It's a long story about how I went to Harrison Chiropractic Center. I had recently been diagnosed with Neuropathy in my feet and prescribed Gabapentin. Dr. Harrison provided a lot of information about this condition and his treatment program. My husband and I prayed about my taking drugs for continued pain or the out-of-pocket costs for 90 days of the treatments. We chose the later. I cannot say enough good things about his Staff. I always received a Sweet, Smiling Greeting, helpful information about home treatments, Smiling, Organized, Efficient, Caring, Concerned, and Helpful treatments from Katy (she's a dear). I made significant progress after 90 days and do NOT take a liver damaging drug anymore or have sleep depriving pain. Thank you Dr. Harrison and Staff for your Neuropathy treatments. She made me and her feel safe and comfortable the entire appointment! On August 6th as I made my way into Harrison Chiropractic Center the first step was to use the computer right inside the door to provide information for my massage therapist (s) regarding any restricting tightness and/or pain of any degree in any upper body area above my waist. That information was also forwarded to Dr. Harrison with whom I always meet after the remediation provided in my massage therapy session was completed. Needless to say I was very pleased with the "lead in" therapy which included the loosening of the tightened (and knotted) areas, thus allowing Dr. Harrison to reach deeper when maneuvering the remaining causations away from their locations as well as the pre-existing sources of pain. When he does that, which is almost always, I do remember the words of wisdom passed on to me by Pat Stark, my football defensive coordinator who made me what I was and how I did more than most. Those words and their promise follow: "Pain is only weakness leaving the body". That is what Dr. Harrison and his therapists have made happen for me going on 15 years now. God bless them. "Buzz" Baker, #25 FCB For many years I've maintained regular "every three weeks" scheduling of neck and back massage therapy along with Dr. Harrison's multi-level examinations and manipulations that address the information that I provide when checking in and utilizing the computer to pass along any/all problem areas (likely causations) that are already requiring treatment. However, my neck and back problems have lessened and been replaced by lower back, buttocks, groin and upper leg massage therapy, manipulation, stretching in the lower back by specific machine on a timely basis. That said, however, I've recently had newly located XRays of increasingly painful lower back areas as well as new XRays of the upper hips. Those problem identifications and subsequent treatments are now being utilized more often on a tighter schedule, additional components of the therapy and manipulations, as well as with the machines required. All of those utilized last Friday (12/4) were provided by the same outstanding staff members, and will be repeated today (12/8) by those pros and necessary components and commitments. As noted prior, over the years I've been very pleased with everyone and in all respects at Harrison Chiropractic Center, P.C. Those outcomes will get nothing but better. Faster and longer, too.
