Dr.Sharp was amazing. Her in-depth educational insight that was provided during my consultation was beyond expectation. Her attention to my concerns and needs were exceptional. I've had prior adjustments an x-rays completed but this was like no other. Dr.Sharp showed me "my acutual x-rays" I've never saw them before ever each doctor only told me what they saw but not Dr. Sharp. She used a side by side comparison of the X-rays to provide a clear picture of my issues. My adjustment provided immediate relief. I will return for the over all improvement of my wellness and care as my body needs to work at its optimal level. I quickly scheduled a consultation with Dr. Sharp for the next week. The initial session was great and I learned so much about body movement, mobility and function. That was three months ago and now I'm a regular because it has helped me that much. Sitting at a desk all day can take a toll on my body, so Dr. Sharp has educated me on stretches and tips to avoid long-term damage. Alpha health is an exceptional place to go to for chiropractic issues. They are conveniently located close to downtown off of fall creek, which in my opinion I can see them being there for years to come with the growing area. Their customer service is excellent from the front desk to the back office. Alpha started me within two days of contacting them and getting my x-rays which was a relief seeing everyone is booked up. The rates are also affordable for those who might be in a financial bind. Have you ever learned to simply live with pain? Well that is where I was until I met Dr. Sarita Sharp. I began seeing Dr. Sharp in August of 2021. It’s only October and I am not 100% pain free, but I can say I feel like a new woman!!!! From my very first visit and still Dr. Sharp and her staff are so welcoming, it honestly doesn’t feel like I’m “going to the doctor”. I look forward to my visits and seeing all the smiling faces. My reason for seeking help is I had a constant burning pain in my shoulder, and a debilitating pain in my lower back. I was at the point that I shied away from many activities because I was always in pain, and again I was just living with it. Today, I can reclaim the enjoyment of walking, cooking and or standing for a long period of time, and bending without any or very minimal pain. Which brings me to the happy phrased coined by Dr. Sharp “tuck it” when I feel the pain and tightness creeping in I tuck it, and the pain ceases. I tilt my pelvis upwards using my lower ab muscles it's like a standing crunch?!….. I never ever thought to do this but it’s a real thing and it’s effective!!! I do it now unconsciously. I tell everyone about my Chiropractor, Dr. Sarita Sharp. She’s young, fresh, positive and above all… she knows what she’s doing!!!! So please stop living with pain and make an appointment at Alpha Health & Wellness !! “Remember....Pain is not normal”

Really enjoyed my recent visit. Dr Sharp was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've had issues here recently with my shoulder bothering me to the point I wasn't able to lift heavy anymore in my workouts. She did a thorough assessment before the adjustment asking many questions to diagnose the problem. Once we were done I definitely felt loose but wanted to see the results of the visit. I went home got on my bench press and to my surprise was able to knock out 3 sets very easily with no pain or struggle. Walking into this with some tightness in my lower back and have never been to a chiropractor before, I was a little nervous. The edge was easily lifted as the process was explained and demonstrated. Upon completion of the session, I drank water as instructed along with some different yoga stretches. Upon drinking a few bottles of water, I noticed an urge to go to the restroom multiple times to remove the toxins. I was not nervous because with great detail, I was already told this may happen. Even though it has only been about 18 hours since my session, I slept comfortably thru the night in which I havent done in awhile. I would highly recommend Alpha Health.
