to use it, he answered my questions, and did not not seem rushed at all. The pillow is wonderful! Who thought such a simple little thing like a pillow could help so much. I am actually sleeping longer now without waking every couple of hours with the severe burning numbness in my arms and hands . I highly recomend the pillow if you have back/neck issues.

I was given a three-sided pillow to try out for free. It is extremely versatile which I love. It’s great for traveling...neck or lumbar. It’s great for back sleeping under my knees or neck. I was having such a hard time sleeping until now This pillow has given me relief. Thank you!

After our conversation he told me what services he offered and got me scheduled for the next day . I was amazed at how quick they got me in . I am now on the road to recovery taking care of some ongoing back problems with some REAL SOLUTIONS. Thank you for offering me alternatives that don’t just MASK the pain . Absolutely wonderful! Dr Neil is so nice and goes over everything with you to get you straightened out (literally!). Even got a free dog bone pillow and I use it at night to help with my lower back pain and it really helps! I was given a free neck pillow to be a beta tester. The staff was very friendly when I picked up the pillow and explained that it could also be used to place between my knees at night since I am a side sleeper. Love it!

I only was able to talk to Dr Neil for a few minutes but he seemed very genuine and friendly. I was afraid that getting a free pillow would turn into a big sales pitch but it didn’t at all. He talked about some things he could offer to help my pain, but wasn’t pushy at all. I’ll keep him in mind for the future.

The staff and the doctor are very friendly. The doctor gave me some good advice on my neck problems and the neck pillow works well I'm not a back sleeper but with the neck pillow I fell right to sleep and slept good

I've been going here for a couple months now and I love this place. They make you feel so welcomed. I feel like they're family. Everyone is so pleasant and the service is really nice too! Sometimes I find myself lost in conversation even when my treatment is over. They're such great people and I'm really going to miss them when I'm done. But I will come back & visit. I have been using this pillow for a while, while it works when it's between my legs putting it behind my neck it doesn't work very well. My wife has used it when in her recliner behind her neck and say's it works. I still have to try that and see how it feels, but I know it doesn't work when I sleep in bed.

My name is Donna Catlett. I received my pillow today. I had to try It out as soon as I got back home, loll ended up falling asleep. It offers awesome support to your neck while you lay on your back. The pillow can also be put between your legs for side sleepers to receive comfort for lower back issues. I love my new pillow. I look forward to many night of comfortable sleep 😴💤😴💤 😴
