I completely adore everyone here. They have helped me in ways that I can’t explain. I started going in July of 2022 to help with my knee recovery. They started off by realigning my hips and getting my neck and back aligned as well. Then they had mentioned I should schedule an appointment with Trevis. I don’t remember what the technical term is but he does the scraping and cupping to help bloodflow and muscle tightness. My entire body hasn’t felt this good in months. I am incredibly thankful for this team. They actually care about your mental health, and not just physical. I had just received my first massage there yesterday. It was great. I was so relaxed and it was well needed. All of the stress I’ve been under lately felt like it was erased with this massage. I would highly recommend going to Clear Connections to anyone. The variety of care along with the wonderful staff is amazing.

I’ve been dealing with a tight/weak pelvic floor which causes me to have a lot of lower back and hip pain. I also carry my stress in my shoulders and jaw area. I did several months of PT and was able to get some improvement, but still felt like I was having limitations with my mobility and simple exercises would result in more pain. Something was still off and so I did some research and thought maybe chiropractic care might be the missing link. I called and the staff was very friendly and answered a lot of my questions so I made me an appointment. I’m so happy I did. It’s only been a month, but in that time my range of motion has increased and I am feeling stronger! The adjustments are improving my posture and areas of stress and tightness are more relaxed. I’ve been able to resume exercising. Last weekend I biked 12 miles and the next day hiked almost 7 and I felt great! I’m beginning to get a glimpse of my old self again and I like what I see. I know it will take more time, but I’m very thankful to Dr. Krystal and Dr. Sean for helping to put me back on track with my physical health. I’ve been with Clear Connections for over a year now. The staff is amazing and genuinely works to create meaningful relationships with their patients. I’m a VERY active person who loves to hike, bike, horseback ride, play sports, lift weights and explore the outdoors - often all in a single day. I was referred to clear connections during my 2nd pregnancy. My first pregnancy (without chiropractic treatment) was miserable. I had a lot of ligament pain, pelvic pain, back pain, you name it. I was very skeptical of chiropractors coming in but being pregnant again I knew I had to try something to get some relief. From my very first visit I could tell the staff at Clear Connections Chiropractic was different. They took the time to learn my goals and set me up with a plan. Through out my pregnancy I would feel ligament pain coming on but regular adjustments gave me the relief I needed. I was also diagnosed with Placeto Previa early in my pregnancy and I know there isn’t anything that can cure Previa. However, I do believe that by helping my body to be in correct alignment, it was able correct it’s self and I avoid bed rest and a C-section delivery. I would recommend chiropractic treatment to all my pregnant mommas! Every pregnant mom should splurge and check out the massage packages available too! That on top of adjustments! Chefs kiss!* Arielle and Katie deserve their own special shout out! They make the place! They create such a great positive atmosphere! Clear Connections wouldn’t be the same without them!

I began going to Clear Connections 4 months ago and have noticed a major difference. I used to get frequent headaches and neckaches, but after following the program that was built specifically for my body, I’ve noticed great changes. Seriously such an incredible place. The customer service and the care from the doctors is just amazing. I have had previous chiropractic care from a different place and was in constant pain ALL of the time. I had consistent chiropractic care during my 2nd pregnancy and was so miserable because 2 hours after leaving I would be in pain. THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. My husband, who generally speaking doesnt beleive in chiropractic care, started going here and LOVES it, as well as our 2 kiddos. My kids love going here and the staff is just incredible with them. My youngest was having some immune issues and was literally getting sick every 2 weeks. She started getting her regular adjustments here and hasnt been sick since. I am 27 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy and actually enjoying it. I am not in constant pain like in my last. Not all chiropractors are created equal; this is a group that can fix your ailments. I work in surgery and their alignments keep me from the prior chronic upper back, lumbar and hip discomfort. But here, they were able to see me right away and were clear about the expectations to have for my journey. I like to think I listen to my body well. I am a triathlete, runner, and do CrossFit, so I am aware of aches and pains and when to back off. But when my back was hurting while simply walking I knew something was wrong. I was hurting badly and was referred to Clear Connections through my gym. They got me in quickly and got me started on a plan of attack. While this isn't my first go around with chiropractic care, it's definitely the place I finally needed to find. Being at Clear Connections is my first experience with chiropractic care. I’m not going to lie I was a tad bit skeptical going into it. I am a coach and an athlete with a pretty high volume training regimen and have dealt with a good amount of pain. That being said, I try to do what I can to take care of my body through mobility, flexibility, dry needling, cupping, you name it, and of course rest. Chiropractic care was sort of a last resort for me and honestly I wish I would have started it earlier. They work with you to ensure affordable care and love to pass on knowledge to a willing ear. I am relieved every time I leave their office. The only complaint I had initially was that it was not communicated to me that the mandatory orientation and following adjustment would cost more than a typical visit. However, I knew it was time to make a positive change, so I could stop being in a constant state of pain. I stuck with it, and I am glad I did. Also, you literally get to see your improvements over time which is a huge deal to me!

Me and my husband have gone here for years. I got adjusted throughout my pregnancy and attribute my lack of pain and ease of labor to regular chiropractic care. The staff is very helpful and kind. The evening hours are great for people who work day shifts, they are very flexible. The treatment I have received so far has been great, I work a desk job so my body does get pretty stiff, but the team at Clear Connections has been great at getting me treatment to help alleviate that stiffness to help my body feel less tense. Summary: I HIGHLY recommend Clear Connections to ANYONE who is considering chiropractic care. Long Version: Without any dramatization, I confidently write that Clear Connections Chiropractic has changed my life. I was badly hurt during a soccer game in 2012 after landing awkwardly from a header. This fall caused a pop followed by searing pain in my lower back/left hip region. I;ve seen countless medical professionals to try and locate the source of the pain since then, but with no luck. 14 X-Rays, 6 MRIs, a full body bone scan, 8 laser therapy treatments, 6 Cortisone injections, 2 years of (other) chiropractic care, and 3 years of Physical Therapy did nothing to help. I was given twelve potential diagnoses, and was eventually told the pain was probably just "in my head". I haven't been able to walk without pain, sit in a chair without padding, or sleep without my left leg perfectly positioned for almost nine years. I also haven't been able to work out at all for three years, and was put on a high dosage of two anti seizure medications to limit the severe nerve pain down my left side. Finding a solution seemed hopeless, until I met Doctor Mackensy Medlin, who recommended I go get checked out at her office. I went to Clear Connections upon her recommendation, and was immediately impressed by their level of care. The staff was kind and accommodating from the start, and wanted to help relieve my pain in any way possible. The adjustments were gentle and specific to my regions of pain, and I felt temporary yet wonderful relief after each adjustment. Every chiropractor in the office was versed in my case, and it was refreshing to feel that people actually cared about helping me again. Additionally, Dr. Medlin refused to believe that the root of the problem could not be found. She went above and beyond researching my region of pain, and ended up recommending a very specific type of MRI for my left hip. This MRI showed a large tear in my labrum, the symptoms of which match up to the pain I've always experienced. I was directed to an orthopedic surgeon, and I have a procedure this coming week to fix my labrum and help get me (literally) back on my feet. Before Clear Connections, I had lost almost all hope of ever being able to sit without pain again. Now, I can look forward with a smile, counting down the days until I'm back with a ball at my feet and no pain in my leg. I thank Clear Connections from the bottom of my heart for not dismissing my pain, and for not giving up until a solution was found. I 10,000/10 RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!!!

I have been under chiropractic care occasionally in past years, as my dad got me interested at a young age. Recently, my mom began coming to Clear Connections and suggested I go in for an evaluation. I was born with mild scoliosis and, since my early 20’s, have had frequent back spasms and headaches. Due to my job and being on my feet all day, my problems have worsened in the past few years. I knew I wanted to start chiropractic care again in order to take preventative action for my future health. After the first week at Clear Connections, I noticed an improvement! I only have great things to say about Clear Connections Chiropractic. I started visiting the Chiropractic because I suffered from neck (the neck pain went all the way through the figures) and back pains, migraine, constipation, abdominal pain, terrible heart burn, digestion problems, and etc. After getting (only) a week of treatments, my back pain and heart burn were gone. As of now, getting 4 months of treatments, I don't take prescribed migraine medicine anymore, and most of the pains are gone! All of the gratitude/thanks go to Dr. Krystal and Dr. Sean, who are very knowledgeable, patient, and caring physicians! They are not just interested in fixing/healing/curing the pain, but also, they do care about "human being." They do listen to you carefully and do their bests of best to take care of you. To me, they are the same as my primary doctor, whom I can talk about my jar problems (and Dr. Sean put my mouth back on the day!) and falling down from the stairs (they fixed my ankle and taught different exercise I can do at home) and any pain I feel very freely. My first encounter with chiropractic was when I met the doctors of Clear Connections, who work in the same building as me. I scheduled an appointment one day, and shared my most pressing health issues with them: long time knee problems, limping, and a lot of pain. I suffered chronically from digestive issues, heartburn, knee pain, allergies, migraines, back pain, etc, the list was so long. I went to Clear Connections Chiropractic and at first I was like "Oh great another Chiropractor claiming they can 'solve all my problems'. I went in and sat through the orientation. Dr. Sean & Dr. Krystal and their team know the ins and outs of chiropractic and your spine. They explain how all your nerves are protected by your spine, but when your spine is out of alignment it can pinch or put pressure on nerves. Your nerves control everything in your body. I have now been going to Clear Connections Chiropractic for 2 months. If any of my symptoms flare up after an adjustment they are noticably better within an hour (sometimes almost instantly). I get migraines monthly, sometimes more often. I should really say used to. Since getting regular adjustments they are more or less pre-migrane symptoms. As soon as I notice a twinge in my neck or my temple, I go right in and get adjusted. I feel almost instant relief after they realign the vertebrae in my neck. I took 3-5 pills daily for my symptoms. The problem was these pills were only treating the symptoms never addressing the actual issue. After 2 months with Clear Connections Chiropractic, I can honestly say I've completely cut out most of my medication because I no longer have the symptoms. Occasionally, I'll overwork myself or eat something I knew I probably shouldn't have and need a little help, but honestly that's it. If you want to get healthier. If you want to stop treating the symptoms and start healing your body. Go to Clear Connections Chiropractic! You have to be willing to invest the time and open to new ideas and put in the work, but I promise it is TOTALLY worth it! When I first came to Clear Connections I was a physical wreck! I was in constant pain in my head, neck, and entire right side of my body. It had gotten so bad I couldn't hold a job, had lost most of my hearing, had difficulty sleeping and was chronically fatigued. I was challenged just to take care of things at home. I was close to deciding on surgical options (25 year olds aren't supposed to walk like they have 'old lady' back problems- and most doctors were weary of making me have back surgery at such an age). While I still used pain medications in the beginning, the consistent adjustments and specialized care that I received from Dr. Sean Medlin meant lasting healing. How do they do that? Mostly through their specialized expertise (they are highly educated people), but also by educating me on my own back and how to listen to my body so I can take care of it. Last week, I hiked up Pinnacle Peak and Tom's Thumb in Scottsdale, AZ then rode in a car for 10 hours. For people with back problems - YOU KNOW how big of a deal that is. To me, it means that I finally have my freedom back. I still do bi-monthly adjustments at Clear Connections to stay tuned up (you cannot have results if you don't keep a schedule- trust me), and I always feel cared for by the staff at Clear Connections. Most of the reviews here comment on the friendliness of the staff and that is beyond TRUE. You see the word "family" a lot on these reviews. If I call the office to schedule or cancel, etc., all I have to say is "Hi, Jordan. This is Natalie again..." and she knows who I am, my care history, when the doctors want to see me next, and probably many more things about my life. You can't get that many places.

One piece that stands out to me is the bench-marking they do every 6+ weeks; taking measurements of the alignment, posture, and other markers to validate the work done is helpful. The treatment plan is specific to you and makes an improvement once you fully engage and go regularly. At first it seems like a lot, but eventually (for me) its only once a month. Do not forget to get a massage (in some cases insurance fully covers it) to really relax and supplement the adjustments (don't forget to tip the massage therapist if you you can!). tl;dr - make visiting this office a part of your health & wellness plan.

Life without constipation-My almost five year old daughter has had severe constipation issues for over a year. The situation began to get worse when she started to complain of stomach pain, and refusal to eat meals at times. As a mother you always have sympathy for your child’s pain, and I wanted to help without giving her a prescribed medication.
