Today was my first visit to Healing Hands. After a 2600 mile round trip to Pennsylvania, my back was killing me. Well, it isn't anymore. Things aren't 100% but they will be. These folks know what they are doing. Another visit or maybe two and I will be fine. Rome wasn't built in a day and I know they can't fix what I broke in a day. Thank-you Adam, you did good.

Adam is a stand up guy. I came in with so much pain I could barely turn my head. After leaving I had instant relief. If you have any neck, back, or joint issues you should go see him. Additionally, my insurance was out of network, so they worked with me and gave me a great rate. Even though my insurance sucks, I'm still going back!

He listens to his patients and thier needs. If a treatment is causing pain he will alter it. He truly cares about your well-being.

Adam was amazingly helpful! He was extremely professional at all times, and the woman at the front was also very pleasant. They work with what you need and are always straight forward with what will be done and a ballpark of how much it will be (from my experience). Dr. Adam is a great chiropractor! I started seeing him after my right arm started losing feeling and strength - but I also was having my usual neck and lower back issues that I tend to ignore. Dr. Adam is basically a body mechanic. He fixed my arm issue in part with neck traction on his fancy traction machine, and got my neck and lower back in much better shape. Now I’m going once a month to make sure I don’t find myself back in the painful situation that brought me there. Today Dr. Adam had me try lower back traction - I had tweaked my lower back while running - and it was eye opening. My lower back feels so much better. We moved to the area about a year and a half ago - I lived in Washington DC before this and saw three different chiropractors there. Dr. Adam has more tricks up his sleeve to help you get better than any of the fancy DC chiropractors. He also works well with my insurance - no unpleasant billing surprises! You won’t regret going to Healing Hands. Dr. Adam will get you fixed up and back in order!

Adam is currently treating my adult son who is autistic and has been very patient when dealing with him. A friend recommended that I try Healing Hands, and I have not had a single regret. When I called, I was hurting pretty bad, so Terri, who is at the front desk, managed to get me in that day, and my positive experience started the minute I walked through the front door. Terri is awesome! I was nervous, but she made me feel at ease. I had never been to a chiropractor, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or if he could even help me. But Dr. Heidingsfelder is wonderful. He is very patient, attentive, and honest. He has taken the time to answer allllll of my questions. .....and he’s even pretty funny. Two weeks / 4 visits later, my pain has been cut over half. I am sleeping again. My strength is returning. I am more educated. And I am very hopeful that I will be back to myself 100% soon. If you need chiropractic care, I strongly recommend that you call Terri, go, listen, do what he says, and stick with it, You won’t regret it either..

I had been to a chiropractor in Biloxi and was in and out so fast that I didn't feel any better but here at healing hands Adam takes time ;he asked questions. And gave me the best adjustment. I've gone to Dr. Heidingsfelder twice and both times I left feeling much better than I came in. The first time was for a muscle spasm in my neck, he was very informative about what was happening, and was very professional and effective. This last time, a week ago, about a year after the first, I was in dire straits, I woke of and had little range of motion in my neck. He made special arrangements to open his office on Saturday, understanding that i was in need. I woke up and had what felt like a upper back vertebrae out of place, I was convinced I was going to need an MRI and have to have regular cortisone shots like my close friend who is also 30 diagnosed with a bulging disk. Adam reassured me and after an initial evaluation explained that I likely had a muscle spasm close to the spine and a vertebrae that was a little off track. He did some electrical stimulation, some massage a small adjustment and my range of motion improved by at least 50 percent right there in his office! 3 or 4 days later I felt 80%. Now a week later I have little to no pain in that area and am considering a follow up to maybe further the positive results. Thank you, Dr. Heidingsfelder.

Ive been going to Healing Hands for 5 years now and love everything about it. Dr Heidingsfelder helped me figure out the root to all of my back issues. I've learned what core exercises I need to do to strengthen my back and have a normal life even with having chronic back issues. I hope others gwtvthe relief I've gotten from going there. Love this place!
