I have been seeing a chiropractor off and on for about 12 years. My job and my workouts are very hard on my body but I love what I do and would hate to give it up. I have always seen the value in chiropractic, however, I used to only go in for adjustments when I started feeling rough. I started seeing Dr. Tiffany just over a year ago after a recommendation from a friend who had amazing results. I initially went twice a week and have now been getting adjusted once a week and feeling great. I have not only felt better with my back and neck issues but overall much healthier inside and out. This was the first year I can remember that I did not experience any seasonal allergies in the spring. Last year I caught every cold that came my way and now when I feel one coming on I get adjusted and it goes away right away. I don't think I have been actually sick for more than a day or two since I started going to Healing Touch. I went off birth control after being on it for 15 years without any issues. My full trust is in Dr. Tiffany and her crazy sense for what is going on with the body (and mind!). Everyone at the office is friendly and great to work with, I can't say enough good things about this place. There is no better investment than your own health!

It will be 4 years in March that I have been going to see Dr. T. It all started with me having chronic sinus infections and being on prescription drugs for many months and in severe pain. I was told my a friend to go and see Dr. Tiffany and I was skeptic on a chiropractor helping me with my sinuses but I was willing to try anything at this point! Dr. Tiffany has changed our families way of life. We started seeing her when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with ASD, ADD, ADHD, ODD, SPD, and OCD (she was already diagnosed with seizures, anxiety, and insomnia). Our therapist recommended a chiropractor since we have been passionate about limiting medications. Our daughter warmed up to Dr. Tiffany right away (if you know many ASD kids this can be a challenge). We could instantly tell the change in our child’s behavior, patience, sleep patterns, etc. She fell asleep on the drive home after her first visit. She has been consistently been sleeping 8-12 hours a night since we started seeing Dr. Tiffany a year and a half ago, without any sleep aids which she had been on since 9 months. Her meltdowns became manageable (a few minutes and less violent compared to the previous that were extremely violent and self harming and lasted a few hours). We see Dr. Tiffany and the amazing staff at least once a week, my daughter looks forward to her visits and will tell you how much better she feels after each visit. We are completely medication free, including seizure free for a year and stroke free for 16 months. We were able to take our daughter off all meds including seizure meds last September, with assistance from Dr. Tiffany. She is all about the patient and we couldn’t have found a better Chiropractor. Dr. Tiffany has extremely helped with my pain levels, as a child I was hit by a semi and as I have gotten older have had a hard time living with my pain. When I started seeing Dr. Tiffany I could barely hold my head up, walk completely standing up, and would have to crawl around on floor the end of the day because my back was in such poor condition. Since I have been regularly getting adjusted by Dr. Tiffany I haven’t had to crawl to get around one time, not one time! I am able to stand up straight and hold my head up and look people in the eye. I am able to play with my 2 young children and enjoy my days. I can’t thank Dr. Tiffany enough and praise her enough. Everyone in our family has been adjusted by her through out the last 2 years. In January of 2015 I started to experience pain below my rib on the right side. It would come on and off, but it was always kind of there. It was a dull ache usually and tender to touch. Concerned, I made an appointment with a medical doctor. He told me I had an ulcer and to take Prilosec. All of my blood tests were normal. I did as he said but the pain continued. Feeling unsettled with no reason for the pain I continued to see several doctors over the next several months and went through multiple medical procedures including a HIDA scan of my gall bladder and a colonoscopy. Everything came back normal ... praise the Lord. But the pain persisted. Then, in October, feeling down, anxious and frustrated, I started seeing Dr. Tiffany. She was extremely caring and compassionate and did not blow my concerns off as anxiety or "nothing". She took my pain very seriously and began what I would call my path to healing. After about six adjustments my pain had subsided by about 75%. Today, I am pain free. To only think all of the medical expenses, appointments and stress I could have avoided. Dr. Tiffany's methods are different from chiropractors I had seen in the past. She is very in-tuned with each person's body and cares for you as an individual when you come to see her. My young children, ages 7, 5 and 2 also come with me to many of my appointments and also receive adjustments from Dr. Tiffany. They love her and look forward to "tickling" as she calls it when she adjusts my youngest. Whenever my children have congestion or colds Dr. Tiffany can tell before I say anything just by examining them. Her care definitely helps them recover from their colds quicker and gets their immune systems on track. I am thankful for the help and care Dr. Tiffany has provided for my entire family. In 2014 my husband and I were living in Mandan, ND and had been struggling with infertility for 3 years. After 3 rounds of IUI/clomid, multiple labs, ultrasounds, and other tests we had no answers or babies. We were running out of options and money. I was suffering from depression and anxiety we thought we would have to spend the next year saving for IVF. In September of that year my Mom had heard of a chiropractor in the area that was helping other people struggling with infertility. Due to multiple traumatic experiences at a chiropractor during my teenage years, I firmly did not believe in chiropractic care. HTC is not just another "Chiropractic Care Practice". You notice the difference the second you walk in the door! Dr. Tiff and staff are miracle workers. I was skeptical at first, until I met Dr. Tiff at my first appointment. Then all I could think is "where have you been all my life?" 15 years of chronic pain and 5 years of mind/body numbing meds, GONE! All gone in less than three months of going to HTC! Everyone is sooo nice and they give you their undivided attention every time! Making you feel like a person and not just another patient coming through the door. They treat you like family! Our family’s chiropractic journey. While most of our days are filled with running to activities, juggling schedules and being as active as the hours in the day will allow we make sure we keep our one appointment during the week that keeps us all functioning and healthy, our weekly adjustment at Healing Touch. We’ve noticed differences in our energy levels, our moods, and our performance both in the classrooms and in our continual physical activities of choice! When our kids can pick out when they need adjustments or something doesn’t quite feel right, I often wonder if we’ve created finicky monsters that are spoiled with chiropractic care or if they are crazy in-tune with their bodies, typically even without stating their concerns, Dr. Tiff or Dr. Marq can pinpoint how they’ve been and adjustments are made accordingly, usually inline with their discomforts or concerns. So I’m swayed to believe they are truly in-tune with their bodies. When you ask the kids on their early morning treks to Healing Touch why they get chiropractic adjustments each week not one of them stated “because you make us” they each had an individual reason on how it helps them and how they always feel better afterwards and do NOT like when we have to skip a week between adjustments! I started coming to Healing Touch Chiropractic after I was having some back pain in September of 2016 after the initial scan and first few treatments I decided to keep coming to see if Chiropractic would work long term. I suffered from chronic sinus infections the past two winters to the point where it would turn into bronchitis and I would have to go to Dr to get an antibiotic. I am happy to say this year I have not had a sinus infection or bronchitis that I was not able to treat with rest and chiropractic care.
