Dr. Vanessa is hands down the best chiropractor I've been to. Very personable, knowledgeable and works magic. I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed every time. It is very easy to get into touch with the office by text or by phone, they are very prompt in answering and scheduling or rescheduling with ease. The techs are great and are very patient and accommodating especially when helping with exercises. Sealark chiropractic is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it and Dr. Vanessa specifically if you are searching for the best option.

The day after Thanksgiving, I decided that I was still in my 20s, and proceeded to lift the couch so a six-year-old could retrieve his toy. As I bent down to lift with my legs, my legs disagreed and my arms erroneously, said “we can do it.” My 52 year old lower back proceeded to yell at my arms’ bravado, and (long winded story complete) I’ve been going to the chiropractor three times a week ever since. What I appreciate about Sea Lark chiropractic is they don’t treat just the pain. They insist on teaching life changing prevention. Dr. Venessa diagnosed my posture issues that have been a problem since I started playing cello in the 3rd grade. Rather than merely putting a bandaid on a surface issue, the staff is skilled in teaching techniques to focus on long term goals.

If you are looking for help where others have failed, then look no further. My lower back pain originated from a sports injury over a few years ago. I was in excruciating pain when i finally decided to seek help with Dr.Vanessa and her team. Over the span of a few months they have managed to eradicate the pain that once was. It's important to understand that healing takes time, but if you stick with her treatment plan and PT (physical therapy) you will finally begin to feel like your old self again. I highly recommend and support her practice.

Was having lower back pain due to sciatic nerve, went to urgent care where they gave me medication that just gave temporary relief. I decided to go to a chiropractor, and found Sealark Chiropractic. Very professional and thorough. After the initial examination, Dr. Venessa gave me an adjustment that gave me immediate relief. I have gone back as per her schedule and my pain level is now very low. I made my first appointment with Dr. Vanessa due to constant neck and low back pain. I had no idea sleeping on my stomach was the culprit for the back pain! My terrible posture is to blame for my neck pain and after several months of treatment while I'm still working on correcting the posture the pain has mostly subsided! This was my first chiropractic visit and I will definitely continue to see Dr. Venessa! The space is beautiful and clean. The person working reception was welcoming, knowledgeable and seemed happy to answer my questions. I was able to complete my paperwork before coming in so there was no wait. Dr. Venessa asked me some questions and did a sort of assessment before my adjustment. She kept me informed of what she would be doing and has a nice bedside manner so nothing seemed awkward. She finished my adjustment and I checked out. All in all I had a great experience in the office but what happened after was even better- my energy increased like crazy! At first I didn’t even consider it might have been from my adjustment. I was just talking with my husband when he asked if I thought it may have been from my chiro appointment so I googled it and apparently that’s common! I had severe neck pain and left shoulder pain that was bad enough it would knock me to the floor. I had seen my primary care doctor and was prescribed meds that didn’t come close to relieving the pain. I had seen a friend’s Facebook post about Sealark and decided to try them out. What I really appreciated, is that before they touched my back and neck, we sat and talked for about 15-20 minutes about my history, checked the feeling in my arms and legs, and took pictures to see how my spine was configured. Only after that did she adjust my neck and spine. Then she showed me some stretching to do between visits.
