If you have any disc pain I highly recommend going here before going to any doctor’s office or physical therapy. I had a herniated disc pushing against my sciatic nerve, which was causing extremely uncomfortable pain down my left leg for a few months. I went to a doctor’s office and they made me do two months of PT to try to help, but it only made it worse. I had to find another solution. I found this practice online and after a few visits, the pain going down my leg decreased significantly and I was able to move around a lot easier. I believe if I would’ve came here first my disc problem would’ve went away much faster.

Dr. Vang is amazing! My experience while under his care has definitely been life changing! I was skeptical to go to a chiropractor at first because I had previously had bad experiences with another chiro out of state and hesitant to give chiro another try but I was at my wits end with the pain I gave this office a try. Dr. Vang helped me regain control of my life and function better at work as a nurse and at home as a mom! When I first visited Dr. Vang my lower and upper back pain was so bad it impaired my ability to hold my son for longer than a minute, I felt like my back was holding by a thread and I would fall apart at any given moment with the wrong move. I felt as if for over a year and a half since I had my son I had been carrying a big bag of concrete on my shoulders and back (possibly from epidural?) . My life was truly miserable. Dr. Vang took X-rays and showed me what was wrong with my back, i came to his office up to three times a week for about a month and the relief was quick from day one, to the point we tapered off the amount of visits because my pain was gone. My life changed tremendously, and I owe it to Dr. Vang! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

I was involved in a head on collison on January 26, 2021 which left me with moderate to severe neck, lower back,/leg and right hand pain/ swelling. Dr. Vang and his team of associates helped me to heal my sore, aching, and many times throbbing muscles. Dr. Vang was patient and listened to me while adjusting my treatments accordingly. I am even more grateful today for the unconventional, yet practical therapy I received here! In addition to gaining improvement in my mobility and decreasing pain, the staff was kind and made me feel comfortable each time I walked through their doors. I especially want to thank the physical therapist, Gena for sharing additional tips on strengthening, stretching and protecting my back while working as a busy, critical care nurse! I have been a patient at Pain Care Associates for several years. I have always received spectacular care. I don't use the word "always" very often. At this practice, it fits. My latest trips here began after a surgery that required me to have "T-Rex" arms, a position that locked my elbows at my waist, for six weeks. This resulted in atrophy, adhesion, and impingement in my shoulders and surrounding areas. I couldn't raise my arms and honestly began to believe I may not be able to ever again. However, with the thorough, persistent, and dedicated care of Dr. Dwight Stewart and Gena Woodward, M.S., P.T., I was able to regain movement and flexibility in my arms and shoulders. I was elated to raise each arm out to my side, eventually being able to raise my arms over my head! This was a praise! A very BIG deal! Along with Pain Care Associates' courteous and professional staff, Dr. Stewart and Gena have treated me as a person, not as a list of symptoms or problems. It's taken a lot of hard work for all of us, but the payoff has been huge and worth it! I would give a higher-than-five-star rating if it were available!

Having never seen a chiropractor for care in my 62+ years I decided to give it a shot. To compound my neck problem I was scheduled for a 17 hour over seas flight and needed immediate help. Dr Stewart got me in quickly and 2 days in a row had me where I could not only tolerate the long flight but actually relax as well. I have since used Pain Care Associates for PT as well as chiropractic care and always receive excellent professional and friendly care. If you add to that nearly everyone I have recommended them to has not only gone there but I find they recommend PCA to their “friends in pain” too.

Gena Woodward is an amazing physical therapist who really understands how the muscles and joints correlate with the spine and skeletal system. If you are suffering from pain - and considering Chiropractic care - I highly recommend Dr. Dwight Stewart, Physical Therapist Gena Woodard and Dr. Vang - they have changed my life! I have been a patient for many years and I trust them implicitly. They have not only relieved me of my migraine headaches - but they also have helped me rehabilitate and recover from two car accidents where I injured my neck and back. Dr. Stewart is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you so you understand your treatment plan. I highly recommend (and have often recommended) Dr. Stewart for chiropractic care and Gena Woodward for physical therapy to anyone with acute or chronic pain. The entire team is customer service focused. Their approach to care is professional and thorough. The care provided is top-notch. They have treated me for a number of pain related issues over the years, and I can truly say because of their treatment and advice I am healthier than I have ever been.

I have been seeing Dr. Stewart, Gina and occasionally Dr. Vang for several years now. I still have pain from a car wreck I was in years ago. I go in for therapy and an adjustment every three weeks. I feel much healthier over all and my pain and discomfort are so MUCH better. Everyone on the staff is courteous, professional and very helpful. I look forward to my appointments. My 13-year-old daughter received P.T and chiropractic care here for several months after a volleyball injury last year. Both were very helpful and allowed her to be ale to continue to play. She is now better and goes in on an as needed basis for adjustments. She actually asks to go. I recommend Pain Care Associates for anyone.

The Best Chiropractor and The Best Physical Therapist in Little Rock, Arkansas!!! I am a 16 y/o high school student who works out and plays sports. I have been treated by Dr. Dwight Stewart occasionally for severe lower back pain. I always feel relief after the first initial visit and after several visits I am pain free! I believe chiropractic adjustments and therapies are the best treatment for my back pain than taking medicine. I am a better sports player because of the chiropractic adjustments that I get from Dr. Stewart. The Best Physical Therapist and Chiropractor in Little Rock, Arkansas!!!!! This past year my shoulders began to hurt me a lot during offseason and my workout. My pediatrician referred me to an orthopedist. After examinations and a MRI the orthopedist recommended that I go to physical therapy because of severe weakness in my shoulders. The doctor told me that Gena Woodward does great physical therapy at Pain Care Associates and I could treat there. After several treatments with Gena and the recommended home therapy my shoulders are both better. This is a great office to go for treatment and education when you are looking for chiropractic and physical therapy to help with getting rid of the pain and explaining techniques so that you don't re-injure yourself!!!!

I have received chiropractic care since I was a child because my dad is a chiropractor in Hot Springs. So, when I moved to Little Rock, I knew I would have to find a new chiropractor. I asked my dad who he would trust and he gave me Dr. Stewart's name who was also a Parker College alum. I was pleased to find that Dr. Stewart and his colleague, Dr. Vang, and their staff took great care of me just like my dad had. When I first came to them, it had been a while since I'd had an adjustment because of my move. I have a desk job and had been working overtime and had developed "computer neck" where I had numbness going down my right arm. Dr. Stewart and the physical therapists fixed me up in no time! I love going to get adjustments and especially the traction machine, but what I love most is how good I feel afterwards. The staff is so friendly and it's easy to make an appointment. I'm really happy that I found someone who takes as good care of me as my dad did, and I know my dad is too!

Dr. Stewart and Gena have been taking care of me for many years. Before I started seeing them my neck pain interfered with my daily activities. I was afraid of becoming dependent on pain medication. The combination of chiropractic adjustment and physical therapy has been the solution. My neck pain no longer interferes with my life and I rarely, if ever have to take any medication. I have been going to Pain Care Benton for many years for a variety of issues. There have been a couple of other chiropractors during that time but they just keep getting better and better. Dr. Tony is by far my favorite...he is caring, informative, very knowledgeable, and personable. I was not very healthy the first time I met with him. He listened and took his time assessing my complaints about pain in my lower back. That first visit was terrific. He was able to find the chain of causes that others had not. I have raved about him to anyone who will listen! I love that he is able to combine your typical adjustments with physical therapy type stretching. Dr. Tony teaches me what is causing the pain which helps me in between visits. It is also a pleasure to work with Dee-the greatest office assistant ever! I have no doubt that my paperwork is handled in a timely manner and if a question does arise, she is such a sweetheart to work with. I moved here to Little Rock from New York with a bad back from a car accident. It had been a year with no improvements from other physical therapy places. The 1st day at the office the Dr. Gena and Dr. Stewart came up with a plan. I've been going here for a month and have had life changing improvements. They referred me to a spine specialist and I got treatment through him and they worked hand in hand to make sure my treatments worked. They work with my busy schedule very well and the front desk attendant Beth is very accommodating and nice. It's great to see a medical office that is actually motivated to seeing change in their patients! I recommend them to everyone I speak to. If you are serious about getting better than this is your place!

Oh wow, if I could leave higher than a five I would. From making the first appointment to going to the appointment and the one yesterday I have no complaints. I wish I knew everyone's name, but Beth, Gina and her backup, the sweet girls in the back, Dr. Vain and of course Dr. Stewart are the best in my opinion (sorry that I left some out but EVERYONE is GREAT!) I've had great relief in my neck and shoulders and I didn't even go in for that but Dr. Stewart found something in the ex-ray and fixed me! We are still working on my back and he ended up sending me to pain management. His interest isn't a patient what comes through he does his God given talent and moves on, he truly cares what is best for me, his patient. I recommend their services to anyone in need! Thank you!

I have always been apprehensive about chiropractic care. As an athlete, I tend to be extremely picky about who I see for treatment since my health is so closely tied to my career. However, after an injury set me back a trusted Little Rock performance coach suggested Dr. Stewart and his team. I was not disappointed! I have been going to Dr Stewart at Pain Care Associates in Little Rock for about 7 years. In 17+ years of chronic “back” pain I have been to more than 10 chiropractors in 4 states and 2 other countries and Dr Stewart is my favorite chiropractor (and Dr of any specialty). Whether I have pain in my lower back, upper back, ribs, neck, or jaw he has always provided great care that provides either immediate or very rapid pain relief. He is very thorough in each exam and uses multiple techniques depending on the issues. Dr Stewart is a caring and compassionate doctor that listens to the patient and is not condescending. I never hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I currently live abroad, but the first thing I do after I buy my plane ticket each time is to call his office and schedule appointments. I come from a chiropractic family....my dad, mom, grandfather, and cousin are all chiropractors. And another cousin is an chiropractor who teaches technique at Palmer Chiropractic College, and I grew up with chiropractic, been getting chiropractic treatments regularly all my life. Needless to say, I am pretty picky about choosing chiropractors and know exactly what I like and need. Both my wife and I have been going to Dr. Stewart for the past 12 years or so, need I say more? Dr. Vang wasn't there when I started going, but he's great too and I see him regularly also (he even went to Palmer and knows my cousin who teaches there! Small world.). They treat like my dad does, and are very courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and patient. I've seen Physical Therapist Gena Woodward on occasion and she's brutal, as all PTs are (Lol!), and quite talented also. The front office staff are very friendly and capable and always accommodate my schedule (and frequent insurance changes!). If you need good chiropractic care I highly recommend these guys!

About 5 years ago after being involved in a motor vehicle accident I was referred to Dr. Dwight Stewart for treatment . His knowledge and expertise in the treatment of my injuries has allowed me to return to and continue in my normal daily activities, both at work and recreationally. I now go to Dr. Stewart for monthly adjustments and treatment . I never thought I would be one to go to a Chiropractor monthly, but I can honestly tell you that when I leave there I am pain free and feel at my best. the hours are very conducive to the working professional, the staff is very helpful, punctual, and friendly. When I sought treatment from Dr. Dwight Stewart, I was in pain 24/7, had very poor range of motion in my neck, sharp pain when I tried to turn my head or use my arms, and numbness and tingling in my hands. This condition resulted from several severe neck injuries and resulting degenerative changes. Increasingly miserable and frustrated, I had tried everything; traditional chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, and deep massage. Their unique treatment regime - that includes the latest technology in chiropractic, hands-on physical therapist, and other healing modalities began to render relief and improved function by the end of the first week of treatment. Ten weeks in....I am amazed at my improvement and thrilled to be able to resume my active life. At 52 yrs old I had never been to a chiropractor in my life. For over a year I had been suffering from intermittent debilitating hip, thigh, and knee pain. Then three weeks ago the pain came, and would not go away. It was recommended that I see a chiropractor by a friend who had experienced similar pain, and the people at Pain Care Associates were highly recommended so I decided to give it a go. Dr. David Vang saw to it that I had X-Rays, and an MRI, because he wanted to see exactly what he was going with my condition. This in itself told me these people were on top of their game to taking the best care, and precautions, in dealing with a patients situation. Come to find out I had some pretty serious bulging lower lumbar discs. I thought I was going to have to have surgery, but the good doctor said he could more than likely be of some help. Well the day I walked in with my MRI results, I was totally dependent on a cane, and could barely make into the office. I was feeling pretty pathetic, and I really expected to be referred to a neurosurgeon. To make an already Long Story a little longer, I walked out of there CARRYING MY CANE!! I was relieved of my excruciating pain in ONE SESSION! Now I am sure my case is not typical, but nonetheless, I am Grateful to God for these people at Pain Care Associates! Physical Therapist Gena Woodward is also a Highly Gifted individual as well as Dr. Vang! This woman is pure magical in working the once locked up muscles and joints into fluidity! The electric stimulus on my once troubled lower back it just another added bonus! It's been nothing short of a miracle for me coming to Pain Care Associates! It is hard to put into words how amazing the staff & treatment plans at this facility are!! But I'll try. I was involved in a really bad car accident several months ago. I was treated at Markham Injury Center for months, which was a huge mistake!! They did NOTHING but ran up my bill thousands of dollars. However, in my first WEEK of therapy at Pain Care Associates I received more hands-on therapy, then all the months COMBINED at Markham Injury Center. Dr. Vang is HEAVEN SENT!! Beyond having the best bedside manor I have EVER experienced, his hands are made of magic!! I am soooooo happy I found this place!! If you thinking of scheduling an appointment, DO IT!!

Dr Stewart has been caring for me and my husband for 6 years. His office staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly; his expert chiropractic skills have helped us both heal our bodies from accidents, injuries, and simple daily mis-use. He offers manual manipulation to encourage the body to return to a state of normalcy and proper function, he has a higher tech adjustment device that appeals to his clients that are less inclined to seek classic chiropractic adjustment. The practice employs other therapy modalities as well- muscle stimulation, traction, and has X ray services in house. Gina, the Physical Therapist in this practice is a dream. 3 years ago after the birth of our daughter our first trip out of our home was to his office to ensure that her tiny body was acclimating well and there were no issues that may have arisen from delivery. His adjustment of her 6 day old self was a dream to watch. I was able to catch her very first smile on camera as he tenderly assessed the musculature of her neck and back. When I went in my hips were out of alignment from favoring one side after I hurt my low back. Very professional. Not always trying to pressure you into coming all the time. Every 5-6 months I have back pain that I just can't work around (usually while golfing) & I call in for an appointment. Dr. Vang usually has me back on the course in one treatment. Two if I had been real bad off. Very satisfied.
