My best experience visiting a chiropractor to date! First time I've seen a chiropractor's office also offer a small organic grocery/vitamin section and it definitely made me happy lol. Andrea, Joy and Aliie are very pleasant and welcoming also, wonderful women! Allie was the one who actually gave me the adjustment and she made sure I was comfortable and informed about what was going to take place. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!

Essential Health is my go to place for not only chiropractor care but for massage therapy and the essential health store that has the most amazing grass fed meats; toiletries; condiments; spices, and actually a lot more. Dr. Allie is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable not only in chiropractic care but whole body care. I visited her for vertigo. I was so off balanced. Just a few visits later I was feeling so much better and I previously was suffering for over a year. You can go to her for a lot more than just chiropractic care. She is extremely knowledgeable in many health issues. You will be in extremely good care if you visit Dr. Allie. Andrea is the front desk person and she is very professional, sweet and helpful. Love visiting. Joy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with essential oils. Maria is the best massage therapist I have ever been too. She is extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable when it comes to the body. Well all I have left to say is Essential Health is a must visit. Love everyone. Thank you.

All the amazing individuals at Essential Health are just that, AMAZING!! From learning about vitamins and the their properties as a healthy alternative from Kat. Joy who provides a warm smile and encouraging calmness when sharing her knowledge of essential oils and products. Dr. Allie is by far the best chiropractor I have been a patient of. She has a bountiful knowledge of natural health and wellness and a genuine spirit to her approach. The warm invite of "hello" followed by a smile each time you walk in from Andrea and Dave and their product expertise, to the yoga classes on Monday and Thursday with Kristi, to the wonderful massage therapist , who specialize in all facets of recovery, and the enlightening workshops and discussions offered monthly. There is literally something for everyone! I'm beyond grateful for my friend referring us just over a year ago. My whole family is grateful. We know we have found a family in the community of wellness and betterment and we always look forward to our daily visits with our friends at Essential Health CT.

Dr. Allie and her team are the best. I had terrible sciatic pain down my right side..she fixed it through proper adjustment and I have not had any problems since. She has taught us how to eat and live better. When I'm sick, I get adjusted to feel better and get better the right way faster. This is real Healthcare for life. I’ve been going to Dr. Alley for some years now and I’m very fussy. I came across her when I used to hear her on WDRC, Saturday afternoons with her infomercials regarding your health. I decided to call her and make an appointment and I’m so happy I did. I can tell you that Dr Alley is a very educated and up on everything having to do with her practice as well as health products and a healthy diet. As you get older you need to take care of your spine and Dr Alley is helping me so as I age I can walk erect without pain here and there, thus living a better quality of life as I age. She is so thoughtful and will take as much time with you as needed. She is such a good and decent human being. She has a store with organic meats from right here in the area from local farmers and quite a large variety of health products , supplements and foods. I always buy her fresh frozen chicken and granny apple sausages…..they are to die for! Try Dr Alley..you’ll be very pleased.

I used to experience a terrible pain, had my neck tilted to try minimizing the pain and electricity that it will produce in my body. The pain would made me cry. This place is amazing! If you are looking for a chiropractor, look no further. Dr. Allie is very knowledgeable and personable. Her staff are also very friendly and accommodating. My wife has struggled with carpal tunnel for years, but after several adjustments she’s pain free. I also had numbness in my hands and back spasms, and I feel a whole lot better.

Can't say enough good things about Essential Health. Going to college in CT this year, I was looking for places nearby to get raw milk. I expected I'd have to get all my beef shipped to me. I found EH and I'm so glad I did. I live in New York City, and to source all of my food was extremely inconvenient this past summer. Go to one farmer's market for meat and honey, another one for fruits and vegetables, then across the city for raw milk (because it's illegal) etc. EH has it all it one spot. Meat, broth, animal fats, raw milk and dairy, frozen berries, filtered water... pretty much 100% of what I eat comes from EH except for vegetables. They have toxin-free dish soaps, high quality snacks and sauces, natural moisturizers, and they have body services like massage, chiropractic care, sauna and yoga. As far as "health" stores go, I think Essential Health is as well rounded and legit as you'll be able to find just about anywhere.

I went in for lower back and hip pain and I had a great appointment with Matt! He was a great listener and explained what potentially was the issue. At other Chiropractic places I often felt like I was just a number, in and out as fast as they could but that was not my experience here. Matt took his time and was in no hurry.
