The massage therapists are extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what therapy will work best for your individual needs. The doctors are warm and welcoming. They take the time to discuss any issues and are happy to make suggestions about how to alleviate aches and pains. Highly recommend this place!

I went to “ We Got Your Back” in a great deal of discomfort. Besides my chronic conditions- I had just assisted in an apartment move-in the previous day. I had a wonderful massage done by Ms. Linda. She made my back feel so relaxed and knot free. Then I saw Dr Sparf who was very knowledgeable and friendly. After his adjustment- I walked out of there feeling like a different person. I have been going to We Got Your Back since 2015. This is the best Chiropractic office in Houston! Dr. Tyler is passionate about chiropractic healing and is spot on with my adjustment needs. He listens to the problem and always offers additional exercises to help correct recurring issues. He even helped me when I had plantar fascitis and a resulting bone spur in my heel. Dr. Tyler with WE’VE GOT YOUR BACK fixed me up great! I was having a lot of pain in my lower back and he showed me how off kilter my hips were. (My massage therapist had mentioned this to me as well.) I appreciated the no wait time and Dr. Tyler’s explanations of what he was doing. Dr Jason Spahr was fantastic! Then, Sandra, the masseuse was amazing! It was a great experience overall! The only problem I had was that although my appointment was set week ahead, and they contacted me the day before to confirm that I would be there, When I arrived and checked in, they asked for my email and then sent me their extensive paperwork to complete. It was very hard for me to complete on my phone and I would have preferred to have completed it at my computer from home. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Thank you.

This was an excellent excellent establishment until I received poor services from the front desk staff within the past few months. They do not acknowledge the patients upon entry. I had a scheduling issue on yesterday and became highly upset with the way the front desk staff handled it. If they had only communicated the situation to me upon arrival things would have been better. I'm normally ok with waiting but yesterday was the last straw for their unprofessional services. The week before I was left on decompression so long I had to take myself off. Not to mention the long wait to be seen. On a better note; I've received excellent services from Dr.Spahr, Sandra and Linda. When I started coming there I could barely move and now I can get myself off the decompression table. Just think if I was still in that state...how long would I have waited to get off the table. Consider hiring a consultant to do a training with the front desk staff to keep patients happy and business running smooth.

Amazing experience came in a few weeks ago an the staff is amazing from the receptionist to the chiropractor to the massage therapist! The lady with glasses working the front amazed me she was the one holding down the place from making sure patients are being treated to making sure everyone was being seen in a timely matter. Dr Jason Spahr is great. He is gentle and relaxes your muscular structure first before adjustment. Even called me afterward for follow up. However, the response for appt was poor or nonexistent. Receptionist neither answered phone directly or reply from leaving messages. The phone recording did not progress through to recording message a couple of times I called.

Love Dr. Roth he is the greatest!! I would have gave five stars but I think one of the office staff members was pretty unprofessional but appeared young . Most of the staff are great and very kind just make sure you keep up with appointments and be on time because it's busy and parking can be difficult due to the area being a great place for shopping and food. I was in involved in an auto accident almost two weeks ago they got me in quickly and the place is nice and clean. Thank you for all you do!! I had an auto accident over the summer and chose to have therapy with We Got Your Back. BEST decision I ever made! I can not explain how amazing Dr. Tyler is. I've been going to this place regularly because of issues and to be adjusted. The other chiropractors are very good but Dr. Tyler is my man. He fixed an issue with my jaw popping constantly and recently I threw out my back, I called them and they immediately let me in and he fixed me up so quick. Honestly hes a life saver. They do X-rays, massages, acupuncture, and if your in the waiting area, you can use one of their devices like a electric massage table or a roller table. Absolutely amazing place.

I had been to another chiropractor before going to see Dr. Spahr so I had low expectations. I was experiencing severe lower and upper back and neck pains. Dr. Spahr, took x-rays and did an adjustment...I felt immediate relief. It is now my 3rd visit and I am feeling much better. My quality of life has been changed as a result. I have not had to take any ibuprofen and I am able to do my long jogs and lift weights with the normal aches. I don''t want to jinx it and say I am cured but I do feel exceptional. As a Dr. he appears to be personable, knowledgable and effective in making adjustments. 4 stars due to wait times - that is an area that needs to be improved on. Definitely go see him you will feel better.

While the front office seems a bit disjointed at times, I find the care given by the doctors on staff more than makes up for that. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jason Spahn for a little over a year now. My regular adjustments, coupled by massages from the awesome therapists there, have really helped with an issue I’ve been having with neuropathy in my hands. One of the things I really like about this particular practice is that there is no pressure at all to get x-rays...a common practice at most chiropractic offices. Since Dr. Spahn arrived, I’ve also noticed that the facility was been getting small upgrades which help it maintain the same standards as the care offered. Their hours are user friendly to working folks, and the desk will work with you if you have a chiropractic emergency!

I was gifted a massage from a friend off of Groupon. I made a same day appointment with a request for Barbara the Massage Therapist, as she was a referral. I was able to book an appointment same day within hours. When I showed up I was checked in immediately and the atmosphere was completely relaxing. The lady at the front was very friendly. My massage was amazing! I went In with several issues with my back and the Hot Stone massage really helped me relax and allowed her to do deep tissue work that was not painful at all! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for pain management.

This establishment is very professional and in a popular, high-end area. I'll be honest, at first I was afraid of going to see a Chiropractor (despite my horrendous back pain that resulted in a visit to the ER), but the staff was quick to help me out. Originally, my sister recommended that I see the same doctor she sees, but availability was tight and I ended up with a different Chiro. Needless to say, I now believe that everything happens for a reason because I genuinely do not think that I could have been paired with a better Chiro. Dr. Spahr is really sweet and REALLY tolerant. At first I thought he was going to dismiss me as a patient because I screamed at a lot and at one point, kicked him in the face, but he ended up pushing through all of those tribulations. I really feel like he understands me and wants to help me out. It's been a few months and I'm no longer in as much pain as I used to be. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you want kind and sensible doctors who are with you through every step. :)

I love doctor Tyler and massage therapist ms Linda they are great and it's always clean but the young lady's at the front desk don't acknowledge me at all maybe it's because of my age or race but I'm still a customer and I should be treated with the same respect as everyone else Example this has happened to me the last 4 visits I go in to check in for my appointment no one says anything to me I'm just standing there then if someone walks behind me and get in line behind me they help them as soon as the walk up and still don't say anything to me until I walk off The only reason why I still go is because doctor Tyler is a good doctor and ms Linda is a great massage therapist. They need to weed out the ladies that are making them look Bad this is a 5 star business and I would hate for this to be the only reason for bad reviews when you get great service from the people that actually are doing the work.

He is very professional and personable which made the process more pleasant considering the circumstances. The facility is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. 10 stars. I have had a lower back and nerve problem for 25 years. I have seen 15 back doctor's and none have given me the relief in just three visits. They are rated number 1 in 2020 and I am positive they will be number 1 again this year. If you have been at war with your back and can not find a excellent physical therapist then raise and shine and drink some wine because its party time guys & girls. This place has the nuke that will turn the tide on that life sucking back pain. Praise be to God for these guys.

I came to the chiro looking for a solution for my herniated disk. I had a bad horse fall that hurt my back and after multiple visits to an orthopedic surgeon, my only solution was going to be therapy. Dr. Sphar decided to take action and help me as much as he could. In about a month and a half of appointments 3 times a week, my back is better than it’s ever been and I’m able to ride horses again! I was in a small accident Sunday and by Friday the stiffness and soreness was at an all time MAX! I called and the front desk was able to squeeze me in during my lunch break. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place! The front desk greeted me had me do my paperwork and got me right back to a room. When Dr. Sphare came in he did my x rays and went over them with me. Explained everything so I knew exactly what was going on. We went over a treatment plan and got to work. When I left even after one visit I was no longer doing the zombie walk! Definitely will be back and telling everyone I know to go.

They made me an appointment for the same day. I came in barely able to stand up and within an hour, I had a consultation done, X-rays, electro therapy, a roller back massage, some other kind of massage and a realignment. I seriously felt a million times better. I never would have thought that was possible without medication of any kind. I had a huge work event the next day and this place was a huge life saver. I injured my back a few months back, and kept hoping that it would get better over time. I did yoga, stretches, i even purchased a decompression machine and nothing worked! I have a pretty high pain tolerance and I figured hey i can tough this out. I also do not have great insurance and I am a more holistic person any way so i did not want to go to a neurologist. One day i woke up and was in immense pain. I could not walk or even use the restroom without extreme pain. I saw a groupon for "we got your back" that included an x-ray, and a massage so i figured i would give it a try, I was able to book an appointment for the next day thankfully, and i am so glad that i did! Dr. Bryan Yuncker is awesome. I was first examined and had to take an x-ray that we discussed together. Then I had to lay down with the tense back unit which was nice, then I received the alignment from Dr. Yuncker he also did some reflex stretches, and the last step was the massage which was amazing! Everything was coordinated perfectly and i am now up to about 95% mobility a far cry from being in pain daily and taking 800mg Ibuprofen 3xs a day! When you have back pain you can literally feel like a prisoner in your own body because it is so debilitating. Thank you so much to the fabulous staff, the masseur and Dr. Yuncker, I am very pleased and will recommend to anyone experiencing back pain.

The group on was totally worth what I got for the price. Hour long deep tissue massage. Electrode therapy. Movement tests and Xrays. One complaint I do have which is actually a pretty big one. When I was done with everything the Dr never came out and told me what I should do for my treatment in the future. Exercises, stretches, medications, return visits, nothing. I even tried to get the girl at the front desk to get him and she said he was with another patient and wouldnt be out for a while. Even the massage therapist was surprised that he didnt come in to discuss with the massage therapist on where to focus. I don't know if it was because I was just a Groupon person or what. But out of a 5 id give it a 3.5 only because now i have no idea what I am supposed to do. Other than that the experience was totally worth the money. EDIT: 2 Hours after I left, the Dr. left me a voicemail and text messages profoundly apologizing for not meeting with me at the end of the treatment. I was not aware that they were short handed on that day and they only had one Dr. They offered me another round of treatment for the mistake, which I will take them up on at some point. I will probably need a number of treatments until the compression in my back is relieved but even after one treatment I can feel some relief. They really do kind of roll out the red carpet for you there.

I have suffered from migraines for over ten (10) years and have been to dozens of all types of doctors including general practitioners, neurologists, endocrinologist, chiropractors, and purported "migraine specialists." When all of my testing with those doctors came back as normal time and time again, instead of trying to determine the true underlying cause of my migraines, I was told by doctor after doctor- we may never know the cause of my migraines. Dr. Tyler took the time to explain to me what the curvatures in my spine had done to my body over the years including eventually causing my migraines. He discussed a treatment plan. I have been going in for treatment for 6 weeks now and I have had not even a single slight headache since my first visit! In 10 years I had not gone 2 days without a headache and now NO HEADACHES and the rest of my feels like a new person as well!! Thank you DR. I was hesitant when I first arrived, as the office feels very outdated, dark, and the smell of smoke you smell when you first arrive. However, I was glad I stayed because the chiropractor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explain things. I went in for low back pain, they massaged me, used muscle electrodes, and showed me how to lay without pain. My adjustment was easy and quick (and this comes from a chiro scaredy-cat) and then he even printed off exercises for me to do at home. There was no pressure about coming back or trying to get me into a treatment plan. I will be going back to visit him again.
