I have been a patient of Dr. Spencer since 2005. Since then, I have experienced the best of health that I believe I wouldn't have if I were not under her wonderful care. Chiropractic treatment is the perfect complement to my regular medical regimen, and Dr. Spencer has an exceptional diagnostic talent as well as a genuine desire to improve the lives of all her patients. While chiropractic treatment may not be for everyone, it can almost certainly help someone who is looking for an alternative to traditional treatment or who is tired of trying other things with no success. Seeking treatment at Spencer Chiropractic was one of the best decisions I have made for my health. She and her staff are smart, professional and, best of all, caring and compassionate.

A family friend told my mom about Dr. Spencer and I have been having really bad back/hip pain. I made an appointment and I'm so glad that I did. I've only been going for two weeks, but I'm already feeling much better. Dr. Spencer really explained everything that was gong on and the treatment plan to help fix the problems. Dr. Spencer and her staff are really helpful, positive and supportive. Everyone there is really nice and makes you feel welcome and they always help in any way they can. I would and have told others if they are ever in need to go to Dr. Spencer. I went to another chiropractor a few years ago and he didn't explain any of the issues going on and I didn't really feel like he cared if the problem ever went away. I am thankful that Dr. Spencer isn't like this and she's always asking how things feel like they are going in my opinion. I have recently become a patient at Spencer Chiropractic; previously, I'd never been to the chiropractor before. When I arrived for my initial visit, the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and polite. During my first appointment, I was seen almost immediately, wait time was minimal, and I had to be at work shortly after my appointment. I informed them of that and they were quick to get my services done in a speedy, professional manner. Everyone always has a bright smile and friendly demeanor. Being my first time ever receiving chiropractic care, I was hesitant with treatment at first. However, from the very first visit until now, I have been at ease because of the overall friendliness and thoughtfulness of each employee. I went to Dr. spencer because I was experiencing sciatica pain in my left hip and thigh and couldn't stand longer than 30 minutes before my leg went numb and my lower back would hurt. I have suffered with back pain for a number of years due to scoliosis and bulging discs at L4 and L5. I've received physical therapy on at least three occasions but it never relieved my pain. My husband and I had a milestone anniversary trip coming up and I wanted to be able to walk and enjoy myself without dealing with back pain and my leg going numb so I decided to try chiropractic treatment. Dr. Spencer set me up on treatment plan of two visits a week. After a few weeks I noticed that I was able to stand without the burning sensation in my leg, but still had a little back pain. I will probably always have some back pain due to my bulging discs and curvature, but I feel so much better! I continue to go to Dr. Spencer on a monthly basis for "maintenance" but I am now able to do so much more walking, working in the yard, playing with my grandsons, shopping and daily chores without the burning and numbness down my leg. I feel so much better! Chiropractic treatment has greatly improved the quality of my life! I truly appreciate Dr. Spencer's expertise. She and her staff are professional, courteous and very friendly. It's a pleasure to walk into the office and be greeted with smiles. If you have back pain and or sciatica I highly recommend that you at least give Dr. Spencer a try. I am so glad that I finally did!

Ya’ll!!! Let me tell you. Dr Spencer is a gem. And her staff are jewels! Everyone is so kind! I ~~~suffered~~~from pain in my neck , mid back, and a ripped arm muscle from a lifetime of grueling hard work, suffering from extreme abuse in a past situation plus lifting and pulling my mother during her battle with cancer. The pain was so bad I had suicidal thoughts regularly. The intense tightness in my neck, I believe, caused severe tinnitus, which DID NOT help with those suicidal thoughts. I thought death was a better option than what I was living. It was affecting every aspect of my life. I was not involved in things, short tempered, riddled with anxiety, couldn’t sleep for pain, couldn’t even handle a conversation and detached from my children bc any outside “noise” would intensify EVERYTHING I was feeling. Parks were not enjoyable, playing was not enjoyable nothing had joy in it for me, even hearing my kids laugh bc that added to the noise and ruckus in my head from the tinnitus and when I’m in intense pain noise makes my insides weird(anxiety I guess). I was a shell of a person. After a year, I finally reached out for help through Dr. Spencer and I thank God I did! After the very first adjustment, although I was too tight to get a pop out of, the adjustment eased the intensity of pain. After three adjustments, I feel different!! Not even exaggerating! In the time since starting treatment I have taken the kids on a walk, and have gone to the park twice for about three hours each time! (It’s been a week) Y’all, that was almost non existent before. And to be at a park for over an hour before was instant excruciating pain for the next three days at least. Now, I waited all the kids at the park out and sissy played until her heart was content! Some discomfort but not going to cry sort of pain. Praise God!! I can bend without going through the five steps to get up, pushing from the floor, to my ankles, working up my legs the grabbing onto whatever was there to help finish straightening me up and then walking like Frankenstein. And this was every moment. Dr.Spencer has given me my life back and I’m not even finished with her treatment plan yet, it’s only the beginning! My pain is still noticeable, even bad at times, but NOTHING compared to before meeting Dr. Spencer. I would take 4 BC powders about four times a day. Now, I’ve only taken about 4 in a week. The tinnitus is even mellowing out. I am not finished with treatment yet but for once in a LLOOONNNNGG time, I have hope. Thank you Dr. Spencer! And staff!

At my first appointment I was extremely impressed with Dr. Spencer and her staff, they portrayed a caring, spiritual, and passionate attitude for helping people. I had been in severe pain with, my Back and Hip for a couple of years taking pain medication just to try to make it through the day. The feeling was a consistent stabbing, aching, throbbing, and burning pain. My life changed when my general doctor suggested I visit a Chiropractor, recommending Dr. Spencer. During my consultation Dr. Spencer explained that my getting well would be a gradual process, and because of my “condition” I would have to make some life style changes – assuring she could get me better over time – needless to say I was very skeptical. My impression after initially receiving Chiropractic care was that these adjustments, and physical therapy were great – at least – I thought for temporary pain relief. A friend of mine had heard about Spencer Chiropractic and that they might be able to help with my hand, as I had been suffering from Dupuytren's Contracture, something that an orthopedic doctor was not able to help with. After four weeks of adjustments and therapy, I am the happiest person alive! I have never felt so good about my back in a very long time. I had frequent headaches, frequent back pain which made me an uneasy person sometimes! I have about four weeks left to go, and so far this has been the best decision I have made. The headaches have disappeared and my back pain has significantly decreased! I also had trouble slouching a lot but now I've noticed that I sit up straight more often now and I walk with my shoulders put back. Dr. Spencer really knows what she's doing, she is able to answer any questions whenever I have them, and on top of all of that, she's very kind and always has a smile on her face! The staff is very helpful and friendly as well, making sure the patients aren't in any type of discomfort or pain. You don't feel like an outsider when you enter their office. As soon as you walk in, they know who you are which is a plus because you can tell, they really get to know you as not only a patient but as a friend as well :)

I looked her up and found several you tube videos of her explaining different issues. She seemed like someone I could trust and learn from so I made my appointment. I finally have answers and after only a couple weeks of treatment I feel like so much weight is being lifted off my shoulders. And I mean that mentally and physically. A little over a year ago, I started getting severe migraines every single day. This lasted for a couple months, and I assumed my eyesight was the cause and that I needed a new prescription. Dr. Spencer and her staff came to my workplace to tell us about their services and said they thought they might be able to help with my migraines. I set up an appointment and started treatment immediately. It turns out the migraines were being caused by a misalignment in my neck and not my eyesight after all! After my first adjustment, it took a couple days before I had a migraine again. They came less frequently with every adjustment and treatment session, and by the second week of treatment, the migraines had stopped! It has now been 11 months since I first became a patient of Dr. Spencer, and I haven't had a single migraine since that second week of treatment!!! I recommend Dr. Spencer to friends and family all the time, and I am a true believer in Chiropractic care. Before going to Dr. Spencer, my neck hurt all the time and I couldn't turn my head. Dr. Spencer told me my neck was so bad it would take a full year to get it back to normal, but I started feeling better within the first month. It has now been 10 months; and, my neck feels great. I have gone from a 7 on the pain scale to an occasional 1. I have also regained my mobility. I have no doubt I will be completely pain free by the time we reach 12 months. I LOVE ME SOME DR. SPENCER!!! I have been going to Dr. Spencer since 2012 for general adjustments. I can feel when my body is out of line as well as my neck. When I first started coming to Dr. Spencer and explaining how I felt, she stepped right up and proceeded to give the adjustments "that my body was screaming for." I would walk in stiff and hurting in different areas, my neck, back, and even headaches. I used to take BC powders every day, but now I do not have the headaches like I did. I do not take BC powders nearly as often, which is better for my all around health in not digesting so many chemicals. When I leave I can always tell a difference. If you need a Chiropractor this is the place to go. My husband is going for back pain and neck pain. The doctor not only adjust you but they also have you do different things that helps get rid of the pain. They actually spend an hour with you. This place has the nicest office staff I have ever seen. I worked for doctors but our office was no where close to being as nice as Dr Spencer's office. Oh my gosh. I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly. It's my spa day.I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I signed up with the maintenance plan and it did not take long for her to get me back in alignment. now I come here every month and I love it whenever I come here. sometimes I'm out of alignment from my habits of sitting improper but It don't take her but a second to get me fixed right back and being pain-free again. I have even tried the cold laser on my elbow and that worked really great too and it was pain-free . I saw Spencer Chiropractic on WLOX's Shop South Mississippi program and knew immediately I needed to look into what they had to offer. I was suffering from extreme insomnia and anxiety. I went to the free workshop thy hold periodically and knew immediately I had to seek the Neurotherapy treatment. I also signed up for Chiropractic care for my neck, shoulder and arm. I have been receiving treatment for both for about 2 or 3 weeks. What a difference it has made. I am whole again! I would strongly advise anyone to check out this place.
