I’ve been visiting Elite Spine for a long time. Great, friendly staff. Effective treatment. Very nice office. Like visiting friends. This last visit. a week or so ago was especially significant. The last couple of years I’ve received treatment for persistent lower back pain. Persistent knot. When i leave i feel better but a little discomfort remains. This time i left pain free. And have remained so for about a week. It’s a really big deal. I spend hours in an office chair and i lift heavy weights at the gym. Cool stuff! Go see them.

Was my first time to visit a chiropractor. Staff was very kind, facility was clean & modern. The only thing I was disappointed in was that my chiropractor was scheduled so full he has no time to really spend with me to go over my x-rays & treatment. After doing the x-rays & stem treatment I actually spent about 10-15min. total with my chiropractor, 5-7min of actual adjustments. Have to wait until next appointment to see what my treatment plan is. Just felt like a number & very, very rushed.

Dr.Billy is amazing! My children and I have been going to his practice for almost 4 months and have not once had a bad experience he is extremely gentle and makes you feel comfortable to the point that my 2 year old loves going to his office. I was late to my first appointment and they didn’t cancel it but instead moved me back a time slot even though it was a busy day, which I really appreciate I came in because i started getting neck pains after vacation recently and the issue was addressed in the first session. Until my next visit the team at Elite Spine will create a plan of preventative care exercises. For my first visit there was analysis, adjustment, and 10 mins of EMS w/ rolling massage table. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back next week!

Dr. Cheong is an amazing doctor. He is a wizard of dry needling. He is kind and cares a lot for his patients. Don is a fantastic rehab tech who did wonders for my lower back. I made an appointment with Elite Spine i didnt expect much but long story short right after i got my neck adjusted i felt like dancing and having a good time the pain was gone. Right after that i got to lay on this machine. It felt like i was floating in a pool. All around it was a great environment and the job was done. No neck pain.

Friendly staff that greeted me immediately when I arrived. They applied 50% new patient discount to my bill which made the experience even better. The chiropractor is very punctual about keeping appointments, which I liked. He listened carefully to my concerns and did a thorough exam before making a diagnosis. The only drawback is that Elite Spine is not covered under my school district's HMO plan. The rest of the treatment plan will be out of pocket which I cannot afford.

Dr. Cheong and his staff are very well-knowledgeable and have a comprehensive approach to their practice. They have tremendously helped me overcome neck, shoulder and back pain from standing long hours on my feet and from chasing around toddlers. They offer more than adjustments and even provide soft tissue therapy which is a huge plus! It feels like I’m getting a nice massage and all mamas need that. Not only am I actually experiencing relief from chronic pain but their service is above and beyond. They’re prompt with my appointment times and rarely do I wait to get treated. Plus, they’re incredibly flexible when I bring my 2 year old with me to the appointment. I can’t always find a babysitter so I’ve brought my toddler along with me and they’re super friendly with her. I continue to go weekly for maintenance and it’s made all the difference in keeping my pain and discomfort under control.

This place is awesome! I had a chronic injury for over a year and had tried different physical therapists, oral steroids and cortisone shots. Nothing helped until Ariel came along. Best physical therapist ever! Highly, highly recommended. If you do as instructed and follow the treatment protocol, you will be healed! One name.......Billy!! Let's just say that the name not only speaks for the level of care and professionalism you will receive at Billy's office! I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear-ended in January. I was referred to another office that never returned my phone calls. I googled "chiropractor near me" and Elite Spine and Health Center was the first on the list. After reading the reviews, I decided to call to see if I could receive treatment that day. I received a same-day appointment - within 30 mins of my call, and I was sooooo glad that the other office never returned my call because I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet such a nice and kind spirited person. Going to Dr.Cheong, they truly listened to my issue, explained the situation and addressed my issue from various angles. Not only did they do the proper spinal work, but also worked on the other issues surrounding the injury to reduce the pain. Still healing from Microdiscectomy surgery, I pinched a nerve in my neck after sleeping nights in a chair while my father was in the Hospital ICU. The pain (neck, back, shoulder, and arm)was worst than what I encountered with the sciatica I experienced in my lower back and down my leg before surgery; no prescription, over the counter meds or rubs would reduce the excruciating pain. For 3 weeks I couldn't sleep more than 2 to 3 hours per night once my prescription muscle relaxer wore off after I have taken at bedtime. My physician did not and couldn't recommend anything other than my prescriptions that wasn't alleviating or ridding the pain. My SOLUTION is the Elite Spine & Health Center. I felt relief after my first session and pain continued to diminish after every visit. After a week at Disneyland with the kids, my body was sore; I couldn't sleep at night due to backpain, the luggage tweaked my elbow and my knee just gave up due to all the walking.
