Yesterday, I saw Dr. Barney and the team at Optimal for the first time. I was initially impressed as I walked into the clean, bright lobby, which added to the 2 cheery front desk attendants. Optimal has pre-adjustment therapy to assist in feeling better after my visit. I highly recommend the team at Optimal Chiropractic.

UPDATED They were very professional and friendly but I signed up and paid for the $27 consult, adjustment, and 30 minute massage and just got the consult. No adjustment and no massage. UPDATE: after 2 months they got back to me and got me in for an adjustment and massage. The staff is always wonderful to chat with and it has a clean, relaxing environment. Besides lacking in service occasionally they were wonderful! Added 2 stars back after their follow up appointments.

Optimal Chiropractic has literally saved my life. Before I came to Dr. Barney, my lower back was in so much pain, I would sometimes call into work because I couldn't get out of bed. It was constant, no matter what I did, I hurt. When I started, It was as simple as walking in with an appointment, getting some of my history, doing a scan of my back, and getting a free adjustment for $27.00. I didn't (and currently still dont) have coverage through insurance, Dr. Barney and the team really understood my concerns. They wanted me to feel better and so they even worked out a payment plan with me. I was unable to find any other chiropractors that were so flexible with their patients. When I walked in, they had a big welcome sign with all of the new patients that month (my name was on there) I was stoked to see that, it honestly made me feel like I was already a part of the family. Absolutely everything about this environment is safe, friendly, and efficient. I 150% recommend Optimal Chiropractic.

Dr Andrew has enabled me to be able to sit on the floor with both my own child and the children I work with. I have not had only 1 issue with my hip in the last year. Dr.Andrew has just the right touch to help prevent the flare ups. He also has helped my daughter's constipation issues. She asks to go to Dr. Andrew for the popcorn out of her back. We love going to see him.

He showed me a scan of my back, explained how his treatment will help me, and helped me set up a plan that works for me. After every session I could feel improvement and noticed I was able to slowly do more tasks that were causing me pains months prior. After a couple months of working with him I can tell the difference and look forward to being adjusted. Optimal is a very friendly convenient office to work through, there were days I just sent a text to change my appointment time and I was responded to in minutes with a friendly “sounds good!
