Staff greets client upon entry in a pleasant manner. Treatment is usually within 10 minutes of scheduled time. Doctor is knowledgeable and decisive when treating client and is encouraging around progress. When I notice my alignment off I leave office feeling noticeably better with improved gait and balance.

Doctor Hart is an awesome chiropractor. He is very thorough treating my health issues. He makes decisions regarding the best treatment method for my lower back, neck, and other areas of my body. Whenever, I leave the office my body is relieved from so much pain not just for that day, but for few days. “I really feel great!!!” My grandson play lot of sports. He injured his right thigh. He starts complaining pain in his leg for a while. I told his mom about doctor Hart. My grandson back into his sport without any pain and he is continuing his visits for other reason. The staff are very professional and always on point. Their approach are always lively and respectful. They are willing to make sure you are comfortable. Phenomenal experience..... Had my 1st appt today and having gone to quite a few chiropractic practices during the course of my life, I would have to say West Hartford Chiropractic was THE MOST exceptional experience. The office staff were so very polite introducing themselves immediately as I checked in. Jose and Jahira were so attentive and amiable, not to mention professional. Then I met with Dr. Brendan Allen. What an exceptional experience that was. They have a very thorough protocol and Dr. Allen made absolutely certain to dot his i's and cross his t's by going through each and every aspect of the appointment. If additional questions were needed to provide a more robust assessment of what the finding were, he took the time to ask. This was by no means a 'rushed' appointment. It was meticulous and Dr. Allen was the capable orchestrator of the entire appointment. In all my years I have never seen a more rigorous series of examinations all for the goal of wellness and to ascertain what the issues are, where they are rooted and to develop a plan to address each and every one of the issues. I came back later in the day for some therapy and it felt quite good afterward the 1st treatment. The folks in the treatment room were also on their game and so capable. They explained everything thoroughly and remained in the room during the treatment in the event they were needed. Based on the initial appointment, the interaction, the thoroughness and the evidence-based approach to the treatment plan, I would rate this practice overall 5/5 and Dr. Allen 5/5 as well (if I could rate him higher, I certainly would). I'm ever grateful I discovered them. I finally have hope that my issues will be addressed succinctly. I will be back consistently and expect to have a more positive perspective on the outcomes I have long been hoping for.

The front desk staff was helpful in explaining/answering any questions I had and the procedure process, since I’ve never been to a chiropractor before. I have been a chiropractic patient since I was 12 and injured my back during a ballet performance. Since then I have been to chiropractors all over the country. NONE of the other chiropractors I have seen compare to any of the doctors at West Hartford Chiropractic! As a professional modern dancer, I put a lot of strain on my body and was very prone to back injury. At first I would only get adjusted when I was injured, but Dr. Laub, Dr. Hart, and Dr. Loy taught me the importance of keeping my body in a state of optimal functioning. Not only did my routine adjustments keep my pain at bay, but my dance technique greatly improved. I also have seen improvements in every aspect of my health; specifically my immune system and my mental health. My immune system has been jump started and I have not been sick one time in the last 10 months (and I work around a lot of sick people). I've also noticed a significant decrease in my general anxiety levels. As a relatively healthy human, these changes have been huge! Lastly, West Hartford Chiropractic is a warm environment in which all of the staff are dedicated to healing and the maintenance of health. I had never been to a chiropractor before visiting West Hartford Chiropractic, mostly out of fear. I never even thought I’d even need to see a chiropractor until I was pregnant and had a breech baby. At my first appointment, all my fears of chiropractic care were laid to rest by Dr. Laub and his team. The front desk team is SO kind and they all remember your name after your first visit. There aren’t many doctors offices that do that and it’s something so little that means so much. Dr. Laub made me feel comfortable immediately. He is extremely thorough in everything he does which makes you feel so good about being in his care. I saw Dr. Laub through the last trimester of my pregnancy and received weekly adjustments including the Webster technique. I also went to the therapy room after every visit and was always warmly greeted by the employees. At 38 weeks my baby was finally head down!!!! I was thrilled to have a choice on how I birth my baby and I thank Dr. Laub so much for helping me have that opportunity.

For 2 months I wasn't able to stand up straight or walk by the time 10:00 am rolled around. The pain in my lower right side was excruciating. I went to my MD for help. I was given a cortisone injection and muscle relaxers which didn't relieve my symptoms at all. My next "step" (no pun intended), was to seek Chiropractic help. Dr. Moshe Laub, DC. Is the best. If you need a chiropractor that will absolutely diagnose you he's the man. They are far more advanced at this practice. I've been to other chiropractors but he is the only one who diagnosed me with TL syndrome. On our way to complete and total healing! The staff is very good and professional. After suffering from debilitating headaches for several months and seeing multiple doctors whom prescribed many different medications with bad side effects, (that offered no relief from the pain and didn't stop the headaches), I finally found relief after seeing Dr. Laub. I can't recommend Dr. Loy and this practice enough. I was very active and physically fit but a weightlifting incident left me unable to stand for more than 5 minutes without experiencing severe lower back pain. I avoided physical activity for a month hoping it would help me recover but it didn't. I tried massages and stretching but that didn't work either. I reached out to West Hartford Chiropractic, connected with Dr. Loy and have worked with him for a couple of months now. The combination of chiropractic adjustments and tailored physical therapy exercises has put me on a path to surpass my abilities prior to my injury (I did a 15 mile trail run with a full pack yesterday!). I contribute my recovery to Dr. Loy's knowledge of the body and his ability to develop a custom solution that specifically tackled the muscle imbalances unique to my body. If you are reading this review, you are likely considering seeing a chiropractor. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Loy, you wont regret it. A quick shout out to all the other staff I engaged with, everyone was extremely friendly and professional.

Dr. Laub is a lifesaver! I had severe sciatica during my pregnancy that left me unable to walk & falling at times. It was scary to go to a chiropractor while pregnant - but my OB recommended him so I took a chance. I had been hearing about Dr. Laub and West Hartford Chiropractic from my patients for many years and had been meaning to make an appointment ever since. Ever the procrastinator, when my wife met Dr. Laub and started going to him for treatment with my 4 children, I couldn't procrastinate any longer (mainly because she made my first appointment). Of course, after my first treatment, I was kicking myself for waiting so long to start working with Dr. Laub! The rave reviews I had heard from my patients and family were all spot on. From my very first experience, I could tell that I was in the hands of an extremely capable, experienced, and knowledgable physician. But more importantly, Dr. Laub's compassion and caring shine through in a way that ranks at the height of all the healthcare professionals with whom I've ever worked or by whom I've ever been treated And although it's always busy in the office, I have never felt rushed and Dr. Laub always listens fully to my concerns. Also, we bring our 4 children - 6 year old twins, a 3 year old, and a 2 month old regularly and the kids all love going! We started seeing improvements in their digestion, sleep, and even concentration and behavior almost immediately. Dr. Laub is amazing with the kids and you can really tell that he legitimately enjoys working with them - even when they're restless and rambunctious (and they're always so much calmer after their treatments). The staff is great, the location is super convenient, and Dr. Laub is a rockstar - I couldn't be happier my wife finally dragged me in there ;)

Not only did he reduce my neck stiffness by what feels like 90% in two treatments he also learned through conversation that I was experiencing sciatica. Let me just start by saying how wonderful all the staff at West Hartford Chiropractic are! Always greated with a hello and a smile! Dr. Laub is a miracle worker! I suffer from cluster migraines, arthritis and sometimes debilitating panic attacks. For months I had suffered trying different medications for relief which often made me more anxious and groggy and well a little depressed. I need to take a few minutes to explain how amazing the care is at West Hartford Chiropractic and how Dr. Laub and his staff have personally helped me. I am a 29 year old APRN and heard about Dr. Laub from my father, who has been going to him for some time now with very positive results. I was about 16 weeks pregnant and started having severe lower back pain primarily on my left side. My father told me how Dr. Laub specializes in pregnancy and family chiropractic. I called the office and scheduled my first visit immediately. After about 2 adjustments my lower back pain disappeared (and NEVER returned). Dr. Laub informed me of how crucial it was to continue seeing him throughout the duration of my pregnancy. He told me how it would help me down the road during delivery as well as creating the best environment for me and my baby during the remainder of my pregnancy. I listened to him and continued going to see him on a regular basis. I then began hearing whispers in the office of how Dr. Laub's patient's tend to have short labors - I of course asked him about this and he explained that by seeing him regularly everything is aligned in the right way (pelvis, baby's position, etc.). I have to say that initially I was skeptical that all of this could assist in improving and expediting and easing the labor process. Well, was I pleasantly surprised!!! Towards the end of my pregnancy I was found to have extra amniotic fluid. I am also 4' 10" and of a petite build. My OBGYN wanted to induce about a week early as extra amniotic fluid can pose a risk to the baby and she was also concerned over the size of the baby compared to my size - Dr. Laub and I discussed and decided that I would keep the induction date but hopefully by using some of his techniques I would be able to go into labor without need for induction (pitocin). He began working really hard to help me get to this goal. My induction date came and I went to the hospital fully prepared to have pitocin the following morning. I NEVER NEEDED IT!! After my first examination in the hospital I began with regular contractions and my water broke on it's own!!! Now for the BEST PART - I had a 4.5 hour labor and I only pushed for 17 minutes!!! I really have no doubt that Dr. Laub's hard work really paid off! Due to the efforts of Dr. Laub and the staff at West Hartford Chiropractic I had the BEST pregnancy I could have hoped for. My labor was fast, efficient and as easy as labor could get. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Laub during their pregnancy - and the earlier on, the better!

My initial visit to West Hartford Chiropractic was a year ago. I was very hesitant to go to a chiropractor. I truly did not understand the scope of their work. However, I was in considerable pain- everywhere; my shoulder, knee, foot, neck. I had already been through massage therapy, physical therapy, and the Orthopedist. Nothing was helping. The doctors and therapists at WH Chiropractic took excellent care of me. Dr. Laub and Dr. G. did not just treat the issues but also the underlying causes. They explained the course of treatment and kept me informed at each interval. Today, I have none of those issues and have even been able to return to the gym. My quality of life has improved greatly. Throughout the year, they didn’t just treat my presenting concerns, but also any other health issues I had. During the winter when I had a cold, sinus headache, etc. they treated those issues as well. The duration of those episodes decreased significantly and relief was quick. I was seen as a person, not just a patient with symptoms. As good as the doctors are, the therapists are awesome. Each one knows each patient by name and exactly what is needed in the treatment room. I had a SLAP's tear in my right shoulder that I had to have surgically repaired . When I completed the allotted therapy sessions insurance would cover I had about half the range of motion I had before the surgery. I started working w/Dr Loy shortly after and he laid out a game plan and goals to get me back up and running. His first focus was to get the range of motion back and once we got that back his focus was to strengthen and stabilize the shoulder to get back to the active life I had before the surgery. Over several months of soft tissue therapy, stretching routines, and strengthen exercises I was able to regain the range of motion I had prior to surgery. If it weren't for Dr. Loy and his game plan and direction, I would have been worse off after surgery than I was before surgery. I was a patient at West Hartford Chiropractic two years ago for chronic lower back pain and stopped appointments as soon as I became pregnant because I didn't think you could still be adjusted. About four months into my pregnancy, I called their office to ask a question about something and they informed me that I could! To make a long story short, I was still being adjusted up until the day before I was induced. I pushed for twenty minutes before the doctor was called in and then on the third contraction she delivered my son. I recommend Dr. Laub to anyone anyway but I strongly encourage women to consider getting adjusted when they're pregnant simply because it made the whole experience so enjoyable. Releasing the tension in the my diaphragm made it easier to breathe and didn't make me feel so cramped, especially toward the end. The last word I would use to describe being 40 weeks pregnant is "balanced" but I really felt that way. I had zero back pain the entire pregnancy, slept well, had no swelling in my feet, and was doing up to several flights of stairs a day not just the day before I had the baby...but then six flights down the day after when we walked out of the hospital. Another patient delivered a baby some months before me and had a super short delivery time and all I could do was hope I would be so lucky. Thankfully, I was. Sounds crazy but I can't wait for the next one!

I recently put my arm over the seat and turned around to back out for the first time in years. If you can relate to this, give them a call ________________________________________ I have had horrible neck and shoulder pain for over a year. I chose this practice based on reviews. I thought everything was over the top, it wasn't because they adjusted me once and pain that has plagued my neck and shoulder went away. I'm in shock, and upset I didn't do this sooner. I saw my cousin there at that one visit and she told me they helped with her headaches and she's been going for 2 years. I did physical therapy and never got these result. If you have tried everything else and are in agony, give them a call. I went to bed for the first time in months without Tylenoland a lidocaine patch. I am going back. The staff is very friendly, Amber is awesome everytime I have to go in the therapy room she is right on top of things very helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS CHIROPRACTIC!! I have been exercising on the "Wave" for two years now and am definitely in much better shape now than I was when I started in Dec. 2013. Last weekend, on a visit to Washington D. C., I discovered that I AM IN MUCH BETTER SHAPE THAN I WAS SEVEN YEARS AGO!! I was visiting a friend whose apartment is down a steep hill from CT avenue - 900 feet from the intersection. In 2007, going up the hill we had to stop twice so I could catch my breath and rest before we got to the top of the hill. This year I went straight up the hill with NO STOPS and never was out of breath!!. Later we walked over three miles up and down the Mall and again no stops for me to rest. I am 73 years old so there is no TOO LATE to start getting in shape.
