First time ever going to a chiropractor. I love the results and I love the doc! The wait is brief the staff are extremely friendly and Dr. Bromley is awesome! He's super gentle and really informs you of what the plan will be for treatment. Also he doesn't mind answering questions. I've had severe back and neck pain for years and so far I have had only two treatments and I feel like a new person! I absolutely intend on continuing to go to eagle Creek Chiropractor for treatments and I would highly recommend it to anyone with neck and back pain.

Great Doc, beautiful office and fantastic staff. I recommend for sure. The office interior has undergone a makeover 7-2019 and looks wonderful. New colors and flooring are a great update. New signage and return to Eagle Creek Chiropractic name is a refreshing change as well. Keep up the good work and great service!

Dr. Lucas Bromley and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. I've been going there for adjustments after several deployments with the United States Army, and it has really made a difference in the most positive way. His office also offers muscle treatment as well, and having that done right after my adjustments, has made a huge difference as well. I love coming to this office, the entire staff is amazing and very professional. The entire office is always clean, with a friendly environment. I have been coming here for over two years and never had an issue or problem. Even when I don’t come or come late I am still able to get in and be seen by the doctor. Megan the receptionist knows everyone’s name, calls and checks on you if you miss an appointment. My adjustments for my back are great I always leave better than when I came in. When I didn’t have childcare for my kids it was never an issue for me to bring my kids with me. They were always nice to my kids they didn’t mind them being kids who talked, looked around, or asked questions.

Dr Bromley has been great with explaining what my bones and muscles are doing and devising a plan that works with my lifestyle, job, etc. Staff there is always friendly and I enjoy chatting with the physical therapists and other patients while I do my exercises. I absolutely love it here! Everyone here is so amazing, I went three days a week for 15 weeks and I felt comfortable from day one and at home. I didn’t have to wait for long time in a waiting room. The Dr always asked me how was my weekend or how has my day been. I never felt rushed. Megan is always smiling and she welcomes you as soon as you walk in by name. When I first went in I had pain in my arm and shoulder that I would rate as a 10, after being adjusted and physical therapy I feel like a new person! The whole staff is accommodating, understanding, and through. Megan the receptionist has a great personality and will make you laugh even when you feel terrible. Dr. Bromley took his time with me, was thorough, and was able to guide me on my next steps for my back problems. He is calm and has given me great advise. Doctor Lucas of Eagle Creek Chiropractic and his staff are in a League of Their Own! I've lived in Indianapolis for just over a year after about eight months or so I was looking for a chiropractor so I looked in the yellow pages, on the world wide web & read reviews of area chiropractors and I was still not satisfied in what I was finding. One afternoon I was in the area of 38th St & N High School Rd and I saw this unique looking building structure so I went to investigate and it turned out to be a chiropractor's office I liked the structure so much I went in and talked to them and that's where it all started I've been going Dr. Bromley on a simi regular basis ever since. Doc and his staff are always in tune with my needs and same goes for the rest of his physical therapist's. I highly recommend Dr. Bromley for all your physical therapy and Chiropractic needs.

On my first visit I was able to spend time talking with the doctor and the physical therapist about my health concerns. They listened, took X-rays, examined me, and then explained their plan of action to get me feeling better. I can't imagine anyone loves switching Doctors. Between filling out all of your medical information and trying to communicate what hurts and how, to feeling judged for being new and not feeling welcomed, it can be a daunting task. That being said I've NEVER had a smoother transition to a new Doctor at a new office in my life! Met with a profound sense of professionalism and a warm "family first" atmosphere, I instantly knew that the entire staff found true joy in helping patients. My first experience with Dr. Bromleys office was a very comfortable one. I was nervous at first because I had just given birth to my son a month prior to my treatment and I was still in a lot of pain, that was sensitive to touch.
