Fast service. Dr. Smith is amazing. He got me moving again, got my back into alignment again. Love the heat and TENS therapy. Appointments are easy to get, and if you arrive early or late the staff pretty much can get you in any time. Office is clean and well kept.

We’ve been going for almost 3 months and it has been a great experience. They allow us to bring our 9 month old daughter since it’s not easy getting a babysitter to do these appts. They are extremely flexible with our schedule and work with us if we need to cancel last minute or even push the appt by an hour. Super clean facility , every machine and chair is wiped down after it is used. The staff is always friendly and it is a great place to go when your spending 2-3 days there out of the week for treatment.

Staff at the Buffalo location are exceptionally kind and accommodating. You won't encounter gum chewing receptionists with an attitude. All smiles and courtesy. The place is immaculately clean and the doctors are professionals. I'd never go anywhere else but to the clinic on Buffalo.

Very organized, prompt and very friendly and easy to work with staff. Only suggestions are the following: 1 - Create a list for exercise routine to handout to patients to help them remember and also able to repeat exercises at home. 2 - Need an additional massage Therapist

I Love the Neck and back clinic they get you back to normal after a car accident you don't think you really need a Chriopractor after a small fender bender or total loss until the next couple of days after you really feel it and the headaches oh my. The staff is awesome also they take great pride in what the do and the best thing is they work with your schedule and that's what helped me the most. Over the past 8 years I have had several MRIs, with the last one being June of 2018. This was the most Traumatic MRI I have had causing me to have anxiety as well as develop a fear of being in confined spaces. I was sent to this location for another MRI. I was extremely NERVEOUS about going, when I arrived I discussed my concerns with the tech. Andrea went up and beyond to ensure I was comfortable as well as communicated to me every step of the way. The treatment and care that I received, is what care, concern and compassion should look and feel like. Thank you Andrea!

I was in a car accident and experienced immediate pain in my neck and throughout my back. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Olmstead the same day as my accident, and was treated with compassion and kindness which helped my physical and emotional state at the time. I received weekly treatment until my injuries healed. The staff was friendly, the doctors were knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend the Neck and Back Clinics to my friends and family.
