It's a great environment with an excellent group of people who work hard to correct and improve your health. I’ve been going here for over a year and I highly recommend Dr. Andres. He’s very friendly & knowledgeable. I went in to get my back & neck adjusted after being rear ended last year. I feel great now. Not to mention I tweeked my knee running sprints last week and told him about it. He adjusted my knee so well i was able to get back to jumping rope and training the same day. I was even able to cancel my Doctors appt to have my knee looked at the next day. My knee has been fine since. You won’t regret working with him. 👌🏾

I appreciated the time she spent with me, explaining treatment, and thoroughly evaluating my current ailments, and history. Dr. Andres is a refreshing presence in the chiropractic field. I've been to other doctors, but none have compared to his passion for 100% health. The time spent going over X Rays, treatment goals, and the reality of my health and wellness, helped me realize how important of a priority I want to be, to myself. My choices = my health and wellness. The adjustment I received was very accurate, and felt effortless on my part. The atmosphere of the office, and open adjusting room, is very comfortable, and relaxing. Outside the adjusting room, there is a massage chair room, as well as massage therapy on the lower level. I had an appointment with Yago. Truly the best massage I've ever had, and I've seen massage therapists for years. Very professional, and skilled therapist! It was a great experience, and I look forward to my next visit with everyone!

I started going to the chiropractor on a regular basis as a child, seeing the same doctor until I was headed off to college. Being a college student there wasn't much room in my budget for "extras" as insurance wouldn't cover chiropractic care. My poor spine was neglected for years and after headaches almost everyday, the pain became unbearable. Late in 2013 I decided it was time for a change. I scheduled an appointment with an office close to my apartment due to it's convenience, but after listening to a coworker rave about Natural Choice Chiropractic I quickly canceled my original appointment. I had to experience the excellent care Dr. Andres and his staff provided to their clients. I took a risk, and it's one of the best choices I've ever made. Dr. Andres took the time to assess my situation and discuss the best options for me within my budget. His goal was to not only make my spinal/neck issues better but to improve my overall health and well being. From the get go he has provided personalized care and today I am a much healthier me. I rarely get headaches anymore, and if I do, it's because I didn't follow doc's orders to see him sooner! Along with the amazing and thorough adjustments he provides, I've been getting massages. While on the surface it seems like merely a luxury, it's been the icing on the cake to greatly improving my spinal alignment. Dr. Andres Sampedro is my second chiropractor. The previous one was also very professional and knowledgeable, but he was lacking the feedback and I was not feeling that he wants to cure the root cause of my condition. So I started looking for another chiropractor and found Dr. Andres. I have some positive things to say about my experience with Natural Choice Chiropractic. Dr. Andres is using complex approach: he will find what is wrong with you, explain your problem in a manner that you could understand, and develop a treatment plan which includes regular chiropractor's alignments done by hand, physiotherapy, massages and he also will provide you a set of exercises which you could do at home. And he also explains to you what are you doing wrong on a day to day basis and why that is developing your problems. That way, you could change your behavior and starting living a more healthy life. Dr. Andres has a great personality and is pleasant to deal with, he also has a greatly designed office. My case was a misalignment of neck vertebra's due to wrong exercising. I was in terrible pain and was unable to move my head more than 1 inch in any direction. I notice a difference immediately after my first few visits and have been on a regular regimen and I have improved both physically and mentally. Feeling Great!!

I went for years with back pain, headaches, and sciatica because I was afraid of the chiropractor. I was afraid it would hurt and couldn’t imagine how it could help me feel better. Finally after my mother in law ( a current patient) told Dr. Andres about my fears he offered to call and speak with me personally. He asked if I could come in and see what was happening with my back and put my fears to rest. After performing xrays, Dr. Andres went though the results and was very through. He explained everything to me and helped me understand why my pain was there. When he first adjusted me, he explained what he was doing and was very gentle since he knew my fears up front. After my first appointment, I could feel immediate relief. Needless to say, I’ve been back a few times now and each time he still remembers my fears and puts me at ease. And I’m feeling MUCH better! I’m a believer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer massage and acupuncture as well. And the office is always clean and smells amazing!

Natural Choice Chiropractic is the best!! I have had headaches for as long as I can remember and have gone to many different doctors, and neurologist with no answers as to why, and a perscription for some sort of drug or another to try out. When I first came to Dr. Andres I had been living on pain killers for almost 20 years due to a back injury. I was not able to walk without a limp or stretch and touch my toes. The massage beds also are heated... oh how I want to go back to get a massage! Overall, I'm completely pleased with Natural Choice and all of the wonderful services available and would highly recommend it!

I have been getting adjustments from Dr. Andres at Natural Choice Chiropractic since early 2006. I started going to get relief from headaches I was experiencing on a daily basis. At first the headaches did not go away, but I felt better getting adjusted on a regular basis just as a general health measure. Once I discovered the cause of my headaches, gluten, which Dr. Andres suggested might be the cause long before all the specialists diagnosed my Celiac Disease, I felt even better that the headaches were gone, and continued getting adjusted for all over well-being and health. His mantra that the body will heal itself is so true. All of the staff members are friendly, well educated, and licensed professionals. Dr. Andres Sampedro has improved the quality of my life by erasing the chronic pain in my shoulders and back due to a previous car accident injury and from working long hours as a nurse. He spent time evaluating my spinal x-rays, feet scans, and a posture and joint assessment. His caring personality and educational style approach make me feel valued as person and as a patient. I purchased orthotic shoe inserts which have dramatically helped support my foot arches from dropping and reducing back pain from working long hours. I also purchased a therapeutic pillow to support the natural curvature of my neck and spine. It has improved my sleep and general comfort to the point where I cannot believe I ever survived without it! Their massage therapist team are also miracle workers. I have had my personal best deep tissue massages there and I will never use another facility for any muscle pain or relaxation needs. On a personal note, after forming a stronger patient/physician relationship I opened up about an incontinent issue I had been experiencing for a six month period prior to my first appointment. After seeing my misaligned lumbar on xray and learning that my central nervous system controlling my kidneys and bladder were possibly being pinched or experiencing pressure from my spine. I wondered if this was why I had randomly began experiencing bed wetting in my mid thirties. After all, I had just relocated my home and had done a lot the the physical labor myself. Although this humbling to share, I have not had any incontinent nights since my first adjustment with Dr. Andres. Talk about improving the quality of my life! After going to 2 other Chiro's before Dr Andres...i suffered with my hip always going out of place.... and heat running down from my right hip to my foot..... I went to each one for several months...neither able to help...as one was more targeting at setting the bones...and the other one targeting on loosening the muscle to let the hip fall naturally in ...but never setting it so it would always be out and the heat stayed......DR.ANDRES did both...working on loosening the muscle before setting it...and being aggressive enough to make sure he got it in....with in 3 weeks the heat was gone in my leg....Not only is he a great Chiropractor...he is also very warm hearted ..friendly and personable...and a great encourager and educator on good health....
